I finally felt loved again. I had lost the appreciation of my family and had lost my girlfriend. Hello people I was one a member at birch tree communities mountain view site when I was there in the beginning I was 19 years old I have been successfully discharged I had a long history of anger issues I have been safely removed off of all my medication but one just to help me sleep. It doesn't matter what your past was like the only person that can change your future is you honestly I know I'm not perfect neither is the person standing next to you everyone makes mistake mine have made me wiser and pain has made me stronger there's going to come a point in your life that you are going to have to face your past and except the fact that you can not do anything about it but you can make a choice about your future the only person that can change is you and I believe that recovery is possible I did recover I'm 30 yrs old now I have 3 more years until my land is payed for I'm a certified mechanic and certified x-ray welder no matter where you are in life you always have the chance to start over again the only person that can do that is you. Acceptance it one of the biggest keys in life ( some times we have to relive the past in order to heal from it ) 💯

With complex chronic health condition it is beyond AMAZING to have a health care provider that is willing to go the extra steps. Without Ashley Walker, APRN, I wouldn't be where I am in my health journey. I greatly appreciate all she & Cheyenne have done for me over the years.
Referrals within BRMC have not been an issue to arrange as well as to other facilities in & out of state. If timing has been a factor it has been from the receiving facility & not on this clinic's end.
Appointments with Ashley are made as quickly as possible & more often than not I can be seen on day I call as long as there is availability. Recommend to call early for same day appt.
I've used Ashley for my child since a newborn & plan to continue to do so. We go to health dept for immunizations but Ashley takes care of everything else.

So far so good. Dr Reed is very nice and seems to actually listen to you compared to a lot of know it all doctors I'm used to. Staff is friendly as well and I'm always right in and out the door in less than an hour. They also helped me with payments for my visits because my insurance deductible was too high and visits would have been too expensive without their help.

Synergy Recovery Center was an amazing experience. The staff really made me feel like home and I felt supported and equipped with the tools I need for long-term sobriety. This is an amazing program. As this isn't my first in patient treatment I can compare it to other programs (that just don[t match up). The staff go above and beyond and 100% of them are kind, supportive; each genuinely want to help me on my path healthy enduring life/skills and my road in recovery.
I appreciate the wide diversity of educational programs and exposure to all forms of recovery programs.
I really liked having such a small number of clients in the house, I feel this allowed for exceptional individualizing of each client.

I've been to 7 rehabs in my life and this is the best one. Everybody was cool and knowledgeable especially Tommy and Dylan my only problem was the detox center lost some of my belongings and made no effort to find them or reimburse me for my loss. Other than that it was great. I would like to add the Wes was the house manager of the sober living place I stayed at he was awesome. Super supportive and understanding. He made me feel at home and always had an open ear or a shoulder to cry on. He's nonjudgmental and forgiving. He set a good example for me and the men there

Here at TSR the employees are exceptional from the intake personnel Hailey, speakers Alyssa and Dick, and CIT’s Dylan and Tommy. I recommend this rehab to anyone who is serious in sobriety. The information that was given was so inspiring. Dylan and Tommy are awesome in giving true knowledge of the topic as well as provide so many ways to accomplish sobriety. Visited the new Urgent Care located just down the hall from the main entrance on the left. I was in so much pain I knew I could not drive myself to the ER in LR. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Urgent Care!! Everyone was very kind- got me checked in quickly and back to a little cubicle. The doctor and nurses were truly exceptional. You can tell they enjoy helping Veterans. They worked quickly to help reduce my pain- I am so grateful. I am finally able to get some rest after severe pain for the past few days. Thank you so much!

Our son is currently enrolled at Capstone. It's difficult to put into words how amazing this place is. The level of excellence, from the therapists to the support staff, is second to none. Be advised, they do not mess around. The commitment level they require from the family is high, and for good reason. I've never experienced "tough love" like they put forth. This is a blessed place and we are grateful God led us to Capstone.

