The staff was all very nice, extremely helpful with the TMS process and Ins/Billing. They gave me several different payment options after the 1st of the year when my deductible started over. The TMS procedure itself was not painful and helped lower my medication dosages. I feel like it has helped me. I look forward to see the full results after my treatments are complete.

Just leaving a comment as a program volunteer. I honestly feel like the Boaz House provides Christian support, sisterhood advice and valuable connections. Between religious studies, counseling, church and volunteer opportunities each person in the program has the opportunity for success. These skills only helped girls transition into sober living. I have seen a lot of growth with girls invested in the program. For girls who left the program, there were a lot prayers and real loss felt. The staff member I worked closely with definitely gave 120% love & support to the girls.

A loved one I know just spent almost 9 weeks there recently. The program is not easy as eating disorders affect everyone differently and can be very challenging to address. My loved one wanted to quit multiple times, but with the around the clock support of the staff, techs, dieticians, therapists, and doctors, she was able to stay, improve her overall health, and be discharged as completing the program. We visited every weekend and participated in every weekly support session provided via zoom. Again, the process and experience is not easy. Tough love is sometimes necessary. It was evident the actions taken by the staff was always intended to help my loved one deal with the disorder and regain control once again. We understand the battle is by no means over, but we feel the experience and service provided by the center has better equipped us and my loved one to continue to make progress. We are extremely grateful for all the staff at the center for discovery and would highly recommend the program, but I must reiterate that the process is not easy on the family or the patients. I understand are situations all different. My loved one is extremely grateful she completed the program as are we. Thanks again.

This campus is a wonderfully challenging place that heals the spirit of a man and helps replace his bad habits with many new ones. Bible said "out with the old and in with the new". It's not easy by any means and it's not built to be easy either, however if one can SURRENDER ALL THINGS to Jesus and allow him to take the wheel, this could be a year of awakening, renewal and restoration. The staff here are very patient, kind, loving people that invest in the guys and work to help them achieve spiritual victory. It might be a work program, however I've never met anyone that got sober being lazy. It puts AC in the dorm and also it helps others come that don't have the means to pay for it. Teen challenge is doing wonders for people and they deserve to be recognized for it. Keep up the good work guys.

Amazing clinic and all the people who work here truly care about you and your well being. I was receiving treatment at another clinic in California and I recieve plenty of blood work never received my results or was briefed on the condition of my health. Here I received blood work when I was admitted and that same week I was handed my blood work and they addressed that I was anemic which I didn't even know! If you do your research like I had you will come to find that symetria isn't just the best out patient addiction treatment there is but that college station is their best location on top of it.

I was surprised when we took a loved one to this facility. It s an actual home vs. building. That starts everything off with a much more relaxed atmosphere that s conducive to starting, going through and maintaining a very difficult process. The staff who greeted us were welcoming, positive and enthusiastic. It was late in the evening and yet, still just warm and positive vibes. It s only been better from there. Every interaction has been pleasant. The staff are caring and knowledgeable and absolutely go out of their way to ensure an excellent level of care. If they don t have an immediate answer or solution, they will find it. I ve never had long hold times and it s never taken days to hear back from them. Can t say enough about the great program at More Than Rehab!

Where to begin in thanking PRC for giving me the tools to save myself. Super friendly right from the beginning. Admissions had me scheduled for check in before I got there. Literally the most welcoming ,caring and genuine people I ve ever meet. From the nicest lady ever at the front desk to both of the most amazing nurses I ve ever spoke with even had a Vet to Vet chat with one of them. I respected that sooo much. The woman nurse didn t judge so I felt I could be completely honest with her and I did and it felt great. She listened, and I could really really see that. I also respected that dearly. The counselor outstanding, I talked for an hour straight. He sat and listened every word and was truly engaged into my treatment plan. Great guy!! Last but not least got to see my old counselor from my old methadone clinic CARS A clinic that caused more PTSD than my military service. I couldn t believe it my heart skipped a beat in a good way when I saw her I was so happy she moved on from that hell hole! lol and The smile on your face said it all had me come her office and sit down spoke to me like a human being like she always had done before. These people truly care, and now for the final step meeting the Doctor who was the coolest guy ever! That s the most nerve racking part especially for me when I ve been going to Methadone maintenance clinics since 2017 and I just know that right dose there s a sweet spot that works for me perfectly for me without any side effects, cravings etc. he s was beyond outstanding most kindness doctor I ve ever met. If you re looking for help when your at a complete loss or want to prevent yourself From going to far down that path of your addiction and you don t know where to go give these people a call don t give up. Trust me they will save your life and get you back on track. And the best part of this place is getting you back on track getting back on track fast not these hard insane rules. They want to get you back on track and get you back to your life, family and work. I could truly see that they are in the business for the patients. I went into Taylor Recovery with my life shattered. I needed help, not only for the demons I faced, but the situation those demons had landed me in. I was provided information by my medical insurance company (a department within it to assist with the type of issue I was in). The individual I spoke with expressed their trust with Taylor Recovery Sober Living to provide the help I needed. I called the TRSL. Kimberly Isaac (Ms. Kim) answered the phone..... thank God. I went into detail with my situation. She told me then and there I was welcome.I was at TRSL for almost a year. I now have a new home, well new to me. This become possible by the opportunity they provided me.I was introduced to the staff (Megan, who did my intake and did catch me on a white lie, Jacob, Ms. Marjorie, and others who came along later.... Tish). Additionally, by the grace of God I was introduced to my counsellor, Ms. Gail (...aka..Ms. G), also Steve. I needed the support and the wisdom from both of these individuals, the staff, Ms. Kim, and Teresa.I made it perfectly clear two things would be necessary for me to discharge treatment. First, I wound need to know I could live independently (secure by myself, okay with my own skin), and that I would be a homeowner when I discharged.Had I not came in contact with TRSL, and these individuals, I would either be 6' under, or property of the State of Texas. Everyone there supported, accommodated (I work 3rd shift), counselled me, especially when life became even tougher while I was there.Thank you all at Tayor Recovery Sober Living, you have provided the tools for a man to get back on his feet, to have the strength to face a new book in life, and to go forward with confidence.I highly recommend Taylor Recovery, and those who make Taylor Recovery to anyone who needs help with recovery, and sober living.Please, be dedicated to your own life and grow.

