I came into the outpatient area of the hospital today to have my very first mammogram ever. The lady, and I so apologize that I cannot remember her name, because she was fantastic, was absolutely a pro! She put me at ease, she explained everything as she was doing it and before she did it, she was very quick, but thorough, and just made that experience a piece of cake! I highly recommend if anyone has been putting off a mammogram to make an appointment at Saint Francis in Vinita! You will not regret that decision!

Just a few weeks ago I had to take a trip to the ER because I thought I had vertigo. I went to a different ER first and they let me lay there an hour and a half in massive pain so I went back home. By 9:30 that night I couldn't move my entire right side. I couldn't stand upright without falling over. So I had a friend of mine take me to St Francis ER. I cannot remember the attending Dr's last name, Brian was his first name. He was right on his game, there was no wait time, and he had to have known exactly what was wrong because he gave me the right scans and tests and found a cancerous tumor in my brain. As soon as he got a chance He called and located a neurosurgeon at Tulsa hospital and had a room ready for me before I even left the ER. He and his staff I am eternally grateful to. The security guard that was on duty that night was also extremely helpful and concerned. I've never been more impressed. I had my brain surgery 4 days ago so tumor free now. Whoever sat up the grand lake inpatient units had to have really cared. It's nice to have a place to go when your on okygen and in big trouble

I would be in a very bad place without the help of GLMHC. Depression is a tough foe, but the good people at Grand have been a vital ally and friend in that fight. I owe them everything for all the help they have given me, and I most definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. There is no shame in getting help. I don't regret doing so and hopefully you won't either.

Got right in and got the help I needed, over helped to be honest. Took a few visits though until I could see the doctor and nurse to get everything figured out with my medication which is understandable but took a bit long. When getting refills they tell me to call in a couple days early but when I do they wont at least call it in to pharmacy until I call the day its due and im out and then I wait and hope meds will be done that day. But other than that just got to be patient. Having adhd that's a difficult task ☺️

I voluntarily went in for detox to begin my journey to recovery. I was very observant during my treatment, I read all the reviews before hand and they made me nervous about going. But I took a leap of faith and went for it, I’m ready to start my next chapter! Is everything perfect, no. But the staff (ALL of them) were very kind and accommodating during my three days there. Is it a 5 Star resort, not even close. If you go in with a good attitude, and simply be kind and courteous, I believe you’ll see quickly what I did. It’s just the beginning of the journey, not the final destination. Again, a huge thanks to all the staff that worked so hard day in and day out to help me!

IN LAYMAN'S TERMS DON'T BRING YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE IT WAS MY FIRST AND ONLY EXPERIENCE EVER GOING TO A CRISIS CENTER I GO THERE TO SEEK MENTAL HEALTH HELP THEY TREAT ME HORRIBLY SO NO COMPASSION IGNORED ME IGNORED MY REQUEST WHEN I SAID I COULDN'T BREATHE WHEN I FINALLY WAS RUSHED TO EMERGENCY ROOM I FLATLINED BECAUSE THEY OVERDOSE ME AND GAVE ME 200 MG OF THORAZINE FIRST TIME EVER EVEN TAKING THE DRUG IN MY LIFE AND IT'S JUST A HORRIBLE PLACE AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE AND THE WORKERS WILL CURSE AT EACH OTHER IN FRONT OF A CLIENT AND CRISIS AND NOT EVEN CARE AND I WOULDN'T BRING MY DOG THERE THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED AND SENT TO MCDONALD'S TO WORK AND BEING A HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL MYSELF I AM APPALLED THAT THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA HASN'T SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BY NOW

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Probably just people that need to learn to be grateful. But who knows!? Anyway, this place is great. Everyone is friendly. If there are issues they work to resolve them. I've never been able to get this much help all in one place. This organization is truly a blessing that I'm immensely grateful for. I'd recommend them to anyone that's struggling with anything.

I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk staff at this agency.

A cool atmosphere but you can still feel safe. They are so supportive! I owe my life and my childrens' life to them

Really nice place to visit. The reason being, is that the staff are nice. And the architecture is a bit antiquated and nice to see. I didn’t get a chance to stay very long. But the people I met were very nice.

Very helpful. Place is a bit like a maze but workers have always stopped and helped me find where to go. Saw my Primary care and the next day got call to make specialty care appointment. I've had several appointments and been very pleased with timelines, professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy.

I have been a patient here for several years. The staff is amazing, encouraging, and supportive. The rude lady at the dosing window (mentioned in other reviews) hasn't worked there for a long time. The ladies working the dosing window now are both very sweet and friendly. If tou go in to be assessed , beware - You're going to have to be in real withdrawal when you go in for the first time. I don't mean 'trust me I feel like crap' withdrawal, I mean 'puking and shitting on yourself, soaked with sweat but freezing cold, shaking, eyes watering, nose running, clearly obvious' withdrawal. It really looks like the majority of the negative reviews are from potential patients who were unwilling to fully cooperate. This is such an awesome place to go to! I’ve been going here for almost two years and the staff and counselors at this location are just simply amazing! The nurses at the windows, the amazing staff at the front desk, and all the way to back to the director and Doctor of this clinic are absolutely the most down to earth, friendliest people I’ve ever met! If you have a strong mind and you really want better for yourself I highly recommend this clinic is the best for you! CTC has absolutely been an amazing experience for me and will continue to be! Thank you CTC & staff for all that you do for your patients, you guys are amazing in many different ways!

When it comes to this sort of thing there are always going to be stressful days, and hard times, but this is a great clinic with good people and the environment feels safe. The ladies in the front are awesome, and are always kind and understanding and they have bright smiles even when it’s early in the morning. Angela is so easy to vibe with and she has a great sense of humor and a personality anyone can relate to. Ty (Theia) is an amazing counselor who is also very easy to vibe with and talk to, and that’s a big deal when it comes to being able to talk to counselors. She’s someone you feel like you can be honest with and be able to talk about any potential bad times and you won’t feel shamed or judged when talking to her. Cheryl is also amazing with great style and she will ease your mind when it’s time for a needle prick for labs. Love love loved this place!! Even though I was going through withdrawls, I had a blast there. Great people, great counselors.
