This is the 3rd treatment center I’ve been to and it is by far the best. Amazing staff ( Nick, Kay, Katie, Jamie, Sarah, Jessie, Lyn, Sam and Claire ) really care about your recovery. Knowledgeable and friendly nursing staff also. This is a place where you get lots of one on one attention you’re not just another number to them. The counselors make sure you’re staying on track and have a plan for the next step when you leave.

Everyone from Nic, who supported me on the way to MTR and checked on me every step in residential and at PHP, to the all the staff members Mrs Kay, Mrs Ginger, Sarah, Jessie, Jamie, Brody, Jessica, Mrs Lynn, to the main office my girl Birdie who held me down through the rough things in life, all the way to the nurses Angie, JT, Atlantis, Ducky, Courtney and so many more, I couldn’t have asked for better care, support, or help from a place! They went above and beyond to Help this boy become the man that he needs to be not only face life, to be equipped with the right things so he can get through these stages of necessity, preparing him for his journey and sobriety all while, making it a fun memory that I wouldn’t trade for anything in the world! My MTR family made me feel whole again in My True Recovery(aka MTR) helping me process feelings and learning coping skills I’ll remember for life! They helped me feel acceptance, help me learn to love myself again and how to give that love to others and I’m so so so grateful that I got to experience them in this journey of life and sobriety! Positive Recovery is a game changer. I've been on my own recovery road for years by myself but l've never been able to connect all the pieces to stay sober. PRC provided me with tools I could use on a day to day basis that help me through life's situations as they come. Glenn, one of the counselors at the Cinco Ranch location, is very insightful and actually in recovery himself. He could relate to what I've been through and what I go through daily. This program is just different. Ive been in programs before and they were very surface level, but if youre willing to put in the work, these therapists and counselors are determined to help you in the healing process and deeply. Im really glad I took this step for myself to become a more well person and I hope others choose this step for themselves too with this program because it is worth it. You are worth it. my daughter had a really positive experience with Ariel at Woodland Springs. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout my daughters time there. Ariel took the time to listen and made sure my child felt heard,safe and most of all comfortable, which made a big difference in a stressful situation. (Her first time in the hospital.) Her calm and compassionate approach really stood out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the people she works with. Woodland Springs is lucky to have someone like Ariel on their team. My daughter had an issue with a staff Ms.Randi but overall an amazing experience.

I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Aracely at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming, which sets the tone from the moment you call or walk in. Overall, the team was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the people they serve. You can really feel that this is more than a job to them, it’s a mission. It is unfortunate that one individual gave this place a 1 star rating - their comment clearly shows that they were rating the wrong place. They mentioned that they work as an EMT and that they were dropping off a stroke patient - but this clinic does not receive stroke patients from EMTs - they are an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic.

I’ve been going here for serval months now and absolutely love it! The staff truly cares and listens I love hearing good morning Collin and have a great day Collin! When I come in and out from the wonderful person working behind the front desk. I’ve been to three clinics in this one. These nurses have absolutely your full attention, They listen to you they communicate with you, They truly care and I love that. Both of the nurses are just amazing so sweet and caring and very well trained in the field of work! The doctor is The Coolest guy I’ve ever met lol. Very laid-back but listens to you is and your needs and is very open not all crazy strict. Great guy and a great doctor! And of course, the counselors I love them. My counselor is amazing. She’s a veteran just like me and we get along just great. She’s perfect. And there’s always this other counselor always tells me to have a great day with a wonderful smile. And I don’t know Just makes me feel really good. I would give this place 10 stars If I could!! If your looking for Suboxone or Methadone maintenance treatment look no further this is your place to go to trust me. I have been in Methadone maintenance clinics since 2018 and this is the best one I’ve ever experienced. I’m sober and never felt better in my life! 😇😊

I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are. Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

I came seeking help for my daughter, they are helping her so much. I've seen a change in here since the therapy has started. It was overwhelming for me as a parent to seek help part of a Mental Hospital, but it has helped her tremendously and I'm glad I took her there. Thank you to the staff and therapist for your help. I love this clinic ! I love everyone there Ms. Laura , Art , Ms. Jennifer , and Mr. Daniel. They really care about us and I'm so happy to be there. I have a clinic close to me in Conroe Texas but I would rather go far that's 40 to 45 minutes away just to go to there clinic cause they are such wonderful people. They feel like my family ! I have been to a few recovery centers and CARS is by far the best. They work with you and actually care about your progress and how you are. Kim is by far the best counselor I could’ve asked for, she is kind, caring and is the best part of CARS in my opinion. Also thw nurses there, Leah and Art work SO hard making sure everyone gets taken care of. I can’t say one bad thing about any of the counselors for that matter because they are all awesome.

Amazing VA clinic, very fast and reliable service. This VA actually cares about you. Wonderful staff and service. Probably saved my life when I was going through “SI” my phycologist at the time would take me into hiss office and just drop everything for me. Sometimes that’s all it takes someone to listen to you for 15 mins. there’re doing to be there for you but don’t expect them to call an ambulance. They will definitely sit and talk with you and make sure you’re good! 🤝😇
