About Clear Path Clinic

All of these medications are FDA approved and can be effective at decreasing your opioid cravings. Vivitrol can also be effective at blocking the effects of alcohol on your brain. Your physician will consult with you to determine which medication is best for your needs. It’s important to note that this facility only provides medication and does not provide addiction counseling services.

The physicians at the facility are ready to provide treatment for other issues affecting your health. Some of the issues that they can assist with include Hepatitis C, Obesity, and Hypertension. Hepatitis C is an ailment that often spreads to individuals through IV drug use. The staff will provide you with medication to treat this condition without minimal side effects. You can start receiving primary care services by scheduling an appointment or walking in.

This is a great place. The woman at the front desk is always very friendly. When I first came here, multiple pharmacies were out of Suboxone. She and the doctor went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication that day. Dr Puente is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Eventually I switched to Dr Puente for my psychiatric care also, and have had an excellent experience. The level of care he provides for his patients is better than any doctor I have ever had. I drive 40 miles one way to see Dr Puente.
To anyone struggling, I highly recommend this office and doctor.
I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Puente. When I first walked through the doors a few months ago I was a complete mess. I was anxious and in a bad spot. Both the doctor and receptionist are friendly and people centered. I can't recommend them enough for others trying to get their life on track

It felt like they understood the challenges of being a young adult in this world. I wish they had more support for school stuff though, but the staff was really cool. Overall, a safe place to grow and get better. Definitely worth it if you’re looking to change your life.

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment.
