Pacific Solstice is a drug rehab facility located in Laguna Hills, California. The center provides treatment for substance use disorder and other chemical dependencies, trauma and psychological health disorders, autism, chronic pain, eating disorders, gambling, and co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Pacific Solstice provides dual
I’ve never personally been a client at Solstice Pacific, but someone very close to me went through their program, and I’ve had a front-row seat to the impact it’s had on her life. Before treatment, she was struggling—feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward—but now she seems like a completely different person. What stood out to me most was how individualized and intentional the care felt; from everything she shared, it was clear the staff truly understood her beyond just a diagnosis, taking time to recognize her patterns, strengths, and the deeper reasons behind her challenges. She often described the work as difficult but meaningful—they held her accountable while also providing genuine compassion and support, which helped her stay engaged and actually grow. From the outside, the biggest change I’ve noticed is in how she relates to herself and others—she communicates more openly, sets healthier boundaries, and seems far more grounded. Watching that transformation has been incredibly meaningful, and from a loved one’s perspective, Solstice Pacific provides thoughtful, engaged care that truly makes a lasting difference.

Edit 1/30/26: I have nothing but gratitude for the staff at Solstice. They truly saved my life. I fought my treatment tooth and nail yet they never gave up on me. From residential through PHP & IOP I had a great psychiatrist and a few very patient and caring case managers who helped me rebuild my life after a catastrophic psychiatric injury. Thank you forever. Original review: I was referred to Pacific Solstice by Laguna Beach Inpatient BHU. I went through their 30-day residential treatment center in San Clemente and then did PHP/IOP in the Mission Viejo clinic for 2 months. This program saved my life. I arrived through their doors in a catatonic state with no hope for the future and graduated 3 months later with my depression/anxiety in remission thanks to a scholarship to the residential program graciously granted by the company’s board, Dr. Turner who was the first psychiatrist that didn’t slap on a diagnosis within 5 minutes of meeting me, TMS, a structured schedule to reintegrate me into the community, and a caring staff who didn’t give up on me. Positives: Being greeted in the Mission Viejo clinic every morning by the lovely Rachel, Yoga with Ashly, Qi Gong with Charmaine, my amazing case manager Lena who I’ve never seen without a smile on her face and who helped my partner and me immensely during family session, the program manager Les who genuinely cares for all of the patients, acupuncture at RTC by the amazing Dr. Manesh, and all the other staff who make Solstice what it is. Negatives: Groups are run by either contracted facilitators or employees of the company, not actual therapists. I personally did not find most of them very helpful. They gave us a giant handbook but it was hardly ever used or the same pages were read over and over. At San Clemente RTC, phone time was extremely limited which was hard for someone in my condition. In the Mission Viejo clinic they confiscate phones until lunch like we’re children which bothered me. The turnover is bad - in my 3-month treatment timeframe, all of the clinical staff and the dietician (who was probably tired of being forced to run groups all the time) left the company. Criticisms aside, I’m genuinely grateful for my transformative experience at this clinic and I hope they get the right clinical team in place (don’t overwork Lena!) so that they may serve as a beacon of hope for others.

Very helpful and caring team of professionals. A pivital aspect of my recovery from a very nasty psychotic break. I have recieved psychiatry and therapy plus group therapy while in program, getting my meds dialed in by a very qualified psychiatrist, having an outside and guiding perspective on personal issues, as well as a place to heal and learn/grow in a group setting with peers who i still remain friends with years later. I've had dicey experiences with less qualified psychiatrists and therapists, the professionals I worked with at solstice I can confidently say are another grade above compared to many that unfortunately have had costs to my health. Solstice is a great company, I've placed my trust in them confidently and have recieved a wide variety of services from them as part of the family - additionally, mErt was a very helpful experience which actually helped with my cognative issues a great deal. I would not be where I am today in my recovery journey, after being in and out of hospitals, and would not have been able to do it without this team.

