I would give it a five star but nothing is perfect, not even me. I am winding down here after successfully completing a inpatient treatment center and stepping down to this PHP.
The executive director Kiersan is what I would call "top of the game" in his role here. He is so good at what he does that i I never knew he was the "boss" until my house mate told me.
Some ppl are born to do things in life and some are not . He was born to be the executive director. He is that 👍 good.
95% of the staff from clinical to the techs are just as good. They genuinely care for the clients.
Now don't take gushing of praise as if there are no cons. There is . And I will say as follows. There are a couple of staff that are just the most unprofessional ppl in any business I have encountered. They have the personality of lemon . And just turns you off from the time you lay eyes on them , or at least they did me. They have bad bad aura about them and horrible spirit and energy. And as time progressed I UNDERSTAND WHY.
Overall of you really want to learn how to stay clean and sober or you have a loved one that you would want the best for in this situation
TBRC is the place.
I dont post lightly either.
I have and will continue to gain their knowledge to continue and trudge the road into my destiny
Kind regards
Joey

I’m about to complete my mental health counseling internship at The Costello Center, and it has been an incredibly positive and meaningful experience. I’m honored to be part of a team that operates with such professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for the well-being of their clients.
My clinical supervision has been under Michelle Donely, and I have the utmost respect for her work. Her dedication to her clients—especially the many children and families she serves—is truly inspiring. Michelle consistently advocates for what is in the best interest of the child, and her expertise in play therapy is evident in the deep trust and connection she builds in each session. Her compassionate and ethical approach has deeply influenced my growth as a future clinician.
The Costello Center, led by Dr. Kim Costello and her husband Franco, is a place where clients are truly cared for and where clinicians are supported to do their best work. Dr. Costello’s warmth, wisdom, and visionary leadership have cultivated a culture of integrity, collaboration, and heart-centered care. I’m grateful to be part of such an enriching workplace that upholds exceptional clinical standards.

This facility is VERY helpful and sympathetic with low income patients who need a lot of understanding, flexibility and accommodations for scheduling and mental health assistance.
The Suncoast Center's office may not be fancy but it is VERY accommodating when a mental health patient forgets their appointment. You can show up and the staff will work to have someone see you that same day.
If you need a different medication dose or if your prescription has run out, the staff at the facility will work with you so you can get your medication.
Suncoast Center also provides financial assistance programs to low income patients. If you have low income, but don't have any health insurance, Suncoast Center can sign you up for low cost fees (around $10 payments for service appointments).
Suncoast Center also offers free medicine via pharmaceutical company programs for low income patients. For example, certain effective, long acting, anti-psychotic injections are very expensive ($600 to $800 per injection) but if you qualify as low income and fill out the pharmaceutical program paperwork, you can get the effective medication for free.
Suncoast Center provides a lot of helpful information to patients such as, law firms that help patients to get SSI Disability payments and paperwork assistance for patients with severe mental health issues to be removed from jury duty lists.

I have been coming to this center for a while, although there have been some issues with a couple of staff, the good experiences have outweighed the unpleasant ones. The accommodations I've received to feel safe and comfortable are not unnoticed.
Life is too short to be upset at something we can't control and the employees here most of time have no control of the days events. Patience, compassion and kindness go a long way.

| The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is a faith-based nonprofit facility in St. Petersburg, Florida. With over 100 years of service, they’ve helped millions of men and women overcome addiction and mental health conditions. You’ll benefit from a safe, stable living environment to grow while focusing on sobriety. One of the best parts i | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I will never forget my time at this precious place! I walked in broken, lost, pending criminal charges and a heart that needed purpose! A was always a believer. I had a good family that raised me from right and wrong. When I walked into the bubble, I did not know what to expect. It was tough at first, living in close quarters and working in the environment is not easy. It was a lot easier and nicer than where I was sleeping on the streets with nothing. Alone and miserable. I made not just friends, I met FAMILY that I will remember and love for the rest of my life! When I look back at my time at this center, I realize how much fun I was having. How much healing came into my life mentally and physically. Healing into my heart. I realized the people around me did not just want to just help me, they wanted to save my soul. They wanted me to be happy and the best version of me. They lifted me to a place of true self-worth and happiness I did not know. Growing up I was a aspiring professional athlete. I got hurt and realized my dreams we're not a reality. I joined the United States Army and serve my country overseas for over 3 years. I discharged honorably and came home. I started to isolate and party. It is a long story, I ended up with criminal charges for stealing to support my habit. I was court-ordered to this program. I met many of men who were there on their own free will. Either way, however you arrive. It just matters that you make it through the door and never give up. I have not been perfect since leaving and had my slips. I can say, I love my life and I am still fighting the good fight! Happy and connected! Never think you are alone. The people that operate the center have all gone through the program! They all have different experiences, lean on them as they lean on you! If you really want help, REALLY want it! Show up! Let God use the love of this place. It will take you to a place far greater than you could ever ask or imagine. It may be difficult to adjust in the beginning, there might be people half your age or double your age. I became family with all those I met. I am forever grateful for the precious time and the relationship I found with my higher power. The relationship I cherish so very much to this day almost 10 years later! You will work, that's what adults do! They will take you to fun places, maybe to a Lightning game or a Rays game as well. Maybe a concert or a spiritual retreat camp with sports, worship and fun! There will be negative people there who are not there for the right reasons. Put a gap in between yourself and those. Lean on the ones that are reflecting the light of sobriety and happiness. If you go, embrace it, all of it. The good with the bad! Do it for YOURSELF, you will have a time of your life. Trust in HIM. -JOSHUA 1:9- Thank you St. Pete ARC! Love all of you.
