Over 2 years sober! My first and only rehab. Definitely not glamorous but it worked and I believe i wouldn’t be sober today if it wasn’t for God leading me there. I stayed for 30 days. I Highly recommend.!!

It's been a few years since I've been to this place, it was a required outpatient program that I had to do for a legal matter. There were different options on time slots, the classes weren't too big where you'd get anxiety, but they were big enough and diversified enough where I felt comfortable sharing. Even though I did not want to be there, and I made it perfectly clear from the get-go, the staff was super kind and put up with all my BS with a smile! Admissions was extremely easy and if I remember correctly either the state or Medicaid covered the cost. For a cheaper outpatient option, this was one of the better ones I have been to. Overall a pretty decent experience for a rehab facility!

Went here when i was 16 around 2016, i will tell you this, this place will challenge your way of thinking. It was hard sometimes, people dont want to listen and its easy to succumb to negative influences, but these people here genuinely care about the kids they look after. I got to know alot on a personal level and alot of them had been through alot of the same stuff i had been through and could relate. I will say this as someone who has been through alot, you want someone who can relate to you when it comes to a rehabilitation situation. Its easier to trust someone when you know they can feel that pain too. Dont listen to all these lame people giving one stars, none of them know what they're talking about. The councilors and tech staff genuinely want to see these kids do good. They helped me see i had a problem and it isnt right that people want to bash them when they have done so much for me and my peers from that time in my life. If any of you guys see this i love yall and hope yall are doing good. Especially you Ms Haynes and mr Colbert!

I spent almost 6 months here back in 2015-16. I'm 22 now. Mr Wyllie, Ms Wendy, Mr Omar, Mr Antwuan, Mr E , Mr Aladin , all great people. I think about them, my fellow brothers and this place often. My counselor Mr Robinson was awesome as well. They fed us great, we went on trips and before I left we went to the U of H for an anniversary party and it was some o the best memories of my life. they were strict but we were still able to have fun. They looked out and cared about us. I was hard headed and didn't want to listen and I all these years later it hits me.

A lot of people who are reviewing 1 stars are just people who like to complain about everything. I've called for many things and have gone to many appointments. Never had an issue. it's not just me either. I can hear other people talking casually to the doctors and receptionist every time. There might be one bad apple in the bunch, but not enough to leave a bad review

Symetria is the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. Through ever problem I have they are there to help, big or small. Amanda the receptionist is amazing although she wasn't here when I started she is now and she is amazing the counselors and doctors are amazing from Rachel to Regina and Robin all amazing. The dosing nurses are absolute heroes for all that they do. And Mark absolutely saved me when I came back to Conroe From Austin. They truly care which is more than I can say for a lot of places. I could write a book of good things about this place but it still wouldn't do it justice. I've been wanting to write a review for a long time now I finally had the time.

This place was truly a life saver!! They stopped what they were doing twice within 3 weeks to come rescue me from myself over an hour and a half away. My dad has struggled with drug addiction for 25+ years. He recently had a massive heart attack due to drug use and his situation was becoming dire. We knew if he didn't get help he wasn't going to make it much longer. He finally agreed to get treatment and my sister found this place. He went from not wanting to go to rehab to not wanting to leave this place. He absolutely loved it and loves everyone there. He considers them family. He completed his treatment and the staff is still there to offer him support and help him succeed. Andy has been amazing at helping him find out patient programs. They truly care here. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Westbridge Recovery literally saved my life. I entered their treatment in mid-April, 2024 and immediately they discovered I had an unmanageable high heart rate in terms of bpm (beats per minute). They also discovered I had tachycardia and atrial fibrillation. All of these heart related issues were corrected with new medication and through intense therapy and positive work group sessions. During my stay in their treatment program, I was able to understand and eliminate alcohol and other "get away" bad habits I had formed. The staff, the facility and the programs are all top notch in my viewpoint and I will forever be grateful for time I spent there and the lessons I've learned and implemented in life going forward. This place have gave me so much to hope for due to the staff Ms.jasmine, Mr>derrick, Ms.talisha, my counclor Ms.rachel and many more of the staff. The love each of these people have for the patients and care its unexplainable. coming from using hard drugs and not having a sense of care for myself and to walk thru these doors and the arms are open to love you till you can love yourself is amazing, me going back out and relapsing and scared to come back but when I thought about the staff and how much love the gave me I was ready to walk back in the doors and now I feel so much stronger because how much they have put so much love in me again. I'm forever grateful for this place and I always tell others who suffer from addiction that this is where I found myself again, and many found the same from their experience also. LOVE YALL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

