I have found this facility to be exceptionally caring to residents receiving services. There is a focus on the strengths of the individual and helping the individual reclaim hope for their future. The staff appears to work to ensure that clients served are provided opportunities to grow in their personal independence and learn how to effectively live with severe and persistent mental illnesses. I would recommend this facility to loved ones that needed mental health services at a secure residential facility.

I haven't personally been a patient here, but I have had several friends complete the inpatient program for substance abuse, and they all seemed to like it. I know you can still smoke cigarettes, but no cell phones the first few weeks and limited if any contact at all with the outside world. It's coed, so that probably helps people when making a decision for an inpatient facility. Especially when we're talking 30+ days or more, detoxing off any and all things good, lol! The entrance to check in is tricky to find too, it's actually on the back side, or really, it might even be the side of the building under an awning. Hit the buzzer, and someone comes to help you get checked in.

Nova helped me turn my life around and I'm eternally grateful for the staff and the individuals who have and are taking the opportunity to heal themselves. Wow were do I start. I came to Nova September 19th 2024. I had been lost for so long and holding on to things that did nothing for me. At Nova I was able to find my true self to understand that even the way I held a conversation with my friends were wrong I was able to break codes and old habits that I lived by for so long. It was all about me what am I going to put on the table and work on what is Jamie going to take responsibility for. From the Ceo to the therapist, Quality Care Cordinater and case manager the staff are truly there for the family members and I say family members cause that's what Nova TC is it's a family help men and women work on life long trauma and rebuild them from the inside out. Nova TC truly saved my life and I will forever be grateful for the things that they do there. Don't get me wrong nothing came easy but what comes easy you don't hold on too. When you work hard for something its harder to let go. And I'll hold on to the tools that Nova gave me for life and pass them on as well. Apologize for the long review but feel like I still left so much unsaid. I will close with this. Thank you all at Nova TC for the dedication you guys have to healing broken people and building them back up stronger then they ever thought the could be and I know I'm speaking for more than just myself.. Nova TC. #1 Treatment Center in US..

I walked into Nova broken, lost, and unsure if I’d ever be able to turn my life around. From day one, the staff made me feel seen, heard, and valued. They gave me the tools, structure, and support I needed to begin healing—not just from addiction, but from the pain and trauma I had carried for years. This place was more than just a treatment center—it was the beginning of a whole new life. Today I’m sober, stable, and actively building a future I never thought possible. Nova gave me the foundation to start my recovery, and I’m forever grateful. If you’re ready to change your life, or even if you’re just willing to try, Nova can help you like it helped me.

The purpose for my visit here was the food pantry. My visit was a Tuesday. The pantry was open from 3 to 6:00 p.m. I arrived at 3:45 p.m. The pantry is available to anyone. You do not have to be Catholic to visit. Upon arrival the entrance for the food pantry was clearly marked and easy to see from the parking lot. There was ample parking and I found a spot near the door. In the reception area of the staff were friendly. As with most pantries I expected there to be a long wait, however after I checked in it was less than 2 minutes before my name was called. I was giving a grocery cart and the person who called my name partnered with me through the shopping experience. This person will advise you of how many items you can take from every section of the pantry. During the shopping experience I found the facility to be clean and well organized. They had a variety of goods available including meats, dairy, breads, toiletries and even cookies. When I was done shopping they had me sign to confirm I was receiving the goods in my cart. I was able to use the shopping cart to take all of the groceries out to my car. After loading, I took the cart back and left it but the door as I was instructed. The whole process took less than 30 mins and I left with a back seat full of groceries.

I had outpatient surgery on March 24th. I called HR to give recognition to the people that cared for me that day. They said, we only hear complaints. That's so sad, that all people do is complain anymore . Well, I can tell you this is a different story. From Check In to wheeling me out. I received the BEST care possible. My nurse that prepped me and took care of me post recovery, Kathy, so kind and thorough. Every person I came in contact with and I didn't get anyone else's names. The anesthesiology team, recovery team, my med aide, and anyone I'm missing, all deserve recognition. But especially Dr. Bendorf, can't leave him out. I have hardly had to use any pain meds due to his expertise. Thank you, thank you. Well done. Makes my recovery at home so much easier !!!

Absolute paradise compared to places I've been. I was so afraid to stay and commit, but after 7 days I didn't want to leave. I will definitely pay it forward to this organization, you get in to it if you're willing to do basic things. The groups are therapudic and optional, you're fed well, you can have leisure and gosh, I am so thankful for the support. Go to the groups, be open, be you and you will be loved. No matter how far down the scale you're falling, this is a team of individuals who will help you out of that hole. Do your part and ask for help, be honest, and it scratches the surface of greater things. If you're a smoker you can have gum, I would trade a thousand days without a cigarette, which I thought I couldn't do, to receive this kind of care. You have to want it, all they want is to see you get better. These people are genuine angels.

My daughter Mikayla went through the young womens care program (teenagers) because of a court order. Previously she had been in the Omaha youth center twice & Boys Town but things were getting worse rather than better. After 4 months @ St. Monica's she came home in November with a new attitude. She now listens & does things she's asked to do. She currently is getting all "A"s in school & has been making all her curfews as well as passing all drug tests. None of things happened before. She is due to get off probation @ 2-marrows court hearing after 3 years. I was told St. Monica's no longer has a program for teenagers but since the woman's program has the same staff I would have to recommend them highly. I would also like to thank them for everything they did to help my daughter.
