Los guardias deberían monitoriar los parking porque el parking tiene flujo grande de personas y hay quienes se estacionan en dos parking. Deben trabajar en eso ya que es un estacionamiento que siempre está lleno y no lo veo justo.
También los ascensores no se cuanto llevan solo funcionando solamente uno. Deberían arreglar eso! Es un lugar donde va demasiado gente a diario.

I change my opinion because I was there a week ago. I had a good time. They treated me like a prince. The treatment was very different from the last time. They treated me with 10 stars. That's like a hotel. If you know, seeing it like that and it helps you fix your mind while you are calm without the pressures of the family. Yes, some people hit them and tie them up, but they arrive in a different way, like I arrived the first time, viral and spoiled.

La Atencion del Personal tecnico y "enfermeras" por debajo del nivel Profesional.. desinteresados, trato rudo y descortez, tanto en defensiva como a la ofensiva verbal. Tecnica se burlo de paciente frente a todos, llamandole de.. lloron, inutil, etc.... "maltrato sicologico." EN vez de desescalar , seguian escalando para tener negativos y dejarte más días.. La palabra Hospital es un engan̈o...SON UN Centro siquiatrico meramente, porque siquiera un laxante o Tylenol te pueden dar. Y de tener una emergencies médica, no están adiestrados para ello....Pisos SUCIOS, asquerosos, barren con el mapo. Y si opinas te increpan.. "eso no es tu problema". Un paciente entro un vape en el culo y nos tenia descompensados , hasta que decidi informarlo.., y que recibi... " eso no es de tu incumbencia"...Pero las camaras no mienten. Fue entonces cuando por fin se calmado y pudimos dormir mejor. Acabo hubo un "gracias". NOOO!! ME callaron la boca con una jeringilla y 15 días en contra de mi Voluntad. Fui voluntario para mi mejora personal, pero, Sali descompensado y JAMAS volvere .. SON UNA DECEPCION.

this is the worst va in my experience, they over medicated my grandma till the point she was shaking and disorinted, they didnt find out she had an infection even after having her for months on end. had to ask over and over for water that never came. they never pick up the phone either.

My first experience with hospitals in PR. Broke ankle and after being seen in 2 other hospitals, HURRA took my case. So glad I ended there. Their staff and nurses were great. On surgery day, got there by 6 am, and was home by 2. They made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. My only gripe, they need more wheelchairs. And as someone else mentioned they can use some TLC aesthetically speaking. Other than that, very happy with my treatment and amazing orthopedic doctor.
Note-gave DPA. They made sure copies were made and noted on paperwork. Really respected my decision.

Yo vivo cerca de allí y es un buen lugar para persona q no lo tiene. Las mujeres q los cuidan son buenas y lo tratan bien como si fuera familia.
