It's all in the name "Recovery home". . Rosecrance recovery home is one of the smartest decisions I've ever made. Woodstock is one of the cleanest buildings I've ever been in. If staying sober is your goal, this place is second to none. There may be a lot of rules but nothing out of control. The rules are quite simple by comparison to having a lifestyle that was out of control. Everybody here is very helpful as far as the staff goes. Not to mention the intelligence of some of the staff is amazing. Life skills are very important. Rosecrance recovery home put you on a healthy path for everyday living. Woodstock recovery home is run by caring attentive staff. The homes are beautiful and kept nice and clean. Anyone looking to establish a network of good people in the sober community should consider this program. I waited a couple weeks for a spot to open up and I’m so grateful I didn’t look elsewhere .I’ve been here a little over a week and I’m happy and more hopeful than I’ve been in years. 🥰👍👍👍

This is a decent facility that includes professional amenities.
Has a good kitchen.
At least three meals a day available, activities including a gym, disc golf course, basketball court and a WALK course.
Other activities include a TV room, computer lab, therpy sessions and consumers.
Staff is promt with dealing with issuess.
Overall this place is a safe zone while some clients cant meet the grade.
I recommend this place
I love this place! All the doctors and nurses are professional and helpful. It's very peaceful and everyone answers my questions and helps me get the best care for my children, myself, and my brother.

Went in to the urgent care side about a month ago for a broken toe. Receptionist was great when checking in, and it was super quiet. Felt like the only person there! Didn't wait more than two minutes to get called back. Nurse was nice and helpful, x-ray lady was nice too! The urgent care doctor seemed like he was in a rush, and didn't explain anything besides the fact that my toe was broken, which sucks. Overall great experience! I am one who avoids doctors offices as Functional medicine is far more helpful. But when it comes to a broken bone, urgent care it is.

Staff is excellent, always ready to help with anything you could possibly need. I have absolutely no complaints. I owe them the world for the life I have today. I don't know where I would be without this place.
The counselor that was working my case was THE BEST. He was so easy going, which made the process easier. It was simple to talk to him and to feel understood. Thank you for having such professional people working there.
The staff here at the Mukwonago location is amazing. The psychiatrist Laura Heidelmerie is the best and so easy to talk to

I am writing this review in regards to my counselor Heidi. I have been seeing Heidi since late July when she was still employed at the Franklin office. Heidi has been a life saver for me- literally!!! She has taught me so many coping skills, she always actively listens, she advises, she encourages and she corrects. I look forward to my weekly meetings with her. As soon as I head to my appointment I feel a sense of calm. My main reason for seeking counseling was because my grandmother passed and the grieving process was really taking a toll on me physically and mentally. I honestly didn’t know what to do or where to turn. I know I will never forget the pain of my grandma passing but I am learning to cope. One day at a time I’m progressing. I have fall backs but I’m actively remaining positive to keep moving forward. My grandma was my everything and from the beginning Heidi understood that. I am grateful for meeting such an amazing counselor who has helped me to slowly progress… Thank you so much!!! ❤️

My son had forged a bond with his therapist, and a noticeable improvement in his mood supports that. He has been generally harper, and a a patent, who sees his kid suffer, makes my heart warm.
Fantastic staff and every therapist different family members have seen have all been wonderful even with very challenging situations and difficult teens.

Ive been going to Genesis for several years now. I started with one therapist who had to step down due to family matters. I see Tiffany S now and highly recommend her. I have made such huge progress in the time seeing her that it's been unbelievable to see where I came from to now. The front desk is awesome as well. Four stars is simply because I know my husband went to see a therapist there who was really awful. Basically if a therapist isn't the right fit, try someone else in the organization. ☺

Doctor k has been one of my favorite doctors to work with. He always nice and in a good mood. Very professional anf works with your needs. Would highly recommend. The only issue is I do have a service dog and he is afraid of dogs so i leave my dog home when i visit him.
I've been going here for a decade, and it's helped me through the years. Whoever says this place is bad must have been up to something and it didn't work out for them (meds), maybe not honest, or the wrong therapist. They care

Idk. Maybe my experience was different from everyone else. Maybe my daughter is different. idk. But I'm a single dad Raise, my daughter, since 8 months old. She grew up quick. By the time I knew it, she was running away. I was doing nothing wrong as a parent. Sure, I want perfect. But she had a loving cast around her. But she just was having problems in her mind. No, mom. Idk. But cps got involved cause I mean I'm calling the police when my child runs right. She got a case worker. Deb McDaniel. I was very sus with her. This isn't want I imagined for my daughter. But I did the process. Again I'm went thru some shit as a child as well. But I trusted Deb with her. I did the process. My daughter at the moment has 3 jobs just bought her first car. 2024 model. And is doing amazing. I'm crying as I type this. Thank so much Deb. Deb went above and beyond for her. Beyond anything I ever expected. She is someone who takes her job seriously. I called she always answered. Always. She never hesitated. I owe you more then this post Deb. I understand where all you are coming from. Trust me, I do. I had my doubts. But my daughter is 21 and it's night and day. Be patient with them. Love them. Be honest. They hear you I promise. Again thank you Deb. 😊

Im surprised by how low the reviews are. I have been coming here for 8 years and while I’ve had alot of ups and downs in that time, sometimes with staff, the overwhelming amount of time they have been very helpful. They always help me at least 🤷♀️
I don't know I could say I'm sober without the therapist I partnered with here. I am now. I have been for a year. I will be for longer because my therapist gave me all the help I needed and continues to.
