This place has a lot to offer for the addict who is recovering from the disease. Sometimes I come to the place being very reserved and have had a few negative encounters with good people but overall this place is well oriented for recovery.

I left back in April after being employed for 5 years. It was a personal choice to leave and in no way had anything to do with the company itself. I will say that BVCASA is contracted through TDCJ. So they follow TDCJ rules. The program is what you make of it. If you behave badly, then you get in trouble and have consequences. The clients are there to correct bad behaviors they learn in prison and from the lives they have lived. To the families, please remember that loved ones may alter the truth to fit their narrative. Again, they are there to help correct the behaviors they learned in prison. The job itself has bless me with many things and many opportunities. I will forever be grateful. ❤️

It was hard at first , but I so very grateful for their help and support in my new journey in life with my recovery, and help me gain my life back . I have been sober as of today for 3years , and I feel great !

I spent some time here about 9 years ago, and loved helping in the kitchen every morning. The staff was courteous and friendly. I was even granted early dismissal for good behavior. THANK YOU MS. JESSICA!!! GOD BLESS YALL! ❤️Lashley

I have been a patient at the Bryan/College Station VA clinic in Rock Prairie for over twelve years, and I simply cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Tindall and her nurses, Hope and Debbie. They are the most compassionate and caring healthcare professionals I have ever met. They are consistently there for me when I need them, handling every request-big or small-in a timely manner. Their responsiveness, especially over email, is exceptional; they always reply in no time. They are all very responsible and outstanding at their jobs.

This place was truly a life saver!! They stopped what they were doing twice within 3 weeks to come rescue me from myself over an hour and a half away. The staff is amazing and really care about your state of well-being. They don't care if you like them, they care if you live and that's the most comforting thing about this place. Oh and the snacks they offer left a stamp on my heart forever... Seriously though. This place was amazing and a saving grace!!

My dad has struggled with drug addiction for 25+ years. He recently had a massive heart attack due to drug use and his situation was becoming dire. We knew if he didn't get help he wasn't going to make it much longer. He finally agreed to get treatment and my sister found this place. He went from not wanting to go to rehab to not wanting to leave this place. He absolutely loved it and loves everyone there. He considers them family. He completed his treatment and the staff is still there to offer him support and help him succeed. Andy has been amazing at helping him find out patient programs. They truly care here. They deserve more than 5 stars.

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would!!!! This the worst establishment EVER!!!! Horrible service!! I don't know how this establishment is still running. Seriously this is the WORST PLACE EVER!! The person who runs this establishment is super RUDE & does not help at all. How can you run a business that is supposed to help people when you're NOT willing to help. Instead of providing assistance, she simply hangs up in your face and then gets mad when you call back. This is Truly disappointing

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is horrible! The customer service rep was extremely rude! And literally stated ‘I’m done with you’ and proceeded to hang up in my face. I’ve wasted over $100 with them and time. I don’t see how they are still in business or have a contract to be recommended by Arlington Municipal Court. If you have 90 days to complete a course, I highly recommend you go somewhere else! This place needs to be shut down! Please, I repeat, PLEASE save your time and money! I really wish I would have read the reviews before dealing with them. It seems like they are the ones who need anger management.

The staff is wonderful, and this place has honestly been my life saver, keeping me from being a slave to fentanol and other opiates from the streets. They're very understanding, and kind, I really recommend this to anyone who is struggling with opioid dependency and abuse. God bless yall.

I'm leaving this comment because of my counselor, Chad. Here's by far, in my very long time at this outpatient center, the most caring and knowledgeable counselor I have ever had the pleasure of being assigned to. It would take me a novels worth of verbiage and wording to explain how far he goes to help me. Not only is he incredibly perceptive, but he is able to adapt his manner of help and counseling to each individual's way of retaining that help. I've been receiving treatment from this facility even before it was cms, back when it was still called Mars. So I've seen countless counselors come and go, and one little thing that stands out amongst all of the counselors that I've been assigned to is that Chad is the only one who has ever said "don't hesitate to give me a call if you're having a bad day, or you just need someone to talk to, or if something's going wrong and you need some advice. If I'm here at the office, I'll MAKE time to talk", and he means it. There's been many times where I have had to reach out to him, when having a bad day or in a situation where I needed advice, and he does his best to relay any and all help he can. A while back I had started looking at other treatment facilities, around the same time that he came on board at CMS and I got assigned to him. And I have to say, if it weren't for Chad coming into my life and being an outlet and more than a counselor, someone I can consider a friend in the professional sense. If it weren't for him, I would have left and joined this other outpatient clinic that I had found. I'm leaving this review so all will know the outstanding job that he does day in and day out. And it is not an easy job. So chad, hold your head high and keep up the good work. I am forever grateful for all of the knowledge and lessons that you have taught me in our time together. And I look forward to many more conversations, laughs, cries, and knowledgeable interactions with you. Five stars earned, by Chad!!!

