I was surprised when we took a loved one to this facility. It s an actual home vs. building. That starts everything off with a much more relaxed atmosphere that s conducive to starting, going through and maintaining a very difficult process. The staff who greeted us were welcoming, positive and enthusiastic. It was late in the evening and yet, still just warm and positive vibes. It s only been better from there. Every interaction has been pleasant. The staff are caring and knowledgeable and absolutely go out of their way to ensure an excellent level of care. If they don t have an immediate answer or solution, they will find it. I ve never had long hold times and it s never taken days to hear back from them. Can t say enough about the great program at More Than Rehab!

I was there around 2006 and it was good I have not one complaint! The structure and responsibilities they give ARE for Your own benefits! All the bad reviews about they did this and didn't do this they were rude LoL you just came out of a very strict environment and these people are trying to help get you back out there living so do your program and stop complaining! It works if you work it!

Symetria Recovery - College Station, located in College Station, Texas, offers alcohol and drug rehab services to individuals aged 18 years and older. They also offer mental health treatment and dual diagnosis treatment. Their levels of care include intensive outpatient programs (IOP), medication-assisted treatment, and traditional outpatient care.
I have struggled for years. Symetria and their staff helped me discover why. Their outpatient approach allows you to still work and attend your sessions too. No judging, no ridicule. They provide the system, you provide the work. The struggle is real but it works if you work it!!!!

Amazing clinic and all the people who work here truly care about you and your well being. I was receiving treatment at another clinic in California and I recieve plenty of blood work never received my results or was briefed on the condition of my health. Here I received blood work when I was admitted and that same week I was handed my blood work and they addressed that I was anemic which I didn't even know! If you do your research like I had you will come to find that symetria isn't just the best out patient addiction treatment there is but that college station is their best location on top of it.

I have been coming to this clinic since 2014. I have NEVER had a bad experience in the 10 + years I have been here. I am 76 years old, and my primary care physician (Dr Mortley) has been kind, caring, attentive to my needs, and ALWAYS shows patience while she listens to me. I have been a veteran since coming home from Asia in 1970. Until I turned 62, I have always used civilian doctors. So I have 50 + years of experience dealing with Health insurance, and all the red tape one goes through. I have waited as long as 90 minutes to get in to my civilian doctor. At the VA clinic, my usual wait 15 to 25 minutes. I HAVE NO COMPLAINT about my VA Doctor or this clinic. In my book, they are 4 out of 5 stars.

Sending our son to Resolution Ranch was really hard, but it was absolutely the right decision. We were struggling, and he was struggling. He finally found the support and understanding he needed. The therapists and staff truly cared about him as an individual. We saw him grow in confidence and self-awareness during his time there. It wasn't easy, but Resolution Ranch gave him and our family a second chance. We are forever grateful. As a former student at Resolution Ranch Academy I honestly can't say enough good things about this place, I was sent here early December 2023 by my parents to be given a chance to turn my life around/to abandon the negative lifestyle that I was living. Before attending the ranch I was on a daily basis using drugs, skipping school, and disregarding authority all together. I won't lie and say this place was easy or that all my problems in life are gone because of my time at the ranch, but I will say if you are truly able to help your kid understand that change needs to happen and that the way he is living currently isn't working and that this place isn't a punishment, you can expect positive change. The staff there do truly care and want to see the best for you many of whom I still keep in contact with after graduating recently January of this year. The therapists there are also really empathetic most especially the one who I was assigned with, Mr. Clayton. He would consistently go out of his way to check in with his other students not because he was required to but because he cared, I can remember the countless times where it would be hours past his shift and he would still be there talking and processing with me to help me deal with my emotions and problems that I was struggling with. Thanks to the ranch I was able to excel at school and was able to turn my thoughts of wanting to dropout into now pursuing my education even further. The teachers there are super supportive and are willing to help you any chance they can and because of this I was able to go into the ranch mid way through my sophomore year of high school and come out a year later a high school graduate. As I mentioned before, yes this place can be difficult however anything worth doing WILL take time and on top of that your effort into whatever it is you are working on. If you choose to go in with a bad mindset chances are not much will change, but if you truly dedicate yourself to change I can promise you that you will be rewarded for your hard work. Lastly, I'd like to thank the ranch once again for all that they have done and the opportunities that they provided for me to be able to succeed in life in a way that I was unsure on how to do before.

Sending our son to Resolution Ranch was a tough decision, but it ended up being the best one we could have made. Struggling with behavioral issues, we felt lost. Resolution Ranch's compassionate staff provided exceptional, individualized care including excellent therapy. The therapists are skilled, family therapy was invaluable, the teachers are invested and the supportive community fostered growth in our son. Our child returned home transformed, with improved self-awareness and coping skills. Even typing this out gives me great joy to see how much better he has been.Needless to say we're deeply grateful and highly recommend Resolution Ranch Academy!!!

The Orchard changed my life! Between the staff, counselors, and management there unified goal is something I have never seen! From the minute you arrive you are greeted with hellos, smiles, and staff focused solely on you and your recovery. With accomodations similar to a 5 star resort you won't find another facility that pays attention to the little details. Lastly, what I believe makes The Orchard the best in the country....is there program. While learning about addiction, Counselors work with you to address the underlying issues that started you down your addiction journey. I was able to tackle years of trauma and unspoken issues that once addressed freed me from the shackles of addiction. Long story short, 35 years of hard drinking landed me in a ditch in a city I'm not even from. But I thank GOD every day for it! My desperation for change got me to Briarwood detox center. I was so scared but I was unusually willing to do anything, the night before waking up in that ditch I was contemplating suicide, again. For so many years I watched my life fall apart time and time again, over and over. I really never understood why I was unable to control my drinking. Leaving Briarwood and while being transported to Nova recovery center I didn't know what to expect but my anger and anxiety were already building. I still can't get over how amazing Nova looks, it pretty much relaxes you the minute you arrive! I had never been to "rehab" before so I was blown away by the beauty of the amenities and the attentive staff. So with that said, I was sweet and grateful to be there for about 48 hours and then I started being the walking talking character defect stage character I was, telling everyone how they should do their jobs and finding things, if not inventing things to complain about. I still get embarrassed sometimes of my actions and comments I made the first weeks of my stay. But what stands out is how the staff didn't even blink! I never got the reaction I would of deserved! I was loved on! I was given understanding and compassion! They treated me like the sick person who needed help, that I was! They dug in and held me accountable with truth and what I referrer to as grace. The Recovery specialist who work with us, for us and teach us vital solutions to my disease of alcoholism that I will be forever grateful for. From the frequent individual counseling sessions to the daily group counseling classes to the, "hey I need to talk!", I received an understanding of how to maintain my life of sobriety! Nova is a very important and special place to me so I could really go on and on but the main point I want to testify about is this, I'm truly a better person today because of the dedication to helping people by the Nova recovery family!Sincerely,Dustin

I really needed some accountability and to be around other sober people after a relapse on alcohol in August. I signed up for the online IOP service and my counselor was Jasmine. She was amazing. I found myself looking forward to group everyday and felt a great relief of wanting to use after group. It helped me stay sober and maintain abstinence from alcohol I am truly grateful for the program. Jasmine is amazing and I consider her a good friend at this point she was able to talk me out of using my stinking thinking a lot of times and evaluate my situations from another perspective, which helped me get away from the parts of me that contribute to relapse.
