Heather the counselors and the doctor run a wonderful facility here. They offer freedom from active addiction a promise of renewed hope and a purposeful driven life free from addiction. My stay here a year ago also provided me the opportunity to live in their sober living home. The art, equine, yoga and reki thrapy sessions are incredible. I really liked the bio bed as well as my free time on the patio. 7 Summit Pathways reintroduced me to mindful meditation, grounding techniques and journaling. My counselor Doug was very encouraging. I was able to get a job near to their sober living house in Valrico and protect my anonymity. They had a nice dinner for the holidays and other clients families would join us. The van was always a safe drive and i always felt reassured and comfortable. They offer a native American Wellbriety meeting on Wednesday at 7pm i look forward to returning to again soon. Alot of these examples have helped me as i was able to keep my sponsor and take steps in the 12 step Narcotics Anonymous program. 7 Summit Pathways helped me keep living a productive good and healthy life. I just wanted to say how incredibly helpful and amazing Heather was tonight during a crisis. I reached out at midnight about a family member and was blown away by her kindness, willingness to talk/help, etc. I have worked in the substance abuse field for over 15 years and been a patient as well. I know that parts of the system can be broken at times. Heather went above and beyond what I have ever seen anyone do. She really cares and is a true angel.

it’s a very clean facility . Everyone is compassionate They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They cared about my needs calvin was very sincere and made me feel like a friend I was able to open up about my feelings.

The team at Sophros is phenomenal. My experience has been absolutely fantastic. I have learned so much and continue to grow as a person beyond expectations. Thank you to everyone at Sophros for being so amazing!

I went to rehab while facing drug charges. First was Hazelden/Betty Ford. After five weeks, they wrote a letter to the judge on my case that said, Sam has emotional issues that we are unequipped to deal with. I transferred to a second dual diagnosis treatment center that was, similarly, unable to help me. With very little hope, I tried a third time, at Tranquil Shores. I can t pretend that it was an easy/totally smooth experience, but they were the first team to not give up on me. They were the only facility that actually lived up to their promise of individualized treatment. I have a graduate degree from one of the top universities in the world but the most important education I ever received was from Tranquil Shores. It s one of the only places I ve ever really felt welcome. I can t say enough good things about their program. If you or a loved one are lost and struggling, ready to give up, go to Tranquil Shores.

Out of all the treatment programs I have participated in, Tranquil Shores goes above and beyond in all areas to help a client succeed on their recovery path. Clinically, the team does an excellent job at addressing each area of life where mental health and substance abuse are affected. The overall atmosphere is one of care and it is the type of care that challenges someone to grow. I would only suggest Tranquil Shores to a friend or loved one in need of treatment. Best team ever!

June 2023, I attended Transformations and had a wonderful and very healing experience. I recently have celebrated 600 days sober from alcohol, which is what I went into rehab for. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and supportive. The living accommodations were top notch! It was a true home away from home feeling. I would not be where I am today without Transformations!

My aunt has been a patient here for almost 2 weeks. She has been provided excellent care here by the entire clinical, rehab and administrative team. The nurses and CNA's have provided the care and compassion well above our familiy's expectation. We are shocked at how much she has thrived at this facility. She says she hasn't felt this good in a long time. She absolutely loves the food and has even put on some much needed weight. My therapist Laura was very helpful. She taught me coping skills and helped me to overcome my past and to focus on the future and move forward. Ms Gigi was very down to earth and she's an inspiration; she has 12 years clean and if she can do it then I know that I can too!

Laura, my therapist was awesome. She was very patient with me, I asked so many questions. She helped me to understand my problems and gave me tools for the future. She prepared me for a successful recovery. I've never tried yoga before but I took those classes and I learned how to stretch. I have a handicap with my hip and it really helped me with my pain and flexibility. I highly recommend coalition.

Riverside Recovery was an unforgettable experience in my recovery journey. The staff were the absolute best on the planet. Both profession and polite it was as if l became part of a family. They provided important discoveries in the underlying issues that continued to interupt my recovery journey. They provided a veterans group for special needs with past traumas while in the military. Also provided family therapy for me and my daughter. Which was much needed and l am forever grateful for. Last but not least. I still attend Alumni mtg's once a month for contniued commardarie with the Riverside Recovery family. Riverside Recovery has been truly a blessing in my life.

Great place for recovery. The staff was marvelous, the food, therapy both mental and physical was amazing. They teach you to meditate, learn tools to use even after leaving. I have very happy and sober thanks to the entire staff at Riverside. Thank you for my new and wonderful life!

Life can be incredibly challenging when battling a mental health issue, such as alcoholism, but from the very first moment I checked into Riverside Recovery, I knew even in my clouded state of mind that I was in the right hands for recovery.The team at Riverside Recovery works one-on-one with every individual, regardless of how many patients are in the facility. The food and snacks are beyond reproach; you simply cannot find a better place to be served three or more meals a day, depending on your choice. Even the food team that comes in to prepare and serve the meals treats you with respect, knowing you by name something virtually unheard of in today s world where many people won't even look you in the eye.The counselors at Riverside Recovery have pushed me further ahead in my journey of sobriety than I ever could have imagined. Each person I met genuinely seemed to care about me personally and my well-being. My counselor, Will, made communicating my thoughts during my 30-day stay feel comfortable and natural. Writing my life story was stressful, but Will reassured me that he was by my side every step of the way, providing guidance and suggestions without rewriting my story. With all the changes incorporated, I felt at ease sharing my story with other patients in my group.Throughout my brief period at the facility, every staff member I worked with treated me with the utmost respect and kindness, making me feel like part of the Riverside family. Even after completing my recovery, I enjoy visiting Riverside Recovery from time to time just to have a pleasurable conversation with the team.If you re struggling with mental health issues, this is the facility for you. Don t go at it alone get the help you need, and trust that these people will get you back on track in life and stick with you even after recovery.

