I've been to places before that offer "help". But this place is top notch. I felt very comfortable here, to where I actually opened up about everything in my life. They focus on you as an individual, and actually remember your name. I'm not seen as a patient here, but as a person. I feel as though finding this place was a true blessing. Symetria is the most amazing clinic I have ever been to. Through ever problem I have they are there to help, big or small. Amanda the receptionist is amazing although she wasn't here when I started she is now and she is amazing the counselors and doctors are amazing from Rachel to Regina and Robin all amazing. The dosing nurses are absolute heroes for all that they do. And Mark absolutely saved me when I came back to Conroe From Austin. They truly care which is more than I can say for a lot of places. I could write a book of good things about this place but it still wouldn't do it justice. I've been wanting to write a review for a long time now I finally had the time.

The staff at Woodland Springs is truly remarkable. When I have a patient in crisis, Dawn, the Sr. Business Development Representative is one call away, to assist with getting my patients the help they need at Woodland Springs. They are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. The treatments my patients receive there has been transformative; They feel supported every step of the way. The team works tirelessly to help my patients stabilize their mental health, offering a variety of therapeutic options and consistently checking in on their progress.

My teen has been to this place twice over a years time frame and did an IOP and PHP program. We felt both times that their treatment and care for the teens was really great and the information shared in family was always helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for families looking to find mental health care for their teens.

I’m incredibly grateful for my time with PRC Conroe. I did my recovery program through their online Zoom meetings, and even though I wasn’t there in person, I still felt fully connected, supported, and encouraged every step of the way. The ladies who led the classes were compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping people heal—and that came through, even over a screen.
They also offer in-person classes for those who prefer that setting, which just shows how flexible and accommodating they are to each person’s needs. No matter how you show up, they meet you where you are.
Recovery isn’t easy, but PRC Conroe made it feel possible. I’m beyond thankful for the guidance they gave me, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, effective support in their recovery journey.

I have been to a few recovery centers and CARS is by far the best. They work with you and actually care about your progress and how you are. Kim is by far the best counselor I could’ve asked for, she is kind, caring and is the best part of CARS in my opinion. Also thw nurses there, Leah and Art work SO hard making sure everyone gets taken care of. I can’t say one bad thing about any of the counselors for that matter because they are all awesome.

Love it here! They have helped me in so many ways! Especially Kim, she is an amazing counselor and person. I feel like I can tell her anything without feeling judged or like I have gone backwards in my treatment that I just need to fix whatever problem I'm having and still feel like I'm accomplishing life in a positive way and that once I fix that issue I'm still doing good so thank you Kim for making feel that way and keeping me on track!! ❤️❤️❤️

I have been to 7 different clinics between Utah, cali, Texas; and CARS in Tomball is the best I have been to. If it weren’t for Kimberley there is no way I would be doing as good as I am. She has been there to talk me through hard times, reminded me how strong I am, if something comes up (out of town, or surgeries etc.) Kimberley, the nurses, and doctor do all they can to accommodate my needs. Other clinics made me feel like a burden, or like I was putting them out, or a pain. I have never had a counselor as amazing as Kimberly. I thought I was losing my dad, and the support Kimberly gave me, I have never had. She didn’t rush me out, I had to go back to my home state and she helped me make a relapse prevention plan, checked in on me, and has never made me feel like an addict. She has helped set me up to succeed, not fail. I have almost two years sober and if I didn’t have her support as well as Leah and Art and Chase I wouldn’t have made it this far. I’ve never had this kind of support in a program as I do now. Kimberly is the reason I stay at this clinic; “the best counselor I’ve had.” Leah, Art and Chase are all bonuses! If you’re looking for somewhere for yourself or family, CARS is the best. The counselors, nurses, and doc are all positives to this place

Monday morning, I had to go the the VA clinic in Tomball for blood work. For Thanksgiving week, it was busy. I got there early and was soon called back. The young black lady had her work cut out for her. They appeared to be very short staffed, but she was taking care of business. As soon as I walked through the door she handed me a cup and directed me to the bathroom. She had at least two, maybe three or more others already waiting to have their blood work done. She was going from partition to partition getting people help. I was in and out of there in minutes. She was also in a very good mood. It could have been overwhelming, but she didn't seem to mind. I admire the work ethic and the ability to work under tremendous pressure. I hope that she knows that she is appreciated. I tried to let her know. We need more people like her. True warrior.

I’m not sure why this clinic has a low rating. From admin to nurse to doctor everyone was exceptionally polite, courteous, patient and listened to me. Really recommend this facility.

I know not everyone’s experience is the same. But I am grateful for mine.
As a disabled US Army Veteran, I can honestly say that the staff at the Tomball VA CBOC have treated me with the highest level of care and compassion. Every single person I have encountered, whether it’s the front desk, the nurses, doctors, therapists, orthopedics team, optometrists, phlebotomists, or the suicide prevention team, has served me incredibly.
Yes, I share that last team openly, because it saved my life. The Suicide Prevention team at Tomball is available Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. You can walk into the Tomball VA CBOC and they will listen, not just to reply, but to truly understand. They provide care, aftercare, follow-up, and most importantly, they treat you like a human being, with dignity, respect, and compassion.
I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me. Between them and the CAMS Team in Houston, they saved my life.
And if you’re a veteran or loved one reading this and you find yourself in a mental health crisis, please don’t wait, Dial 988 and Press 1. That’s the Veteran Crisis Hotline, and someone will be there to answer right away.

I came to them broken, and in crisis. With no appointment I was speaking with someone within 15 minutes. That day turned my life around. Ricardo Bolton has been like a guardian angel to me. Dr. Bobbadilla has managed every issue I was having and gotten me care throughout the network in a very timely manner. In less than a year's time, my knees have been replaced so I can get back to work, I've had a complete physical and am scheduled for a PET scan next month for a shadow they found on my chest xray. They have saved my life. For years I've heard bad things about the VA. Let me tell you something, things have changed. If you need care, this team can make it happen. I am so very grateful.

Before coming here I went to the 30 day program at PRC Dallas (Euless) and it went by so fast! Thank you PRC for saving my life! As a person who went through many different methadone clinics in my past with no success, it turns out that environment really matters. Symetria College Station was brand new when I became a patient there. I was immediately taken aback by the environment. No long lines, personable staff, getting called by your name instead of a number, and watching everyone jump through hoops to make sure you're taken care of the way you need for your personal success. Symetria was a breath of fresh air for me when I needed it most. The best part was the support group. It was NOT a bunch of people telling "war stories" . We learned! We learned about what addiction truly is, with the support of the entire staff, right down to the program director and doctors. We learned to recognize our behaviors and how to turn them around. We learned how to deal with our current challenges in a healthy way. I can go on forever. I truly can. They started me on a program towards becoming a recovery coach! 5 years later I am now a Recovery Support Peer Specialist for the last several years and it was all because Symetria sponsored me and led me in every way they could, then sent me out on a successful journey on my own, and I have been 6.5 years in recovery ever since then. Not only was I one of their first patients, but I was also their first successful taper and discharge. finishing the program was bittersweet. We all knew it was time and they supported every good decision I made. and to this day I still have an attachment to Symetria since I work in the SUD field in our small community.
I absolutely recommend Symetria to everyone, but also to those who feel like they have tried and tried, but couldn't be successful in their recovery. This place brings a whole new light to your life!
