About the Facility
Partners Behavioral Healthcare is located in Hibbing, Minnesota. They provide dual-diagnosis intensive outpatient (IOP) and traditional outpatient alcohol and drug rehab treatment for adults. There are specialized programs for justice-involved individuals.
The IOP provides up to 30 hours a week of treatment, Monday-Friday. Services include individual and group therapy, medication management, addiction education, life-skills training, peer support services, and relapse prevention. They offer transportation coordination for those who need it.
General outpatient treatment meets for up to nine hours per week. Services are similar to the IOP but more focused due to the limited time. Clients can choose between morning and evening sessions.
Partners Behavioral Healthcare may accept multiple insurance plans, such as Cigna, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Beacon, United Healthcare, and more. Be sure to check with the insurer to verify out of network benefits and other coverage information.
Levels of Care
Outpatient
Outpatient rehabs typically provide a full continuum of care both for clients in early recovery and for those who are well advanced in their recovery journey. Their levels of care typically include partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), sober living/halfway housing, and standard outpatient programming. Many outpatient facilities offer evening, night, and weekend services, including addiction counseling and recovery-focused life skills training, to accommodate clients’ work and family schedules.
Intensive Outpatient
Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) provide one of the highest levels of care available in an outpatient setting and are designed for clients who require robust support. Many intensive outpatient rehabs offer personalized treatment plans and a variety of services, including individual, group, and family counseling, recovery-focused life skills training, holistic therapies, and medication assisted treatment (MAT). Clients typically receive between nine and 20 hours of care weekly.
Aftercare Support
Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).
Telehealth
Telehealth refers to services that are delivered virtually -- for example, through a live one-on-one video conference with a counselor -- instead of in person. Telemedicine rehab is ideal for people who want to stay in touch with their mental health provider but have difficulty getting to appointments.
