This is my 17th treatment and honestly I was a sceptic. But so far I love it! The team has shown nothing but love here. My intial phone call with Tiffany was welcoming and positive. Alicia is always smiles welcoming me whenever I come into the office. Abi, my medication provider is always a warm conversation when it comes to my treatment, you can see she cares for her patients. Brianna and Minh are always a vibe to have! Good conversations to have with them during my TMS treatment.

Just leaving a comment as a program volunteer. I honestly feel like the Boaz House provides Christian support, sisterhood advice and valuable connections. Between religious studies, counseling, church and volunteer opportunities each person in the program has the opportunity for success. These skills only helped girls transition into sober living. I have seen a lot of growth with girls invested in the program. For girls who left the program, there were a lot prayers and real loss felt. The staff member I worked closely with definitely gave 120% love & support to the girls.

The Boaz House transformed my life in more way than one. I have battled with addiction for 17 years and been to a couple rehabs none was like this one. Christina truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to help them. I didn't think this program was for me but after completing it and seeing how much this changes lives I have decided to stay here, became staff and am now giving back.

Center for discovery saved my life. The bad reviews scared me at first and I was nervous to go. Once I got there I found a place where I felt understood and seen. The first time I went I did not take it seriously. I’m happy I got the chance for them to help me again. One thing people don’t understand is treatment is not magic, you have to put in the work too. They helped aid me in my recovery process and now I feel better than ever. It is what you make of it. The staff is absolutely incredible and easy to talk to and bond with. I met patients there that I now consider my friends. It’s helpful to be around people that understand. Chrystal is an amazing staff member who is respectful and caring. All the nurses are very thoughtful and they made every day a little easier. I found that saying goodbye was hard but every person there helped shape me into who I am right now. I now can look forward to my future and am excited to live and feel like myself again. Center for discovery was fun and helpful I am always grateful. I highly recommend getting treatment here.

When our daughter was admitted to the Center For Discovery, Cypress Tx., her body and mind were not in a good place. Of course, at first she was resistant, but after a few weeks we started noticing big changes. Dr. Rana, her psychiatrist, made some changes to her meds. Miss Ashleigh her therapist worked constantly with her and kept in constant contact with us. Nurse Shoba would greet us when we visited our daughter, after talking to her you could see she had a servants heart, her concern and care for the children was evident. Our daughter said Nurse Shoba just made her feel peaceful and cared for. Naomi, the dietician, was honest and kind. After a few weeks our daughter looked healthier, her eyes were brighter, and she was more confident in herself. Nurse Indie would email through updates to us weekly and was always available for questions and concerns. After about a month we noticed her thoughts and habits were changing for the better. We can't say enough about the whole staff. Watching our daughter's physical and mental health change over her 2 month stay was amazing and heartwarming. Anyone with a loved one needing treatment should consider The Center For Discovery, Cypress. Yes, the first few weeks may be hard, yes, they will eat to build up their physical strength. But once they buy in to the process you and your loved one will be happy with the result.
I came to teen challenge in September of 2023 and graduated in September 2024. This place is a conduit for God to change people's life if they are willing to submit to and humble themselves before Jesus. I will only rate this 4 stars because unfortunately it was understaffed at the time.
The staff that was there... Amazing people. They truly want to see you successful, and sometimes tough love is part of that

My wife and I are grateful for the program here at The Orchard on the Brazos. The team there has shown that a program uniquely designed to treat addiction while maintaining dignity is the best way to achieve and maintain sobriety. Additionally, their family programs are second to none. We attended a weekend event that was incredibly helpful to us. And, my wife and I have been attending their weekly family zoom meeting for 16 months. Not coincidentally, our loved one is 16 months sober. This meeting, run by Fallon has been instrumental in our own recovery. Fallon provides a very safe space to discuss various topics pertinent to family recover. We're very grateful for these meetings and plan to continue attending.

Unfortunately, we have had two experiences with the Orchard with two of our adult children. I wrote unfortunately, because no one should have to experience their children battling addiction. We had previous experience at another organization that was fruitless. This was a whole new version.
The professionals at the Orchard care not only for the residents, but also provide forums for the family members as well. It is a welcoming caring environment, where family participation is encouraged, because we all need healing in some respects.
For those who are just about at their wits end, there is hope. Let me also say this is not a miracle place, our kids have work that they need to do. As a Dad, I would encourage you to fully check out the facilities, programs and staff. We have been very blessed with our experiences.

The people at The Orchard truly care about their residents. They also care about the recovery of family members of the addict. If you or a loved one struggle with addiction I highly recommend The Orchard. It is very different than any other rehab facility I have come across and I am forever grateful that we found it!
Currently going thru PHP with Bill at the Cypress location it has been an amazing experience Bills classes are very informative and helpful. His personality keeps the classes fun and not boring. He truly cares about his patients. I’m so thankful for PhP and Iop I get to go to the cypress location with Bill. I would recommend this location to everyone experiencing the hardship of addiction

Wonderfully and positively fulfilling place! Bill is awesome! The groups are enlightening and truly helpful. PRC in its entirety is incredible. Before coming here I went to the 30 day program at PRC Dallas (Euless) and it went by so fast! Thank you PRC for saving my life! They also introduced me to AA and I never want to stop practicing the steps! If you find yourself needing help please don’t hesitate to call them. I promise you will not regret it!