I give five stars to my counselor Lorena she's amazing if it wasn't for her I don't think I would have stuck around I've been to quite a few different clinics Lorena has helped me with my sobriety and lot she's easy to talk to she always makes me feel better before I leave the rest of the stuff pretty normal front desk really nice overall Ferguson is a good clinic

Had a questionable experience honestly this place is a alright place but the people make it worse like the patients but staff are good like Mr Larry and kenon I loved the gym there it definitely made me cope

I actually listen to what they were trying to teach me and something happened which change my life. I’m a free man today thanks to Bay Area recovery center.

This place have gave me so much to hope for due to the staff Ms.jasmine, Mr>derrick, Ms.talisha, my counclor Ms.rachel and many more of the staff. The love each of these people have for the patients and care its unexplainable. coming from using hard drugs and not having a sense of care for myself and to walk thru these doors and the arms are open to love you till you can love yourself is amazing, me going back out and relapsing and scared to come back but when I thought about the staff and how much love the gave me I was ready to walk back in the doors and now I feel so much stronger because how much they have put so much love in me again. I'm forever grateful for this place and I always tell others who suffer from addiction that this is where I found myself again, and many found the same from their experience also. LOVE YALL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

The Inn was very helpful shout out to Jillian,Kat,Sean,Daisy,Johnall the nurses and case workers....Tearney was always willing to help and quite resourceful...Beau is a blessing great groups ...Adrianna was also amazing...if you come to the Inn be positive and respectful if you really want help you will get it ....I PROMISE....forever greatful Anthony Rodriguez

This location off of Airport Blvd is amazing. I stayed at The Inn for a week with some concerning mental health issues I've never experienced before. The entire staff, from the monitors to the nurses and medication staff, I mean literally, everyone made my time there comfortable and got me all the help I needed. They always had answers for me on anything I had concerns with. One person in particular named Marc Bickgen has shown the most of anyone. He has helped me and taught me so much. He comes to my location for counseling since my wife is using our truck for work. He is always on time, and never once has he looked at the clock to try and run out the door. We have had two sessions at my apartment, so his knowledge and leadership with me in my time of need has been an absolute blessing. I've never been shown the respect or had any counselor take the time to show what it means to have a non judgemental, non biased, no opinion, and provide more tools than I have ever known I possessed to help me. The Inn and Integral Care have been a life changing experience for me, and for the first time in years, I am hopeful with the future. Thanks again to Marc B. and the rest of the staff at the Airport Blvd location.

I had the privilege of visiting "The Ranch" and meeting the staff. I was very impressed with the attention and respect they gave me. The location is beautiful and very relaxing.

the therapist and nurses and all the staff really have been very helpful and caring in my opinion.they listen to both the parents and the children and show genuine empathy to the situation. they help with different solutions to see what works best for the individual family and offer support along the journey. I'm very greatful for places like this and the people who work there and provide help and encouragement to family's. God bless and keep helping.

Now this place is my home away from home. I went when I was 16 and I’m now 21 and doing great. I wanna continue too thanks Mr.Woods and his whole staff for making me feel great about myself. I was a very shy girl when I first started the program but, once I left I felt a confidence like no other. Mrs.Doris, Mrs.Stephanie, Both the Yolonda’s, Mrs. Pat. And anyone I might have forgotten just know y’all helped me become the best version of myself and I’ll always be grateful for that. Yes me and Melissa are still best friends too this day and we both are thriving. Thank you for making me feel at home when I felt like my home wasn’t homing. I’ll never forget this place always good memories here. I’ve never thought poorly on this place. 10/10 recommend.

The VA sucks the only thing they are good at doing is making healthcare difficult and take longer than it should. They claim to care so much about mental health but have 0 problem calling you 30 minutes before an appointment with your therapist for your mental health and cancelling and making you wait another 2 months. Awful clinic, Awful nurses, and Awful doctors. I’d rather not exist than return to their facility. David’s pretty cool though.
