I was placed here by the court, and I'm glad I was because this program taught me a lot. It helped me grow, strengthen my faith in God, and showed me how therapy and music can help people express their emotions and see life in a new way. Thank you to everyone who works here. A couple of suggestions I have are: In the shower, water collects around the handle and doesn't drain well. I'm worried it could cause mold over time, so maybe adding a small drain hole could help. For the night snack, I think two sandwiches instead of one would be nice. I asked a few others, and many agreed. Some also said hot chips would be a good addition. I don't know everything that goes into running this place, but I just wanted to share my thoughts. Thank you again for everything you do.

I was going through A really bad mental episode where I was getting panic attacks 24/7 and I couldn’t do anything for myself. Nurses took great care of me and all of the other staff I was even at the time scared to go outside and they convinced me to. They really do care and I really thank them from the cooks to the doctors and everything else in between. It’s a very challenging job. And very much appreciated

I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Aracely at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming, which sets the tone from the moment you call or walk in. Overall, the team was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the people they serve. You can really feel that this is more than a job to them, it’s a mission. I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are. Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

I love this clinic ! I love everyone there Ms. Laura , Art , Ms. Jennifer , and Mr. Daniel. They really care about us and I'm so happy to be there. I have a clinic close to me in Conroe Texas but I would rather go far that's 40 to 45 minutes away just to go to there clinic cause they are such wonderful people. They feel like my family ! I have been seeing Bill Jack for almost 7 years and he has by far been the most caring and helpful counselor I've ever met with. He has gone above and beyond to help me and my family during hard times and I couldn't recommend him enough. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Molly Thomason. She evaluated by son for ADHD and did such a phenomenal job on his neuropsychological evaluation. I don't live in the Woodlands, but I drove out to see her because I wanted a high-quality evaluation. I also would like to add that I highly recommend Dr. Kat Cohn for parent training/coaching. She and I completed our PhDs together, and we trained together at Texas Children's Hospital. I refer to her regularly for parenting support related to disruptive behavior, ADHD, and Autism, because she is simply excellent at her job. 10/10 recommend!
