I just came home from here 2 weeks ago. This place is AMAZING!! I didn't want to go at first, I read the reviews here, on day 3 I was finally settled in and knew I couldn't have been at a better place. The staff is exceptional!! It is a very intense program, but it's wonderful. Classes are 7 days a week, 8am-7pm, lots of breaks in between, plus lunch and dinner breaks. The food was exceptional! You definitely will not go hungry here!! When it was my day to go, part of me didn't want to leave, I had made great friends there and this place had become my safe place. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing help. This place will save your life if you let them!!
**Edit to add, 6 months post treatment, still sober (237 days). My brother is now a resident there, he's on day 4 today. This place is amazing!!**

so far ive been so blessed with them in where im at in life. I haven't made it to them yet bc of prescription problems but they helped make it happen with a grant when I told them what I was going through and what I planned with my life but I truly needed help and Paige has been more than helping and understanding before I have even got there. I will know more when I get there tomorrow but so far they have been more than understanding and helpful when im at a very tough time in my life.

I was in the Autumn unit. I went in for a suicide attempt and came out better then ever. I wanna give a shout out to Mrs Rhonda, Bam, Kaitlyn, tyrek, thomas, Mrs Carol, Mrs Jay Moss, Cam, Shameka, Blake, and mrs yam. They helped me in ways I never thought was possible. This has been the worst experience my family and I have encounter since my grandmother was admitted. We wanted her to go to the hospital for rehab to gain some of her strength back that she had lost due to her prognosis. They throw her dentures in the garbage due to carelessness!! My grandmother said she tried to warn the person throwing her tray in the garbage that she had her dentures as well but the lady had air-pods in her ear and could not her my grandma crying out for help. Dentures are expensive to replace. They did not wash her face or bath her. She was laying in the bed dirty for a week until I went up there to shower her. Also, they discharged her to a facility and we had no notification on what facility and when she left. The facility called us and told us that our loved one was there. She had been discharged with no clothes or anything with her. They treated her like she was a piece of trash being thrown away. We are highly disappointed with Saint Francis Memphis and would not recommend this hospital.

Before I came here I was struggling with mental health and addiction. I really wanted to change and when I came here I really felt a difference in the atmosphere. The staff here are really kind and friendly and aren't just here for a paycheck. They help you with any goals you want to achieve and give really helpful advice and resources. Only complaint is the food...but other than that my room was really clean and I felt safe and comfortable here. They helped me be at peace with myself and feel hopeful that I can handle my responsibilities and relationships.

Between the ups and downs of being an addict and all the places I've tried to get help and the Drs I've been to. This place and staff in Conway Arkansas have helped in every way without judgment. I've wanted to give up so many times but thanks to the wonderful counselors to the reception desk to the Lady running the show they have helped get me back on track and it's not always about the medicine sometimes it's just being able to talk to the right people

Hello people I was one a member at birch tree communities mountain view site when I was there in the beginning I was 19 years old I have been successfully discharged I had a long history of anger issues I have been safely removed off of all my medication but one just to help me sleep. It doesn't matter what your past was like the only person that can change your future is you honestly I know I'm not perfect neither is the person standing next to you everyone makes mistake mine have made me wiser and pain has made me stronger there's going to come a point in your life that you are going to have to face your past and except the fact that you can not do anything about it but you can make a choice about your future the only person that can change is you and I believe that recovery is possible I did recover I'm 30 yrs old now I have 3 more years until my land is payed for I'm a certified mechanic and certified x-ray welder no matter where you are in life you always have the chance to start over again the only person that can do that is you. Acceptance it one of the biggest keys in life ( some times we have to relive the past in order to heal from it ) 💯

I finally felt loved again. I had lost the appreciation of my family and had lost my girlfriend. When I first came to this place, they welcomed me with so much love that I remembered how that felt, after a while, I made amends with my family and apologized to my ex for everything I had put her through. I'm happy that they opened my eyes and showed me that the past can not be changed, the present goes on, and the future is a complete mystery.

I got what I needed (and more!) received education, therapy, and services to get my life back. My mother gets her daughter back and my children, their mother. Today, I have joy, peace, and have learned to forgive myself (and even like myself).
The staff is wonderful! The group classes are great! My peers have been wonderful supports to me! The food is great with a full kitchen, snacks anytime you want, and even a soda fountain (personal favorite!) The bedrooms are accommodating with awesome mattresses and comfy bedding. But the treatment services and case management team truly heard my needs, addressed them hand in hand with me, and saved my life. Thank you Haven! I will miss you all, but so thankful for every tool in my toolbox today!