Dr.Rich is a phenomenal person and doctor.... We have never experienced such a superb experience as the visit we just had. He is a diabetes specialist and I would say he is the BEST, it's not a question I had that he didn't answer before I had the chance to ask. I recommend him 10 out of 10!!!!!

the therapist and nurses and all the staff really have been very helpful and caring in my opinion.they listen to both the parents and the children and show genuine empathy to the situation. they help with different solutions to see what works best for the individual family and offer support along the journey. It’s hard to put into words the amount of gratitude I feel for Robert Kidd & “the Room” @ Positive Recovery, but I will give it my best shot.
After finding myself at an ultimate low & loosing nearly everything that ever mattered to me in life, I found myself sitting in what we call “the room”. Robert asked me a question that I had no idea wld be the start of a new & beautiful journey…. “Who is Kat?” Take away the kids, the marriage, the job, etc…most of which I had lost at that point anyway - who was I, at my core? I had absolutely no idea - but thankfully, I had a willingness & a safe place to find out. Thru some really challenging assignments & sitting in the room w/ others who were willing to open up & share things we probably wldn’t otherwise talk about…I found myself doing the same. In doing so, I have been able to let go of things I didn’t even realize I had been holding onto & have rediscovered who I AM. There are a few moments in my life that I can pinpoint as truly life-saving, and my experience at PRC is one of them. There are plenty of IOP programs around, but the people at this center, especially Robert Kidd, are on a whole different level. Before coming to PRC in San Marcos, I had been through three treatment centers and several Intensive Outpatient Programs, with my life in complete disarray. But everything changed when I met Robert.
When you show up at an IOP, it’s not on your best day—it’s one of the lowest. My family had given up on me, and I didn’t have anyone to help me sort through the wreckage of my life and guide me forward. I felt hopeless, like rebuilding my life wasn’t possible. Robert took me in at my lowest point, and I’ll never forget what he said after going through the intake process. He looked at me—a 28-year-old man, fresh out of my second rehab, with a newborn child—and smiled. “Hey Bud, we’re going to get through this. And I don’t just mean maintain—I mean thrive. I have high hopes for you, John.”
It had been a long time since someone believed in me. Robert became the father figure I needed when mine had stopped speaking to me. From that moment, I gave everything I had to getting clean. I had never stayed clean and sober for more than 12 days, but Robert's belief in me made me want to succeed. It wasn’t the money spent on rehab or the numerous counselors and medications that made the difference—it was Robert’s belief in me.
He didn’t just let me slip away when I missed a group session; he would reach out, encourage me, and motivate me to keep going. Hello My name is Massey and I'm someone living in recovery for 8 years 1 month and 13 days. Without Robert Kidd and Positive Recovery, I would not be able to say that. What was provided to me was a safe space to come in out of the dark and learn that it was ok-that I would be ok. I was given an opportunity to improve my quality of life through ownership and action. All that was required of me was that I hold myself accountable. For over 35 years I struggled not just with addiction but fear stemming from years of trauma and suppression. Mr Kidd and Positive Recovery through their methodology and genuine compassion provided me a road map to another way. I will always be an addict. That is what I am, but that is no longer WHO I am thanks to the truth that Positive Recovery provided me. Today who I am is a father husband and quite simply someone that is no longer afraid of being afraid.