The facilitator were excellent. Of course there are always things to complain about but overall it was a good experience. I lov Carmen the tech, Drew the tech. I liked 95% of the staff. I am deeply grateful for Bryan the CEO for giving me the opportunity to receive help for 26 days although there was a mistake with my insurance . They could have thrown me out but they didn’t.Believe me I tried to get out but they would not let me leave. They knew I wasn’t ready. I am also grateful for Brian the person that calls me almost every week. Without him and the program I don’t I ever would have been able to throw in the towel. He listened to me cry every week after I was released. After release I found it had to stay clean. Not because of the program, because I did not want to do what I was told. I hung on to him until I was ready. I am clean today. I am deeply grateful for all of the love and support I received. Some of us need that love and support from others to get clean and stay clean. I really think Brian wrote me off he got tired of me. I just want him to know I am clean.

I’ve noticed the complaints about people not being prompt or on time. Simple solution—show up **15 minutes early**. Then you can sit and wait another **15 minutes** like everyone else. Problem solved. Like you never waited before. Amazing how that works.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Care, Life-Changing Experience at Asana Recovery My journey with Asana Recovery has been nothing short of transformational. Walking through their doors, I wasn’t just another patient entering a treatment center—I was a person in need of compassion, structure, and genuine guidance. From the very beginning, the team at Asana made me feel seen, heard, and supported in a way that very few treatment centers truly deliver. After just two months in recovery, I was given the incredible opportunity to become a house manager, which was a breathtaking experience. Not only did it deepen my recovery, but it allowed me to support others walking the same path. That chance to step into responsibility and service was life-changing, and it’s something I will always carry with me. What sets Asana apart is the people. Jonathan and Linda, in particular, are shining examples of what makes this place extraordinary. Jonathan’s ability to connect with individuals on a deeply human level created a sense of trust that allowed me to open up and truly engage in the process. His wisdom, steadiness, and encouragement gave me tools that I will carry for the rest of my life. Linda’s presence is like a beacon—warm, nurturing, and absolutely unshakable. Her kindness and dedication went far beyond a “job”; it was clear she cares about every single person who comes through Asana’s program as if they were family. And it isn’t just them—the entire Asana team embodies that same commitment. Whether it was the counselors guiding me through difficult conversations, the medical staff ensuring I was safe and cared for, or the support staff who brought positivity into every interaction, each person played an important role in making recovery feel possible. They created an environment that blended professionalism with heart, where structure and accountability were balanced with compassion and encouragement. I’ve been to other facilities and spoken with countless people who have gone through recovery in different settings, and I can say without hesitation that Asana stands in a class of its own. Their approach is holistic, their community is genuine, and their impact is lasting. To anyone considering Asana Recovery—whether for yourself or a loved one—know this: you will not just find treatment here; you will find hope, healing, and a family that will walk alongside you every step of the way. I am deeply grateful to Jonathan, Linda, and the entire Asana Recovery team for helping me reclaim my life.

Aptly named, the Lighthouse Treatment Center serves as a beacon of light and hope for those suffering the afflictions of substance use disorders. I was on a path of self-destruction and was able to right myself towards a path of recovery wholly due to the care, compassion, counseling, therapy, and education imparted by the Lighthouse Leadership Team and Staff. This is a truly an exceptional program focused on a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery. All facets crucial to a healthy and successful launch to recovery are carefully addressed, focused on restoring physical, mental, and emotional states of well-being. Physical health is carefully monitored and medical needs are addressed and met by a competent and compassionate medical team. In addition to 24 hour access to snacks and beverages, nutritional needs are met by an outstanding kitchen staff, where healthy, well-balanced, freshly prepared and delicious meals are provided three times a day. Psychological education essential to the recovery process is imparted by well-trained and empathetic personnel whose compassion and dedication is readily apparent from day one. Both a licensed counselor and therapist are personally assigned to each client for one-on-one weekly meetings, who also have an open door policy to effectively address any needs related to your treatment progress. The facility itself is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing comfortable accommodations and an overall environment conducive to a smooth and successful recovery. It is important to emphasize how critical and effective the Lighthouse Staff and Team were in launching me to an overall state of well-being, where the daily encountered challenges of life we are overcome with understanding, patience and compassion. These are the attributes I encountered from the staff during my treatment at the Lighthouse and I am proud to be an alumnus to carry on this tradition of a program that ultimately saved my life and paved the way for a happy and healthy future.

