Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Florida provides quality treatment to help individuals overcome dependency related to a wide range of addictive substances. Programs address both the physical and mental aspects of addiction in order to help you make a full recovery.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Programs

Adult Program

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image

Young Adult Program

Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Experiential therapy is a form of therapy in which clients are encouraged to surface and work through subconscious issues by engaging in real-time experiences. Experiential therapy departs from traditional talk therapy by involving the body, and having clients engage in activities, movements, and physical and emotional expression. This can involve role-play or using props (which can include other people). Experiential therapy can help people process trauma, memories, and emotion quickly, deeply, and in a lasting fashion, leading to substantial and impactful healing.

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Aspen has truly been a wonderful home for me—a place where I feel safe and supported. I want to give special recognition to my therapist, Mrs Jay. She has made a profound impact on my life by helping me shift my perspective and find more light and happiness. Mrs Jay goes above and beyond for everyone. She creates a safe and welcoming space, treats us like family, and shows genuine care in everything she does. From bringing us food and thoughtful gifts to celebrating our birthdays—my birthday was 2 days ago and got me a cake—her love and kindness know no limits. There’s so much more I could say, but simply put, Mrs Jay loves us unconditionally. I’m deeply grateful for her, and I wish her all the best. Love you, Mrs Jay!

Aspen Behavioral Health provided a new chance at life. The combination of TMS treatments and counseling services made a positive change. TMS therapy changed the course of my life. It brought hope and lifted my depression. This empowered me to start school and look forward to the future. The technicians were supportive and made me feel comfortable. Always there to talk to through rough times. The counseling at Aspen is exceptional. Therapists address the core issues to help improve thought processes. The counseling has supported me and my husband, helping us rebuild our lives. The staff cares and goes above and beyond for patients. The care provided is compassionate and professional. They incorporate different kinds of therapy including adventure therapy and an outing every week. They also have massage therapy and chiropractic services. They also have on-site living which is really helpful. And so much more! I truly can’t say enough about Aspen. Aspen Behavioral Health is highly recommended for anyone struggling with mental health and/or addiction.

Overall It Is A Great Facility. They Are Honest And They Will Go Above And Beyond To Help You But Not Unless You Want It. My Therapist Is Brittany And At First Because She Is So Bubbly And Cheerful I Thought That She Wouldn’t Be Able To Get Past My Hard Exterior But In The First Session She Made My Walls Crumble And I Couldn’t Even Hold Back The Tears When I Texted Or Called Her After Hours She Was There. Majority Of The Staff Is In Recovery So They Can Relate To You. And The People Here Is Truly A Community We Cook For Each Other We Are Here To Support Each Other And Have Truly Built A Bond And I Know Will Be In Each Others Life’s For The Long Run I Truly Appreciate The Bonds That I Have Built Here And For The Support That I Receive Coming Here Was A Real Blessing For Me.
