Coastal Care offers two medication-assisted detox programs, one for opioids and one for alcohol. The opioid detox lasts 7-10 days with long-term treatment with Vivitrol. The alcohol detox program includes multiple options, with a preference for Vivitrol treatment.

Coastal Care offers a 14-day off-site counseling package that provides one-on-one care for an additional fee.

Coastal Care does not accept insurance for most services. They may refer patients to additional alcohol or drug rehab services that accept private insurance plans such as Humana, United Healthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Beacon, and Magellan Health.