I checked myself into the Cox North treatment center about 2010. Got set up on Suboxone. Unfortunately I ended up getting fired before I could finish the treatment and had to get off it all by myself. And I was on 24 mg a day three pills. I wish I'd have been on 2 mg a day. When I tried winning it down myself I realized 2 mg a day was keeping the problems away if you know what I mean. But it does work! Your poop's going to be pretty loose for a long time if you were on opiates but Imodium will help LOL anyways don't give up people!

BHG Springfield has had its ups and downs the past year and a half I’ve been there. Recently, I’ve seen a significant improvement. For a while, it was an hour-two hour wait for dosing, which was tough with a job. But it’s been much smoother recently. I’ve always enjoyed the staff throughout my entire time as a patient. The golden rule has honestly been my moral compass in life, I believe it makes a world of a difference.
I have a wonderful, empathetic counselor (all of them have been wonderful to me) and the nurses are sweet. The newer front desk lady has also been AMAZING too. There’s been a new director and she’s been nothing short of being lovely to me!. Prior to our new director, I had no idea who the director was, lol! It’s always nice for the team to know my name, despite the many patients that come for treatment. I don’t expect it, ever, but it’s just a simple act of kindness that is rare in my day to day.
I used to dread coming here (mostly for the long wait and the discussions openly held in the waiting lobby, but I’ve learned to tune it out) but I haven’t had an issue recently.
I will say I wish they took private health insurance— I pay out of pocket and it’s a dent, but that’s the price I signed up for my treatment. I have continued to live a happy and healthy life while on medicated assisted treatment. It’s allowed me to build my life while staying stable after a decade of OUD. In year one for a few months I was on a grant, which was a life saver, thanks to my counselor!! I don’t think grants are offered anymore, but I could be wrong.

First initial visit today,
Everyone's experience is different, but the entire staff was very polite and pleasant. They took time and answered every question I had. The front desk staff was amazing. The nurse and Doctor was also amazing. Other than the long initial visit wait time, no complaints from me so far.

Springdale Treatment Center is a life saving/life changing Treatment Center. Every counselor here is rooting and advocating for the addict. The entire staff has always treated me with patience, understanding, and respect. A way us addicts don’t get treated very often. This program in conjunction with the use of methadone has saved my life and given me my life lost to drugs back; my relationships/kids, resolved legal issues, my health, and financial independence are all resolved or on their way to being resolved because of this program with the use of methadone. Just like anything in life…. if you follow the rules and do what you agree to do upon signing up the program will work for you and you will have success. :) You don't have to be sick anymore. I want to thank everyone there that helped me and to help me understand exactly how the place worked and how it could help me. I would say this never been a big doctor fan. But the two gentleman that help me was absolutely help and funny that help keep the overall feeling down and delightful. Even the RNs and staff was great. I was very impressed and for a new person going in, maybe me feel like there maybe that light at the end of that long dark cave. Thank you all so very much

I went here for a few months for help with tapering off of benzos that I had been prescribed for anxiety. I was having a lot of trouble or with withdrawal symptoms and wanted to make sure I was tapering the correct way. I met with Brian a couple times and he was very nice. The only negative I have is he did a drug test on me without disclosing that I would get a bill. Now I have a $180 bill to test for drugs that I was prescribed. It would have been nice if the fact that I would have to pay so much for a drug test was disclosed before taking it, and if I had been given an option to opt out.

I would just like to share my experience about Natural State and the guy Michael who manages the sober living houses. If it was not for him my son would be dead. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. My son was making every excuse in the world to me and I was believing him instead of someone who has walked in his shoes. Again thank you Michael and Natural State Recovery.

I want to point out Shayna care coordinator, she goes above and beyond to help someone ! My son was a patient here for a month and a half. I think treatment team did a lot to help him ! Unfortunately he made some choices good and bad really ! He did try but probably needed more attention with his medications for his mental health issues. They all did a lot to help him. I would recommend them if you want to stay clean and learn more skills to cope !! 💯 %.

I've not personally used your resources but know of several close friends and family members who have. Majority of them have kept to the guidelines and resources they learned from their time spent with your faculty. I've seen their lives do a 360 in just short period and true change.
