I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. Positive Recovery is a game changer. I've been on my own recovery road for years by myself but l've never been able to connect all the pieces to stay sober. PRC provided me with tools I could use on a day to day basis that help me through life's situations as they come. Glenn, one of the counselors at the Cinco Ranch location, is very insightful and actually in recovery himself. He could relate to what I've been through and what I go through daily. This program is just different. Ive been in programs before and they were very surface level, but if youre willing to put in the work, these therapists and counselors are determined to help you in the healing process and deeply. Im really glad I took this step for myself to become a more well person and I hope others choose this step for themselves too with this program because it is worth it. You are worth it. And they will advocate for you all the way.

It is unfortunate that one individual gave this place a 1 star rating - their comment clearly shows that they were rating the wrong place. They mentioned that they work as an EMT and that they were dropping off a stroke patient - but this clinic does not receive stroke patients from EMTs - they are an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic.

They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. I came seeking help for my daughter, they are helping her so much. I've seen a change in here since the therapy has started. It was overwhelming for me as a parent to seek help part of a Mental Hospital, but it has helped her tremendously and I'm glad I took her there. Thank you to the staff and therapist for your help. I love this clinic ! I love everyone there Ms. Laura , Art , Ms. Jennifer , and Mr. Daniel. They really care about us and I'm so happy to be there. I have a clinic close to me in Conroe Texas but I would rather go far that's 40 to 45 minutes away just to go to there clinic cause they are such wonderful people. They feel like my family ! I have been to a few recovery centers and CARS is by far the best. They work with you and actually care about your progress and how you are. Kim is by far the best counselor I could’ve asked for, she is kind, caring and is the best part of CARS in my opinion. Also thw nurses there, Leah and Art work SO hard making sure everyone gets taken care of. I can’t say one bad thing about any of the counselors for that matter because they are all awesome.

I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Aracely at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming, which sets the tone from the moment you call or walk in. I love Tri County Behavioral Center ❤️. It is extremely scary and uncomfortable when looking for help with ptsd. I have been coming to the tri- county mhmr in Cleveland TX since I moved to Cleveland in 2018 . I have been to several doctors and therapists for over 40 years. I have never stayed on track. Ms. Sonja was the first face I saw and she is AMAZING. Her voice her smile her spirit. She helped me get my medication and support from the beginning. Tri County MHMR Staff has changed my life,from my case worker Tasha, to my nurse practitioner Jennifer, Ms.Juanna our intake nurse. But let me be clear without the kindness and care I received from the first breath of my conversation with Ms.Sonja I would not be my best self today. Ms. Sonja treats us like family. As soon as I check in until I check out she is the start and finish of my experience. Ms.Sonja thank you for loving me when I forget to love myself. Tasha thank you for being my voice and keeping my secrets. Jacob and Jennifer thank you for listening and genuinely caring and wanting me to overcome and control my ptsd and not let it control me.
