I have never had a bad experience coming to PCC in Melrose Park. I have seen several doctors over the years. All of the doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. The wait time in the office is never that long. I have the portal as well and test results are put in as soon as they are ready. The lab tech is great also !

I don’t know why the ratings here are so low. This was my first visit. My wait to see the doctor was 5 mins >. My prenatal doctor (Dr. Ali) was very nice , informative, and educated. I can tell she actually knew what she was talking about. I absolutely LOVED the women who drew my blood. They were so funny & cool. I forgot I was getting blood drawn. That was even quick. Clean & quiet waiting room & back area. Might make here my main pcc clinic.

I will miss Westlake hospital. I just gave birth to my daughter here March 18th and the nurses, doctors and the staff was just simply wonderful to me and my baby making sure we were taken care of. I would like to recognize my emergency room nurse named Mike. This gentleman went totally above and beyond for a total stranger and treated me with the care and compassion that I have not seen in a hospital in a long time. I’m being admitted for chest pain and passing out and have yet to experience the rest of the hospital, but if it’s anything like the treatment I received from my nurse Mike, I will have nothing but good things to say about this hospital. It takes a special kind of person to go above and beyond the way Mike did for a total stranger. He has a servants heart and it will not be forgotten.
