En sala de emergencia, no se que hacen los doctores qué el paciente está 6,7,8 o más horas esperando que llamen y no llaman a nadie. Cuándo uno pregunta dicen que están atendiendo una emergencia. Y no se ve ningún movimiento. Este hospital no sirve .

They accepted medicaid (I have Blue cross and blue Shield). I am on vacation from NC and speak very little Spanish. I came in with a very serious ear infection and with the help of the Lord Jesus Christ and great staff here I feel a lot better. They did not stop until they knew what was the problem and how they could help! The time was not fast but the care was great Thank you to this wonderful place I can enjoy the rest of my vacation. BRING A BLANK ITS FREEZING IN THIS PLACE.

Mi primera visita en el lugar fue a sala de emergencias cuando recién llegaba de Estados Unidos con mi niño y él trato del personal fue muy amable y atento 10/10 y mi segunda visita fue recientemente con la Dra Carmen Otero García(pediatra), y todo la atención desde el personal de recepción hasta el personal de la Doctora fue muy amable y atento. El único detalle negativo fue el tiempo de espera en la sala de lo demás hasta ahora todo muy bien. 10/10 ahh y por cierto todo muy limpio y organizado.

Food is delicious and care is well, terapeutic group activities are well structured but experience may vary depending on patients and their personalities. Medical care is exelent. Each room is like a hotel with airconditioning and room cleaning each day or when needed. There are 2 beds per room and there is actual HOT HOT HOT running water.
Food comes with a small little preference menu where you may choose food for breakfast/lunch and dinner but these may vary on some ocationes due to the serving arrangements of the main hospital.
Bad thing is the fater has a high clorox content for sanitary reasons so I do not recoment it in full hot if you care for the overall look and longetivity of your youth and skin.
I did not get the opportunity to properly flex my english but Im sure the staff are well obliged.

Tengo que decir que el personal es muy amable. El tiempo de espera comparado con otros hospitales en Bayamón es del cielo a la tierra, salimos muchísimo antes que en los otros. No obstante, gastan miles de dólares en la creación y promoción en televisión y las redes, de las cualidades del hospital y sus modernas facilidades. Sin embargo, el baño de los hombres no tiene urinales en función y tampoco tiene jabonera para lavarse las manos. El área de espera en sala de emergencia tienen un abanico prendido porque no se siente que el aire enfríe. Todos sabemos que es muy importante en los hospitales que la temperatura sea baja para controlar la propagación de enfermedades. Inviertan un poquito en la planta física. El costo de poner en óptimas condiciones puede costar menos de $800.00 utilizando al personal de planta física. El gasto del aire puede ser mayor dependiendo de lo que tenga dañado, pero debe ser prioridad asegurarse de que los visitantes y pacientes salgan en mejor estado de salud de cuando entraron.

My first experience with hospitals in PR. Broke ankle and after being seen in 2 other hospitals, HURRA took my case. So glad I ended there. Their staff and nurses were great. On surgery day, got there by 6 am, and was home by 2. They made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. My only gripe, they need more wheelchairs. And as someone else mentioned they can use some TLC aesthetically speaking. Other than that, very happy with my treatment and amazing orthopedic doctor.
Note-gave DPA. They made sure copies were made and noted on paperwork. Really respected my decision.