As a private practice physician with three board certifications working in the fields of psychiatry and addiction medicine, I was always vigilant about getting to know the treatment centers in my community. I took unpaid time off to visit facilities in person, and meet with the owners, medical staff, and counselors. I was so disheartened by the status quo, which seemed to be nothing more than overly priced housing with a few AA meetings thrown in, and nefarious billing practices were commonplace at the time. A colleague brought me to Tree House Recovery, telling me it was different. Again I walked into a room of men, waiting for the pitch I’d heard dozens of times. It never came. In that room I found curiosity, knowledge, conviction, community. Vechi gave his pitch, but it was for an entirely different game. I spoke at length with the founder Justin about the neurochemistry of addiction, and the non-medication approaches to healing brains and bodies ravaged by impulsive and compulsive addictive behaviors. He got it. He preached it. I started sending patients. My patients disappeared. I’d call Tree House concerned about relapse and be told, “X is doing great! He’s still sober. He doesn’t need you anymore.” Music to my ears. Over my years of practice I “lost” many patients to THR. Vechi became my go-to phone call and was always available for my referrals. They kept in touch with me. They taught the patients I sent how to be themselves again—or for the first time! They don’t believe in recovery, they believe in life.

My experience at Oceanfront Recovery has been truly transformative. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a supportive and compassionate environment that has been both stimulating and engaging. The beautiful location provided a perfect backdrop for healing, and the holistic approach to recovery offered me countless opportunities for growth. The staff has been absolutely amazing; special thanks to Cody, Wyatt, Cassie, Madeline, Sean, and David, who have each played a pivotal role in my journey. A special thanks to my therapists and counselors for both group and one-on-one sessions, especially Ernesto and Matt – truly fantastic people. I entered Oceans Recovery on June 9, 2025, after struggling with alcohol addiction that had developed over the previous couple of years. I found myself trapped in a cycle that I could not break on my own. I knew I needed help, and I am incredibly grateful that there were people who knew exactly how to help me find freedom. Leaving my beautiful home, my loving husband, and my family was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but it was also one of the best decisions I have ever made. At Oceans Recovery, I found a safe, peaceful, and beautiful environment right by the beach where I could focus entirely on healing. More importantly, I found compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated staff who genuinely cared about my recovery and well-being. The support, guidance, and tools I received during my stay changed the course of my life. During my time at Oceans, something remarkable happened, the obsession to drink was removed. What once felt impossible became possible. After completing treatment, I continued my recovery journey through an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), was baptized, graduated from my church’s recovery program, and now have the privilege of leading other women through the recovery steps at my church. On June 5, 2026, I celebrated one year of sobriety, something that once seemed completely out of reach. By the grace of God, I have remained sober and continue to experience the freedom that began during my stay at Oceans. I will forever be grateful for the people, the experience, and the hope I found there. Their impact reaches far beyond the time I spent in treatment. Oceans Recovery helped give me the foundation for a new life, and for that, I can never thank them enough. To anyone considering treatment, recovery does take work. You have to be willing to prioritize your health and your healing. As someone who did not know how to help herself, I learned how to rely on people who did. Trust the process, be honest, stay willing, and put in the work. You are loved, you are valued, and you are worth the effort it takes to build a life free from the chains of addiction. Freedom is possible!

Ocean Recovery honestly saved my life. The support and love from clinicians and staff is overflowing. The eating disorder recovery I have received here has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done in my life; not only with the meal plan and relearning to feed myself, but the support with the Food Groups and talking about it out loud with so much support — truly amazing. With the help of therapists and process groups here, I have worked through so many childhood traumas and other life events which ultimately gets to the root of why I am an alcoholic. Ocean Recovery is thorough and met my needs wherever I needed. Highly, highly recommend and I wouldn’t have the life I have now without the program.

