This is the first dentist I've been to since I was 17. I was nervous as to be expected. Everyone was super nice. The dentist was amazing. He asked me what was the one thing I was worried about, I said pain. I never felt any pain. I had 2 teeth pulled yesterday (9/25/25). I still have not experienced any pain. I will recommend these dentists to everyone. Everyone there is so wonderfully amazing!!

Dr. Dyksterhouse is an amazing doctor. My family and I care for my Grandmother that has Alzheimer's. Dr. D is her primary care physician. His lighthearted wit and excellent bedside manor always put my Grandmother at ease. He is patient and we never feel rushed when we have office visits. He responds quickly to our messages and is never bothered by any amount questions or concerns that we may have. Dr. D has been an invaluable resource when it comes to connecting us with people to help us manage situations we are unable to manage alone. Dr. D is hands down the best doctor I have ever had interaction with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician in Belmont.

I went to the IOP program and had a very uplifting experience. Councilors are top notch. I believe this because I have been a part of other programs and the group settings here are all inclusive where I felt everyone had ample time to express feelings and issues safely. Well run meetings and varied topics. Another wonderful aspect is the on going on line family member meetings where loved ones have great opportunity to share and learn! Also all recovery meetings weekly on line meetings for us as patients/ clients. My own recovery is going well with 70 sober days now giving me a renewed sense of inner peace and joy. God bless.

They give you the tools to become someone that you made. They aren't people who tell you what you need to do but people who help you along the way of your own growth! Alex and Allison are amazing! The group interactions are spectacular! Everyone is so engaging and come from all walks of life! As a dual diagnosis facility, they truly excel at addressing the intersection of substance use and mental health — and the care I’ve received reflects that expertise. The team is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but genuinely compassionate toward everyone walking through their doors. Their PHP and IOP programs are exceptionally well-run, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking meaningful, structured support. I also want to give a special mention to Lisa, who has been outstanding. I struggled with early life growing up in the small town in Wisconsin. Didn’t realize how bad it was until I was hopelessly hanging on by a thread. Nearby recovery resources helped me discover Choice House, and that is where my life really began to change in unimaginable ways. I worked through early recover here; spent three months inpatient at the lookout, and four months in outpatient sober living while transitioning into a new unimaginable fulfilling life. The choice house team was extremely helpful in guiding and encouraging me through the difficulties of early recovery. Much love and appreciation for the whole team.

Dmitriy Zilberman is a fine medical professional who is very knowledgeable. However, I found appointments with him to be incredibly dull, with no time being spent to actually get to know me as a person. He’d immediately get right into asking the requisite questions with nothing extra. Every single appointment felt perfunctory. Coming from a different provider who was incredibly personable (and when he left, I was referred to Dmitriy by this practice), the change in level of care was drastic. I finally recently made the switch to someone else who actually wants to get to know me outside of UCHealth. There is more to psychiatry than just following procedure and filling out required questionnaires, which Dmitriy doesn’t put into practice.

Recently a family member received services at the newly located PVH behavioral management unit. The staff is excellent. Case managers Hannah and Ryan were in contact with me frequently to give updates and help in any way they could. They obviously cared and worked with our family according to goals and assistance contacting outside agencies and placement for transfer. The whole team from visitor’s desk to the Drs is top notch.
