The Staff at Eleos was extremely respectful, and understanding, and kind at all levels of the organization.The Techs: Rica, Doron, Mercedes, B'leaka, Katrinia, Brian, David, Maochi, Calder, Eve, Tesa, and Talon were friendly, understanding and caring.The Janitors: Jeff and Tasha were resilent, respectful, and reliable.The Nurses: Tera, Patrick, Scott, Williams, April, Sharon, Barbara, Demetrius, Jhonny were kind and caring too.Valorie, Liz, Alyssa were also super nice too. If I forgot of anybody, please excuse me, the whole facility was great.

Dr. Dougherty is amazing. She is the only doctor I know that helps after hrs if you are having any issues concerning medications. She always has great advise , if you put your trust in her ,she will guide your child and family to a much happier place in life. I can not say enough good about her. Yes you may wait , but you will not get a better doctor in the Tampa Bay area that cares more about what your child is going through. Keep up the great work Dr. Daugherty.

This place surprised me. Everyone is kind, patient and they actually listen. The vibe isn't like a hospital at all, more like a safe space where you can breathe again. The weekend trips were the best part for me.

Please do not detox alone. You do not have to detox and enter recovery alone. The environment matters and the staff and clients at The Haven brought me to a place in my life I never thought was obtainable. I have fought alcoholism for approximately 18 years. I spent the past 7 years trying, very unsuccessfully to get sober on my own. Finding and choosing The Haven Flagship facility in West Palm Beach (with their help) was the best decision i have made in 7 years. Do not wait like I did. Your health & happiness are worth fighting for and doing it in this environment makes it so much more comfortable. There is no judgement, no shame and it is not worth risking your life detoxing without this extremely well oiled machine called The Haven. When i made my first called all they dis was listen and talk to ne and encourage me. Once I opened up they knew exactly where i should be and asked if i minded coming to a facility that was further away because they said West Palm Beach would be the beat fit. They were not wrong. They had never met me but understood what I needed and directed me PERFECTLY. While here I detoxed safely under excellent supervision. (Please do not do this alone without medical professionals). I attended 3 of 4 beneficial classes per day. Classes I avoided while alone on the outside of their facility while my health & drinking just got worse by the minute. To say the staff here is nice & professional doesn’t do them proper justice. If you need to talk to someone I suggest you just start with a call. I wish that I had done it sooner. I was detox and residential, I was welcomed with open arms and caring staff. I was at the end of my rope when I first came in I was seen and heard. I definitely recommend this facility. The staff and nurses was amazing and I felt like they really cared and I loved my experience there. I did the detox and residential program. The food is amazing and I definitely gained some weight. Well cared for place. Came in broken and left with tools that I could continue to make my life every thing I know it will be. Hope and wish everyone that comes the best of luck. I wanted to share my personal experience with New Beginnings of Tampa — especially with Miss Ginny, who truly helped me during one of the hardest chapters of my life. I’ve taken a few days to reflect on how to write this review in a way that’s fair and honest. My story began when my father became terminally ill overseas. As a medical assistant and certified phlebotomist working at Tampa General Hospital/USFTGP, I made the difficult decision to resign from my job and return home to care for him during his final months. It was one of the most emotional and challenging periods of my life. I gave up my job, apartment, car, and even had to rehome my beloved dog, Peanut. After my father passed away, I was devastated but determined to return to the U.S. and rebuild my life from scratch. Coming back was far from easy. I had no housing, no car, and no income proof while waiting to start my new position at the hospital. Many housing programs required pay stubs, and shelters were full or unresponsive. That’s when I found New Beginnings of Tampa and spoke with Miss Ginny, who kindly offered me a shared room for $750 a month, including utilities and Wi-Fi. From the moment I met her, Miss Ginny’s warmth stood out — she reminded me of Dolly Parton: gracious, caring, and full of heart. She clearly explained the house rules, including curfew hours (9 PM–5 AM) and program expectations. At first, I misunderstood the structure and thought it was simply shared housing, so I accidentally broke curfew once due to a work-related reason. When I was told I could face eviction, I was terrified. But after explaining my situation and providing proof from my job, Miss Ginny gave me a second chance — something I’ll always be grateful for. During my stay, I worked 12-hour shifts, saved money, bought a car, and eventually moved into my own apartment. The program gave me stability, shelter, and structure when I needed it most. I also appreciated the safe environment — it’s a no-drug, no-alcohol facility with regular testing, which helps maintain peace in the home. Each resident has a fridge shelf, laundry access, and a full kitchen to cook meals. There’s a nice backyard patio where residents can relax, socialize, and enjoy visits from local wildlife — including peacocks, raccoons, and a friendly outdoor cat named Max. One important note is that attending church services three times a week is mandatory unless you’re working. Coming from a different faith background, I was initially hesitant, but I found the church community welcoming and respectful. Still, I’d like to kindly suggest that the program consider making church attendance required only once a week — this would give residents more flexibility to rest, work, or focus on personal goals. I also believe that asking residents, many of whom are financially struggling, to donate during services could be reconsidered with compassion, as every dollar counts for people trying to rebuild their lives. As for the housing itself, I do think there’s room for improvement. The property could use some maintenance and better organization, as space is very limited and shared bathrooms can get crowded. It’s also important for residents to keep their belongings secured, as items can occasionally go missing. Considering these conditions, lowering the rent slightly would make the program more accessible and fair. Despite these challenges, I’m deeply thankful for Miss Ginny and New Beginnings of Tampa. Her kindness, patience, and understanding made a tremendous difference in my life. Without her support and this program, I truly don’t know where I would be today. With gratitude, Amanda F.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Baycare! But I have to give a great amount of gratitude to Evelyn whom works for Dr. Jackson. She is always going above and beyond to take care of our needs. She's always there to answer the phone and help me with any questions or whatever I may need and if I ever leave message she immediately calls me back or takes care of the matter! I've seen Dr. Puente for primary care multiple times. I feel this clinic is a great value and I received good care here! I'm able to pay for my labs thru the office and I really appreciate this. With no medical insurance, it's nice to know the upfront costs with no surprises at the lab. I appreciate that they are able to serve the community by keeping their prices affordable. I will tell everyone I know with medical insurance to go here. The receptionist is very kind and helpful as well!