M. Smith, NP - a great experience overall. Compassionate, empathetic, and most importantly a great listener. She involves you in your care and provides information on how to communicate with her. The ladies at the front desk were great, as well. I only have positive feedback.

I have struggled for years. Symetria and their staff helped me discover why. Their outpatient approach allows you to still work and attend your sessions too. No judging, no ridicule. They provide the system, you provide the work. The struggle is real but it works if you work it!!!!

This is the best place for IOP. And I've been to quite a few. Not proud but it's the truth. Every counselor there is AMAZING. If one feels alone and isolated, they won't here. It is also ran by an amazing and caring individual Agatha. I don't like being in group settings but there is something special about this place. They CARE!

What an incredible, amazing, wonderful, beautiful, awesome place and community this place is! I was searching for a PHP/IOP/Sober living facility for weeks to help me continue on my path of recovery and as soon as I made my first phone call and spoke to Jacob I knew it my heart I had finally found the perfect spot for me. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful and supportive, the group sessions along with my peers helped me fully understand this disease and without them I’m not sure if I would’ve made it. My appreciation and gratitude for this program are through the roof and I would HIGHLY suggest anyone who needs help with addiction and mental health and staying sober to contact this place. They are #1 in my book and again I cannot give them enough thanks and praise for everything they’ve done for me!

First impressions: First thing I noticed was the positive energy emanating from various staff members. Everybody seemed HAPPY to be at work (about 4-5 staff members). That's always a good sign of a good work space. Second was a very low adult:teen ratio (many adults to few teens) which let me know there is very little chance for missteps with resident whereabouts; and as an added bonus, there were zero adults using cell phones! Third and most important was the professionalism and knowledge of the young and thorough intake officer D'Mani. She spoke with such mastery and courtesy and reassurance, that I could actually exhale at the notion of leaving my most precious part of me here-alone, that is, without a family member. At this initial visit I feel confident that my family member will leave this facility emotionally and psychologically better than when he arrived✝️.

The odyssey home is where you come and get away from everything so you can better yourself. you may not like it all while your in there but deep down you know it’s doing you better mentally and physically and showing you how strong you can be when you finish the program all the staff are great people just have the same respect you would want towards you. Everyone isn’t gonna have a perfect day every single day but you gotta focus on why your there and what you need to do so you can go back home and spent time with your family cause when you in there you start thinking about all the stuff yoh missed out with your family and how much of a privilege it is to have your family around but you don’t notice that till your in there and see how much time you been playing with your life there is a privilege for you to become great within yourself you just have to put the work in and show your family that you can make a change for once in your life. Even the techs were so helpful n friendly i went in on 7-23-23 everything was good towards the end i got a couch how lucky was i to get couch AUTUMN ha she talked about my pants not being fancy enough for community saying i wasnt serious that I don’t want to b sober ( hint I was in rehab willingly) n basically ignored me wouldn’t help me get help with anything literally SHE DID NOTHING for me n the day I graduated im all proud n happy she walks up to me says “ im not gunna b ur couch, u don’t want this ur no hope bye “ I told the lady in charge she said “ she has to it’s to late , o well just go ask another couch “ other couches had already left or said they were full so while Santa Maria was great couch AUTUMN shouldn’t b a couch if that’s how she thinks while Santa Maria was setting me up for greatness the one person that’s supposed to b ur support on the outside tryed to set me up for failure n Santa Maria as a whole don’t need her mentality in a place like that ur supposed to couch help not tear us down

This place have gave me so much to hope for due to the staff Ms.jasmine, Mr>derrick, Ms.talisha, my counclor Ms.rachel and many more of the staff. The love each of these people have for the patients and care its unexplainable. coming from using hard drugs and not having a sense of care for myself and to walk thru these doors and the arms are open to love you till you can love yourself is amazing, me going back out and relapsing and scared to come back but when I thought about the staff and how much love the gave me I was ready to walk back in the doors and now I feel so much stronger because how much they have put so much love in me again. I'm forever grateful for this place and I always tell others who suffer from addiction that this is where I found myself again, and many found the same from their experience also. LOVE YALL SO MUCH!!!!!!!!
I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. Symetria is the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. Through ever problem I have they are there to help, big or small. Amanda the receptionist is amazing although she wasn't here when I started she is now and she is amazing the counselors and doctors are amazing from Rachel to Regina and Robin all amazing. The dosing nurses are absolute heroes for all that they do. And Mark absolutely saved me when I came back to Conroe From Austin. They truly care which is more than I can say for a lot of places. I could write a book of good things about this place but it still wouldn't do it justice. I've been wanting to write a review for a long time now I finally had the time.