I was not aware of the side withdrawal effects that come with quitting alcohol, and how dangerous it is when someone is dependant and quits from one day to another.Luckily i found this facility were professional employee Ramona returned my call from. She honestly, genuinely and willingly took her time to answer all the questions that I had and she guided me through the process of how to quit alcohol in a healthy way.Ramona successfully found a detox program that will help me deal with my horrible alcohol addiction and with the professional help that I need.Although Ramona doesn't directly deal with alcohol withdrawal problems. She was able to identify and guide me to the right person. Thanks Ramona and The Council on Recovery for all of your help!

Positive Recovery is a game changer. I've been on my own recovery road for years by myself but l've never been able to connect all the pieces to stay sober. PRC provided me with tools I could use on a day to day basis that help me through life's situations as they come. Glenn, one of the counselors at the Cinco Ranch location, is very insightful and actually in recovery himself. He could relate to what I've been through and what I go through daily. I've been to a bunch of rehab centers over the years some were decent, and others left a lot to be desired. When I first walked into Positive Recovery, I was expecting the same old, repetitive lessons I'd heard a million times before. Boy, was I in for a surprise! At the Cinco Ranch location, Glenn completely redefined my experience. His approach is genuinely refreshing he creates a safe, welcoming space that makes you actually look forward to coming back.I remember my first Monday group session; it was impressive to see a mix of people, including some who've been attending for months. One person even mentioned they drive over 40 miles just to be part of the group! Glenn s unique style is not only engaging and fun, but it also provides practical, real-life insights that go far beyond just staying sober. His sessions taught me valuable lessons about life, renewing my passion and hope for the future.If you're looking for a recovery program that feels more like a supportive community rather than a repetitive class, I highly recommend giving this place a try. PRC Cinco was the perfect choice for my recovery. I completed the PHP program and cannot recommend it enough to those battling addiction. The program and curriculum are wonderful, but it s Glenn (the counselor), who I will always owe my sobriety and so much more to. He made me feel comfortable and seen from day 1 and his passion and knowledge in what he does is inspiring. I will continue after care as long as the doors are open!

I enrolled as a patient at New Dimensions with no prior experience with iop. I called all around Houston and I gave this center a chance because they were the first ones to pick up the phone with a sense of compassion in their voices. I am an adult in my late 20s with alcohol and substance abuse history and I have ptsd from past traumas in my life as well as severe manic depression. My life had gotten to a place of complete unmanageability. I was scared that my diseases would eventually cause my inevitable death and I did not know any of the tools I needed to be a healthy functioning adult. All of that slowly and subtly started to change and improve because of the professional guidance I received from ALL of my therapists and counselors there. I learned how to replace bad habits with healthy ones and I choose my well being over the things that I can't change on a daily basis, one day at a time. I will always feel a sense of gratitude to this facility.

I was surprised when we took a loved one to this facility. It s an actual home vs. building. That starts everything off with a much more relaxed atmosphere that s conducive to starting, going through and maintaining a very difficult process. The staff who greeted us were welcoming, positive and enthusiastic. It was late in the evening and yet, still just warm and positive vibes. It s only been better from there. Every interaction has been pleasant. The staff are caring and knowledgeable and absolutely go out of their way to ensure an excellent level of care. If they don t have an immediate answer or solution, they will find it. I ve never had long hold times and it s never taken days to hear back from them. Can t say enough about the great program at More Than Rehab!