I completed the 28 day program twice and spent over 90 days total. At first I didn't like it. They were strict and it was kinda of a tough love thing, I'm sure of that. But, I appreciated that tough love, structure, and accountability,because that is what I needed at the time. After I finished the 28 they found me a job that I really enjoyed and provided transportation to and from work .
At the N.A. , C.A. and alumni meetings , I came to realize that the people here really do care about me, you, and each other.They want nothing more than to see everyone succeed.They are truly one big family!

This rehab is very affective in establishing long term sobriety if a person desires it. The negative reviews here are not accurate and the staff very much care for the clients, with most being former addicts and alcoholics themselves. I participated in residential treatment, PHP, and IOP. A client will be paired with a counselor, therapist, and a psychiatrist. Toward the end of treatment a client can be paired with a sponsor of a 12 step program like AA. There are too many resources to list that Oasis and Recovery Centers of Arkansas have to offer, but a person has to desire to be clean/sober and want to change their lifestyle. No one can make an individual stay sober so the staff cannot be blamed especially when they let it be known that the client must put in the effort to rise above their addiction. I’ve been going to this clinic since 2017. Brenda Crownover is the best counselor I’ve ever had. And having a psychiatrist (Love you Dr Carter!) to prescribe me in the same building is extra convenient. Dr Crownover is the first counselor I’ve been to that made me feel like she was listening and trying to help instead of just saying “chronic depression take some pills” and being done with it. She took my mental health concerns seriously and even researched and helped me find someone willing to test and diagnose me with autism as an adult. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, going so far as to tell me they’ll be praying for me when I cancel due to illness and saying they’re happy I’m feeling better next time I come in. I cant think of anywhere more deserving of a 5 star review than this counseling clinic.

Hi my name is mya and I went there 2 days before my 15th birthday, now I’m 16 . I was only there for 4-5 days Imma tell yall my experience when I first got there I had to wait for a room I came at night so I went to sleep . You have to make up your bed for like extra points and you gotta come out your room and write something basically how you feeling today, every day . After you take your medicine I didn’t have any so you get to go in the day room and it was really not that bad played uno , color , and watch thousands Disney movies lol , they food was good they breakfast , lunch , and they dinner was okay it wasn’t the best but you know you wouldn’t have a 5 star course meal so it was okay , after lunch we either go outside or go in the day room , only really bad thing is you only get 10 minutes to talk to your parents , and I was on the suicidal anger floor so you would hear alot of screaming and I one time I seen someone get tackled on the ground for yelling and throwing stuff after he was told stop and he got what they called “ booty juice “ lol which mean he passed out . The showers you get a cup of body soap and a towel you have 15-20 minutes after if you have any dirty clothes you need to wash you put it outside in your basket , so now it’s time to take your medicine I had melatonin and that’s it so after that you have like another hour in the day room before it’s time to go in your rooms and go to sleep another thing they blankets were thin very and we slept on a wood bed thing with a mat basically I really wasn’t worried because it’s not something to get comfortable at it’s at mental hospital but yea . You do have school , and my floor was pretty cool the people that work at the floor was cool funny too , you do have therapy sessions, and see your doctor i guess? , but the nurse had a attitude some days , you had snack time, so that’s really it overall to me it was good

My daughter said the staff that works with them in the unit are really rude. She loved the teacher. Other than that, the staff communicated with me and were informative. Their paperwork at discharge was well organized and easy to follow. My daughter did say that getting adequate sleep was difficult because kids were up banging on doors through the night and staff would constantly come in and wake them up.

So far so good. Dr Reed is very nice and seems to actually listen to you compared to a lot of know it all doctors I'm used to. Staff is friendly as well and I'm always right in and out the door in less than an hour. They also helped me with payments for my visits because my insurance deductible was too high and visits would have been too expensive without their help.

This is the central office for AA in Arkansas. A great place to pick up AA literature, coins, bookmarks, etc. Stop by, call, or check online to find a meeting near you and/or talk to someone if you think you might have a problem with alcohol. Someone will answer your call 24/7. This program has done so much for so many people, and there are meetings all over Central Arkansas!