Located in Huntington Beach, California, Anchored Tides Recovery is a women’s addiction treatment center. ⸻ I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for Ashley at Anchored Tides Recovery. When my daughter first entered treatment, I was terrified, exhausted, and honestly unsure if I’d ever get my child back. From the very first call, Ashley showed up with a level of patience, honesty, and genuine care that immediately made me feel like we weren’t just another case file. She treated my daughter like a whole human being, not a problem to be fixed, and she treated me like a parent who’d been carrying way too much alone. What really stands out about Ashley is how steady she is. She never rushed me, never talked over me, never made me feel embarrassed for not knowing what to do. She broke things down in a way I could understand, and she always followed through—whether it was checking on my daughter after a tough day or reaching out to reassure me when I was spiraling with worry. I don’t think she realizes how much those small acts meant in the moment. My daughter has said more than once that Anchored Tides is life changing. She felt safe and cared for. That alone is priceless. As a parent, watching your child finally trust someone again… it’s a feeling I don’t have the words for. Anchored Tides created space for her to open up, to feel supported, and to actually want to participate in her own healing. That’s not something you can train someone to do. That’s heart. That’s talent. That’s someone doing the work for the right reasons. There were days where I called just because I didn’t know what else to do, and Ashley never made me feel like a burden. She gave me updates when appropriate, she helped me understand the treatment process, and she reminded me that setbacks aren’t failures. She even helped me shift how I show up as a parent, which has made a huge difference in how my daughter and I communicate. I can honestly say she didn’t just support my child — she supported our entire family. Anchored Tides is lucky to have her. Families like mine are lucky to have crossed her path. In a field where burnout is high and compassion can get thin, Ashley somehow shows up every day with warmth, boundaries, and real dedication. I truly believe my daughter’s progress has everything to do with the connection and trust she built with Ashley. If you’re a parent desperately looking for hope, I can tell you this: Ashley is the kind of case manager who brings it back. She gave my daughter a fighting chance, and she gave me the courage to believe recovery was possible again. I will forever be grateful for her.

Thank god for the Lighthouse!! This place is amazing, I went there and they took me to Alcoholics Anonymous, which gave me a solution to allow me to become an active and productive member of my family and society. I did everything that was suggested like going to sober living getting a sponsor and working steps. They have an amazing Alumni program with Heidi as the coordinator. The alumni program helped me tremendously I learned accountability by taking commitments at meetings, learned how to have fun sober, and use normal coping skills instead of using or drinking. It had been a few years since my last treatment center stay as I had completely distanced myself from anything recovery related. I went down a real dark self isolated path of self-will run riot as I tried every which way to do it own my own self will and after being in 37 treatments prior to coming to California Wellness Center I felt as if I was a lost cause. After 12 long years of suffering and digging so deep, I couldn't even find an ounce of happiness to celebrate my own 31st birthday on March 12th of this year and after spending the entire month up untill my birthday completelt isolated alone in my APT in Phoenix,AZ I became very suicidal and started strongly considering taking my own life and just ending it all I had no desire to continue down the life I was living and somewhere in that moment of desperation on March 13th at 3AM I spend the next few hours crying out to my "Higher Power "God" to give me the strength to ask for help and he did I reached out to the "Owner Will" and finally dropped the ego I had held onto for all the years of my addiction and asked for help and that very night he had me on a call with a lady named "Keelen" Admissions might not be pronouncing that correctly and I barely remember the phone call I was completely out out of my mind but they were still willing to give me a shot and she helped me all the way through to getting to the airport to me completely blacked out at the airport missing my first flight to getting me on the next flight after out and constantly calling checking in to make sure I made it there safely as well retrieving all my luggage which I had lost during that process. Upon arrival, there I was picked up by "Liam," who made sure I got to the center safely and was there every day checking in, making sure I was OK! this is an individualized treatment program, and it was exactly what I needed to finally start unraveling the many years of pain and suffering addiction had caused. From all the staff "Matt" the therapist who was there 5 days a week, helped me finally dive into a lot of the many different issues I struggled with to face them head on he didn't push but when it came time he was there when I was ready to finally let go and let others guide me and I'll be forever thankfull for that, the Nurses "Mary" and "Stephanie" were the absolute best of the best and helped on many of the rough days I had to face while there to!! And the case manager "Jason" as well the techs from "Eddy" Kelsy" "Casey" "Jack" were the best as well and all played a big role for me still being alive and well today!! If you're thinking you don't deserve this, you do we all do, and this center and all the staff helped me realize my true value, love, and purpose for myself again and helped pull me from the very deep grave I had been digging for so long and finally accepting that I am truly powerless over my addiction but there is a way out if I am willing to drop my pride and ego and accept the help others offer so with that I'll be forever gratefull to all of you im still alive because of the part each of yall played during my stay there I finally feel like this life of sobriety is not just possible but worth more than any day of the pain a suffering caused by addiction so give yourself a chance your worth it and this place will help you get to that place. Much Love From The Bottom of my heart Parker Richard. God Bless
