I think the service and staff is top notch. I have built a great relationship with my counselor and the staff, who has the experience and knowledge to assist me with the issues I need assistance with. My insurance has changed, they will work with you as long as you show you are making progress on your account. I was given the opportunity to switch to another provider due to insurance, but the trust and relationship is worth the price than starting with another provider. If you are honest with your self and open to the ideas and tools being offered, I am sure you will get the help and assistance you need with Compass.

I cannot say enough wonderful words to describe this center. I LOVED every single employee there. Every single one treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. Detox is rough on some people and they never ever made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. I stayed for 21 days and was so sad to leave. Mixed emotions. I made many new friends that were also in the program. But the therapists and nurses all have a special place in my heart. Much laughter, many tears (I’m an emotional person) and the feeling of finally finding a safe space where all of the things that I share stay there. My therapist still calls to check on me, love Mariah! My nurse practitioner Savannah, always listened to my questions and needs with such sincerity, I am truly blessed to have met her as well.

I brought my teenage daughter back in 1997. I was so worried that I was an emotional mess myself, very resentful of addicts in general. It took only a very short time for me to begin to love and understand these people. It was so enlightening and healing. My daughter took ten more years and some hair raising experiences to escape her addiction, but I still give much of the credit to Valley Hope, because what she had learned saved her later. She is doing very well. She’s married with two kids and is successful and respected in her work as a hair stylist. She’s been clean and sober nearly 20 years now.

What a great place and Chris was the best counselor I have ever seen for my son. The Chaplin Jamie needs to quit judging people by their looks or how they dress. Give some grace to these hurting people and quit judging . Be there to encourage and build someone up with Gods love . You are a poor example of a Chaplin. Healing Pines is the only place you’ll EVER need! This was my first time in treatment and after a long hard look and lots of conversations with Paul, something just felt right about this place. I’m so glad i chose healing pines cause i couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. From the first day, all the way till my cone out, my experience was nothing short of amazing. This place literally saved my life. Paul and the rest of the staff are amazing people! HPR is exactly what I was looking for in a treatment center. It’s small and intimate and therefore you will get really close with the guys here. You don’t feel like you’re in a clinical setting but it’s not like you’re getting well at a resort. After learning about the lengths that Paul went to in creating this place, it speaks VOLUMES about how much he cares. The community was hesitant but he knew that this is where he was going to help people and made it happen. You will do some deep introspection and healing with your brothers. I would go and play disc golf with my therapist and he always listened intentionally to what I had to say. I miss this place!! The culture here is very special. HPR is where men go to heal and I know I have friends for life after my time in this program.
Come with an open mind and I promise you will get out of it 10x what you put into it.

I always make an appointment and I'm usually seen on time. They have added same day express service, but I have not tried ot yet. There is plenty of parking. I attended their inpatient addiction treatment program, Crestone Residential Treatment Services (CRTS) in 2019-2020. This was the best experience I've had at a treatment center. Their entire staff was nothing but supportive and helpful time and time again (Carol was my fave 😁), and their way of showing each of their patients that they were genuinely invested in each of us and our success seemed effortless, second nature. I stayed for 60 days and didn't have a single negative experience that entire time (except for when Shah's Kababs came around again on the meal schedule and the staff decided to order from a different place knowing I was counting down the days before I could order another Falafel Sandwich.... But I guess we can leave it in the past)
I'm only leaving a comment now because I've been recommending CRTS Everytime I discuss treatment with a friend ever since and when i needed inpatient again last year I tried to reach out but never got a response and one friend was told they had closed. . So if this is correct can you guys please remove it from your list of provided services or add a note about how CRTS is no longer offered, or any type of clear confirmation? I've searched the internet for hours on at least 3 different occasions looking for something. I never get called back when leaving messages.

My son was having crash outs 10 a day make me have a store it was so stressful on me so we took him there they got him on the right meds they worked with him one on one and they have groups that he could do and it helped so much I got my son bad finally it enjoyable only complaint I have is there food was cold and was worse then jail he lost 15 pounds in a week but that's my only complaint

I came to peak view when I realized I was no longer able to manage my mental health on my own. The majority of the staff was unbelievably kind. Every doctor and nurse who worked with me was empathetic and knowledgeable. Medication management was great, group therapy was fantastic (shout out to Jennifer and every other therapists leading the groups) and my family meeting was was informative and set me up outpatient care. The techs that stood out to me were Alyssa. Korissa, Carly, and Austin. Thank you so much! See you for IOP and any other mental breakdowns in the future…lol…hopefully not though.

Completely open to every race in fact Jesus Garcia was part of the furniture for decades a great man. Don't go anywhere else..no one cares more..anyone that would complain about this place really hadn't experienced other counseling places. Nice and clean facility, happy people and a good place to meet friends! Can't beat it. It's the best place on earth open for 30 years and they never get tired of helping. They accept Medicaid and payments. It's great and they don't state when they take urine tests. Got to love them!
