I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. my daughter had a really positive experience with Ariel at Woodland Springs. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout my daughters time there. Ariel took the time to listen and made sure my child felt heard,safe and most of all comfortable, which made a big difference in a stressful situation. (Her first time in the hospital.) Her calm and compassionate approach really stood out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the people she works with. Woodland Springs is lucky to have someone like Ariel on their team. My daughter had an issue with a staff Ms.Randi but overall an amazing experience.

I had a great experience connecting with the team at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Robert took the time to walk me through their Woodlands location and let me know about the other services offered in the Greater Houston Area. I was able to meet and speak with Laura Alper a very sweet and grounded clinician who really wants to make a difference. Aracely at the front desk was also so kind and welcoming, which sets the tone from the moment you call or walk in. Overall, the team was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the people they serve. You can really feel that this is more than a job to them, it’s a mission. I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen. They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are. Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

I love this clinic ! I love everyone there Ms. Laura , Art , Ms. Jennifer , and Mr. Daniel. They really care about us and I'm so happy to be there. I have a clinic close to me in Conroe Texas but I would rather go far that's 40 to 45 minutes away just to go to there clinic cause they are such wonderful people. They feel like my family ! I have been to a few recovery centers and CARS is by far the best. They work with you and actually care about your progress and how you are. Kim is by far the best counselor I could’ve asked for, she is kind, caring and is the best part of CARS in my opinion. Also thw nurses there, Leah and Art work SO hard making sure everyone gets taken care of. I can’t say one bad thing about any of the counselors for that matter because they are all awesome.

Amazing VA clinic, very fast and reliable service. This VA actually cares about you. Wonderful staff and service. Probably saved my life when I was going through “SI” my phycologist at the time would take me into hiss office and just drop everything for me. Sometimes that’s all it takes someone to listen to you for 15 mins. there’re doing to be there for you but don’t expect them to call an ambulance. They will definitely sit and talk with you and make sure you’re good! 🤝😇

I love Tri County Behavioral Center ❤️. It is extremely scary and uncomfortable when looking for help with ptsd. I have been coming to the tri- county mhmr in Cleveland TX since I moved to Cleveland in 2018 . I have been to several doctors and therapists for over 40 years. I have never stayed on track. Ms. Sonja was the first face I saw and she is AMAZING. Her voice her smile her spirit. She helped me get my medication and support from the beginning. Tri County MHMR Staff has changed my life,from my case worker Tasha, to my nurse practitioner Jennifer, Ms.Juanna our intake nurse. But let me be clear without the kindness and care I received from the first breath of my conversation with Ms.Sonja I would not be my best self today. Ms. Sonja treats us like family. As soon as I check in until I check out she is the start and finish of my experience. Ms.Sonja thank you for loving me when I forget to love myself. My teen has been to this place twice over a years time frame and did an IOP and PHP program. We felt both times that their treatment and care for the teens was really great and the information shared in family was always helpful. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Molly Thomason. She evaluated by son for ADHD and did such a phenomenal job on his neuropsychological evaluation. I don't live in the Woodlands, but I drove out to see her because I wanted a high-quality evaluation. I also would like to add that I highly recommend Dr. Kat Cohn for parent training/coaching. She and I completed our PhDs together, and we trained together at Texas Children's Hospital. I refer to her regularly for parenting support related to disruptive behavior, ADHD, and Autism, because she is simply excellent at her job. 10/10 recommend!