They are the best around. Dr P takes the time to literally get to know you and actually help you. He actually cares and listens. I am so very thankful for him and his office staff. Always so pleasant and cheerful. I would give 100 stars but i cant. I am so thankful for dr p!!!!

This is a great place. The woman at the front desk is always very friendly. When I first came here, multiple pharmacies were out of Suboxone. She and the doctor went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication that day. Dr Puente is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Eventually I switched to Dr Puente for my psychiatric care also, and have had an excellent experience. The level of care he provides for his patients is better than any doctor I have ever had. I drive 40 miles one way to see Dr Puente. To anyone struggling, I highly recommend this office and doctor.

Excellent treatment program, I would recommend Healthcare Connection over any other place. Most rehabs have pools, spas, and luxuries that actually harm your treatment progress. This is definitely the place you want to go if you want to succeed. My favorite part is that the staff understand what you are going through because most of them have been through the same process.

I came to visit my nephew and I can truly say my expierence was unforgettable the staff greeted me very kindly but ther was one staff in particular named tierra she did a absolute amazing job with my nephew despite the circumstances she was kind considerate understanding and compassionate when caring for him he told me she was the nicest one there very respectful young lady there should be more people in the world with a attitude and heart like hers if anyone has anyone in there if she still there I would recommend speaking with her 💙

Wonderful place! The admission process was quick and easy! Staff is very polite and very professional. If you truly want to get sober! Go to the willough!! The staff are very caring!! You take the first step for your sobriety, no one else. Everyday is a struggle, we just have to fight through it! My doctor was an angel. The female doctor, truly cares about the patient doesn’t view us as dollar signs. Very good experience for me! I’m officially 6 months clean and wish to continue staying clean.

The Willough gave me the opportunity to get my life back! I felt comfortable knowing I could get the treatment I needed in a relaxed environment. They have pool and numerous break areas where I could smoke if I wanted. The staff were helpful and caring. Overall great place and some reviews do not give a the Willough all the amazing credit it deserves in helping people like me get their life back. Food was great too! And NO bedbugs at all!! Just want to say thank you to all the people at the Willough!

I have, and will continue, to recommend Groups Recover Together! If you're ready to change your life for the better; Groups make it easy! With various days/times to choose from, Intake is quick & private, the Counselor genuinely cares about you, the office manager will handle pharmacy issues, the Dr. knows not everyone's situation is not the same.If you don't have a sitter/car/feeling horrible from detoxing - (one of) THE BEST PART - you can talk, cry or just sit and listen from the privacy of your own home! And for someone like me, who suffers from social anxiety, even picking up the phone to make a Dr. appt can be challenging. I've been attending groups since 2022 when I relapsed after 8 years. And if the day comes where I am off the medication, I would still attend bc it's about more than just sobriety.. it's being there for people when they need someone.

I have been struggling with one form of addiction or another for over half my life. I thought it was a losing battle until one day a simple Google search I found groups recover together. It's like God put this group of people together to help folks deal with it. Everyone and I mean everyone from office manager, providers and counselors are amazing! If you are struggling and think that there's no help. Stop call groups recover together and work with them. They are there for you! I promise it will change your life. I'm going to fight the fight and I have the best help there is thanks to this company! Good luck