Tools for Sobriety are taught and expected to be used. This Program taught me accountability and self reliance in my Sobriety. Those that seek sobriety with Selflessness here will achieve a Level of Success that they may have never dreamed of. At least I have! As a former Garbage Head I knew the Staff from Ms.T all the way through to Halle and Phil to Scott and Randi but also Jon and his Family. They have their own stories and experiences having successful for and in sobriety. But most importantly on how to pick yourself up from falling away. Thank You Everyone for Delivering the tools I forgot I had and giving me the nudge to Self Confidence in Self Reliance. Learned how to care to pick them upTruly Grateful for experiencing this program and the Love and Considerations shown for everyone's Sobriety here. It only works if you work it!

Turning Point of Tampa helped to rebuild my family. My son was on a path that likely would never have turned around without their compassionate and professional staff.

After almost a decade struggling, going in and out of treatment centers around the country(and even out of the country once), my family helped me get to Turning Point of Tampa- in my home town. I was hopeless, broken, and exhausted from years of substance abuse and all of the shame and self-hatred that comes along with it.The clinical team at Turning Point addressed my disease head on, all while offering compassion and understanding. I had many underlying issues perpetuating my chronic relapse cycle that I had never addressed until I made it to Turning Point. I am so grateful to Turning Point for helping me confront my addiction, rebuild trust with my loved ones, and continued support even after treatment. Thanks to them, I now have the beautiful life I couldn t have even dreamed of in my active addiction.If you told me I would be where I am today when I walked through the doors of Turning Point many years ago, I would have told you must have me confused with someone else.Turning Point is the ONLY facility I would recommend to my friends and family and has always been(even working at other facilities in the field!).

BoardPrep Recovery really changed my life! I was broken and not in a good place going into treatment. I had a lot thrown at me while in treatment and the staff helped me get through it. The intense therapy had a positive impact on me! I no longer have to take depression medication. ALL of the staff are supportive, caring and nurturing. I can now say that I am almost 4 months sober and I am thriving and loving life! I would hands down recommend BoardPrep to anyone and everyone!

I have been coming to Bay Pines VA Medical Center since 2004. Although no hospital is perfect, it has been one of the best VA Hospitals I have been, and even better than some of the civilian hospitals in the area. I feel bad for my fellow veterans who have had a bad experiences; however, mine has been great.

This is the best Healthcare I have ever received, civilian, military or other VA in other cities. Every department has been great. They seem to genuinely care. Ample parking in this compound of a medical center with very nice facilities.

Everyone on all shifts all departments are so caring tender compassionate and emphatic about you as a patient.Thank you this is my first experience at the VA hospital Dr Kim in ER really went above and beyond for me I was in a really bad place physically and emotionally.Thank you all

This place really helps a lot if you just stick with it and want it for yourself everyone is super nice and compassionate and super helpful, and they are just there that do their job and they're all professionals, and they do very well at the job and they're very kind and they just want to see people do better, that struggle with addiction, but you also have to want it for yourself. The program works. It's definitely a great program. I definitely recommend it if you're struggling with an addiction. It helped me and I helped other people I know friends and family i rate it a 5 star and the staff you guys are awesome work very hard.

Started when I found out I was pregnant. I listened to my counselor and The Pediatrician they had offering classes advice and my baby girl was born full term average weight (7.4) and zero.... im talking not even 1 tremor or score over 4 withdrawal symptoms. She was a little jaundice but we welcomed her home at 5 days old! Amazing and now she's 6 and brilliant . PAR changed my life

I arrived the Friday before Milton hurricane hit, they provided everything I needed to survive that, treatment was excellent, love care and know how was incredible, the staff really cares, they go above and beyond! If you have a substance abuse, mental health problem that is causing your life to be unmanageable or go down the toilet, this place is for you! Housing was clean, perfect location for meetings, they attack all issues together and set you up for success as long as you're willing to participate and change your life for the better! I just moved to a sober house, have been employed for over a month, and am doing amazing!

For loaning me your personal book which gave me soo much insight into how I m feeling and that it s okay and there s no timeframe for grief. You are a great listener and an amazing therapist. I ll miss your groups, they were really fun or really deep.-Lauren PHONES & VAPES (My favorite song lol). You run a tight group and keep people on track but also allow them the freedom to process. I appreciated your all your feedback.-Kristin Your groups, for me, were very informative. You taught great content and although I only got you once or twice a week for an hour, I enjoyed the content.-Jenn whatever you pay this woman, it s not enough. She handles all of housing, the techs, scheduling, grocery store runs, maintenance issues, housing meetings, and still has time to do case manager work like making sure every client gets food stamps, a phone for the ones who can t afford one, bus passes and I think I m just scratching the surface. She will do anything for anyone outside the scope of her job description. I admire the hell out of your work ethic, attitude, recovery program and you as an individual.-Rich Sarah and all his different helpers in the morning . Thank you all for being efficient, having a smile and a good morning ready for us when we walk in.Before my last period of sobriety I had the unfortunate experience of going to rehab 31 times. No rehab is perfect and some are just downright terrible. Taking any partiality out of it and grading you on the merits of level of care; compassion; clinically; how you all communicated to resolve client complaints/issues; and how you adapted to adversity and kept the clients first regardless of cost or being overworked, you gals and guy are 2nd to NONE.
