About ReEntry Partnership Housing – RPH
The Georgia Department of Community Supervision’s Reentry Partnership Housing is in place to support those who are on state parole/probation and in accountability court programs. It gives those who meet certain criteria a residence and food support for 90 or up to 180 days so that they can more easily transition back into the community. It’s based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Those who are justice involved and experiencing substance use disorder can take advantage of this program and can even partake in treatment as part of RPH. To qualify, participants must be without a residence.
How It Works
RPH provides stability to those who are reentering their communities and have nowhere else to go. They provide shelter through partnered residences, which could be group homes or apartments. Note that this isn’t extended to a client’s family, and that in some residences, there are shared bedrooms.
While in an RPH residence, you won’t have to cover rent. You can instead focus on your recovery and putting all the pieces of stability back in place.
Access to Food
Each RPH provider is responsible for helping residents get food. This could mean preparing meals for the residents or providing them with groceries that they can prepare themselves. Again, the specifics vary between locations, but hopefully you can see how this takes another immediate worry off the table.

Treatments
Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.
Programs
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.
Clinical Services
Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.
