Australia is the best therapist we have ever worked with. Just an amazing practice all around. I wish every mental health office could be like this.

This clinic has saved my life. I was mentally at the worst place in my life and as soon as Fahima took over my care, it was obvious they care about their patients. The nurses are always a blast to work with and I feel so incredibly lucky to have become a patient. They ve continued working with me and my insurance to insure I get the best care I can.

She is hardworking and managed to get my very shy self to feel comfortable and open up. She gets it and goes above and beyond for her patients.The nurses are fun and down to earth. I ve enjoyed talking with every nurse I have gotten to meet here.The front desk team remembers who I am, helps me with any problems I may have, and makes me feel like I belong here.

Best treatment facility in Lincoln, I've been there 2x and I have very close friends & family that have been in recovery since they completed treatment there. I wish they took medicare or medicaid though...

My husband went through the independence center over 30 years ago. He did relapse after the first 3 months but he did not attend any aftercare or AA. Within a year he started going to AA and has been sober for almost 35 years. My son has also been through the independence center twice with varied success. He has had relapses but maintained sobriety for the majority of the time. He has used the tools he learned there to get sober again after relapsing without having to reenter treatment. The program will work for you if your honest with yourself and do the work. Good luck and god bless!

I did three rehabs in the span of three summers and I ve been sober a year and a half since going to the Independence Center.The ENTIRE staff wass genuinely interested in my recovery. Of course it s up to me how honest I want to be with my counselor, Chaplin and myself (and God), but their unwavering encouragement doesn t hurt and it didn t. The facility is much better than others I ve been to in Nebraska and they keep the distracting extracurricular horseplay to minimum. They have a great culture and alumni in the A.A. and Lincoln communities.

The absolute best. Words cannot describe how much this place and the people there mean to me. Any negative reviews are not a result of VH's wrongdoing. You get out what you put in and if you put yourself in all the way- you get the world in return. I have made so many connections and strong relationships that will last a lifetime because of VH. If you're on the fence, just do it, it WILL save your life. I'm only alive right now bc of this place. I will always love Valley Hope and everyone there.

Northpoint was an amazing place. It taught me me so much. That there is more to life than being an alcoholic. The groups were extremely supportive and informative. The staff truly loved and cared about us. Highly recommend.

Everyone was very nice. Felt welcome right away. Food was above average and everything was very clean. 10/10 would recommend!

Northpoint was a great facility with kind staff. They really go above and beyond to prepare you for life once outside of treatment.

My husband was transported recently, for an issue that had been ongoing over the last ten years; it took getting him to Omaha VA for them to FIX the issue, and Save His Life!!! I will be forever grateful to the VA in Omaha, though I wasn't with him there.THANK YOU for saving my husband!

Wonderful care

I was pretty sick, I saw Dr. Jon Greg Thomas, he assessed me and prescribed meds to help with my recovery. He was attentive, caring, and always there to help me feel better. Excellent doctor.Update: my follow up appointment was great as well. Feeling so much better and still received excellent care.

I had real good nurses and an awesome doctor that took care of me my name is Margie l Lewis when I was in a chance of care your nurse Louis and Alex were awesome all the whole staff was outstanding but my night care from Lewis and the overnight Alex I mean I couldn't have been in better arms I appreciate them so very much the whole hospital did an awesome job with me cuz I fell and hurt my broke my wrist my shoulders my back and they treated me like a queen I like to thank all the nurses and attentive care for the awesome job they did of keeping me secure and helping me all the way thank you1

The employees were very pleasant and helpful. They took into account that I had 2 appointments back to back, and made sure I got to my second appointment on time.

When I visited a family member here, the facility was welcoming and Latoya was friendly, positive and comforting, and helpful to both families and residents.

All the staff therapist everyone who works there is great. This place helped me in alot of ways that I didn't know I needed and also helped me learn more about myself and also coping skills that I can use when I feel like using/drinking

6 years sober and I could not have done it if it were not for the staff and the people here. Thank you for giving my life back.

Absolute paradise compared to places I've been. I was so afraid to stay and commit, but after 7 days I didn't want to leave. I will definitely pay it forward to this organization, you get in to it if you're willing to do basic things. The groups are therapudic and optional, you're fed well, you can have leisure and gosh, I am so thankful for the support. Go to the groups, be open, be you and you will be loved. No matter how far down the scale you're falling, this is a team of individuals who will help you out of that hole. Do your part and ask for help, be honest, and it scratches the surface of greater things. If you're a smoker you can have gum, I would trade a thousand days without a cigarette, which I thought I couldn't do, to receive this kind of care. You have to want it, all they want is to see you get better. These people are genuine angels.

Beautiful renovated building literally under a bridge. I go here for Sunday morning Hope and wake up Sunday early to be there at 9am. I would suggest getting there 15 before the meeting to get a seat as they fill up fast and see all the friendly faces and drink the rocketfuel for coffee.

The experience is like this they feed you in child-like portions at every meal and they don't like people asking for seconds they tell you to hit the now the miracle program next treats you better and feeds you but there's a 60 day wait to be let into the program

Amazing place for long term treatment, caring and passionate residential managers. The staff at the pmc house are awesome, it s a very positive environment for the mother and child to grow and learn together. I absolutely loved my experience at st Monica s.managed to stay clean for eights months while there and plan on stay clean for more to come.

My daughter Mikayla went through the young womens care program (teenagers) because of a court order. Previously she had been in the Omaha youth center twice & Boys Town but things were getting worse rather than better. After 4 months @ St. Monica's she came home in November with a new attitude. She now listens & does things she's asked to do. She currently is getting all "A"s in school & has been making all her curfews as well as passing all drug tests. None of things happened before. She is due to get off probation @ 2-marrows court hearing after 3 years. I was told St. Monica's no longer has a program for teenagers but since the woman's program has the same staff I would have to recommend them highly. I would also like to thank them for everything they did to help my daughter.
