I highly recommend Lindsay at the Costello Center. We worked with Lindsay, and she actually took the time to listen and assess the dynamics of the situation with both my co-parent and my daughter. Lindsay did a great job creating a plan that fit with our circumstances and was on top of the situation from the beginning, leading us successfully through all our challenges. Her knowledge and dedication led to a successful process. If you need a reunification therapist, Lindsay is who you should trust, she gets the job done. I owe the Costello Center and Lindsay everything.

I’m about to complete my mental health counseling internship at The Costello Center, and it has been an incredibly positive and meaningful experience. I will never forget my time at this precious place! I walked in broken, lost, pending criminal charges and a heart that needed purpose! A was always a believer. I had a good family that raised me from right and wrong. When I walked into the bubble, I did not know what to expect. It was tough at first, living in close quarters and working in the environment is not easy. It was a lot easier and nicer than where I was sleeping on the streets with nothing. Alone and miserable. I made not just friends, I met FAMILY that I will remember and love for the rest of my life! When I look back at my time at this center, I realize how much fun I was having. How much healing came into my life mentally and physically. Healing into my heart. I realized the people around me did not just want to just help me, they wanted to save my soul. They wanted me to be happy and the best version of me. They lifted me to a place of true self-worth and happiness I did not know. Growing up I was a aspiring professional athlete. I got hurt and realized my dreams we're not a reality. I joined the United States Army and serve my country overseas for over 3 years. I discharged honorably and came home. I started to isolate and party. It is a long story, I ended up with criminal charges for stealing to support my habit. I was court-ordered to this program. I met many of men who were there on their own free will. Either way, however you arrive. It just matters that you make it through the door and never give up. I have not been perfect since leaving and had my slips. I can say, I love my life and I am still fighting the good fight! Happy and connected! Never think you are alone. The people that operate the center have all gone through the program! They all have different experiences, lean on them as they lean on you! If you really want help, REALLY want it! Show up! Let God use the love of this place. It will take you to a place far greater than you could ever ask or imagine. It may be difficult to adjust in the beginning, there might be people half your age or double your age. I became family with all those I met. I am forever grateful for the precious time and the relationship I found with my higher power. The relationship I cherish so very much to this day almost 10 years later! You will work, that's what adults do! They will take you to fun places, maybe to a Lightning game or a Rays game as well. Maybe a concert or a spiritual retreat camp with sports, worship and fun! There will be negative people there who are not there for the right reasons. Put a gap in between yourself and those. Lean on the ones that are reflecting the light of sobriety and happiness. I've never went through the ARC here but I did go through the one in Orlando florida and two of the staff members that currently work for the Saint pete ARC worked for the Orlando ARC when I was in there. They are some great guys. Will & Kevin Kruluts they were tough and they didn't talorte any nonsense from anyone especially when they saw promise and potential in a person. I needed thar from them guys. Saint Pete Captains are great people also never met them but I've heard nothing but good about them. They are tough but that's what most of us need when coming into a program. Much love and respect for the salvation army

This is a great place. The woman at the front desk is always very friendly. When I first came here, multiple pharmacies were out of Suboxone. She and the doctor went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication that day. Dr Puente is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Eventually I switched to Dr Puente for my psychiatric care also, and have had an excellent experience. The level of care he provides for his patients is better than any doctor I have ever had. I drive 40 miles one way to see Dr Puente. To anyone struggling, I highly recommend this office and doctor.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Puente. When I first walked through the doors a few months ago I was a complete mess. I was anxious and in a bad spot. Both the doctor and receptionist are friendly and people centered. I can't recommend them enough for others trying to get their life on track

I was super cautious at first, but this place ended up being really helpful. The group therapy was great, especially for understanding how to be sober and still have fun. It felt like they understood the challenges of being a young adult in this world. I wish they had more support for school stuff though, but the staff was really cool. Overall, a safe place to grow and get better. Definitely worth it if you’re looking to change your life.

What an amazing program. Danielle is the best therapist my son has ever had. True progress was made here.

A really great treatment facility. I attended the intensive outpatient program and had Ms. Renee as my counselor. I just celebrated 3 years sober, got married and had my third baby. The life I live now wouldn’t have been possible without working my program here, the support of a wonderful counselor and my sober peers.

They really care about your well being and want you to be in a good state of mind. They don't play so be serious if your going to be goin there!!!

Great resource information

Boley has been a real blessing 💯 The housing is exquisite and LEAP has greatly improved my overall outlook on life. ALL of the staff are so nice, especially the CEO Kevin and VP Abby and Tammy has been like a guardian angel to me, they are very caring and compassionate people, I absolutely adore Mary and everyone here at Celia Hall. Prior to coming here, I was homeless, delusional and in psychosis, on top of that - a heavy drug user. Boley saved my life and my family is so pleased, as well as myself. Opportunities are opening up for me that I never could've imagined would. If I could rate any higher than 5 stars for this place, I would!

Staff is wonderful, could use more staff though. But very welcoming. Mostly everyone is nice and chill. Just if you become a patient. Focus on you. No one else is your problem. ATTEND THE MEETINGS YALL. Don't sleep in

I went here a few years ago to get my life together, i've been clean since.. so much to do around here and the staff is excellent. 100% recommend!

So for me the mustard seed was a life saving experience for me,the staff were professional courteous respectful and very helpful They also had a open door policy where if you had a problem with anything they would address it They also had a kitchen provided meals for you daily snacks put out at all times They have a regimented schedule in which is very flexible to the people that had jobs The living conditions were great It's communal And there's a lot of independence For me it taught me to find out who I am It taught me how to be responsible. It taught me how to be a functional adult again And the director there Mrs Linda aka moma bird She genuinely cares for each client that comes through mustard seed it wasn't just a residential treatment center for me it was my temporarily home Mrs Linda carried me until I could carry myself for that she will always get the respect from me Thank you I miss the mustard seed But they gave me the strength and the tools for my next part of the journey for that thank you To Mrs Linda Billy Tina Tiffany All the techs Kitchen All the counselors that came in to my life and enriched it with the wisdom and the experience that they went through Ty to everyone who is thinking about recovery Mustard seed is a great place to get your life back together Where you can be safe I loved it there Signed Sam

I have just began a few weeks ago and by my second appointment, the font desk knew my name. Unlike the busy center I used to go to. I was surprised, yet also impressed with the one on one treatment from all the staff. I believe having a more smaller setting is going to be valuable in my treatment looking forward to a brighter and stable future.
