Initiating and establishing mental health treatment with comprehensive has been been one of many vital steps to succeeding in Ellensburg. Definitely a process to initiate long term services with Comprehensive, but in my experience if one is persistent it can definitely pay off. Provided their hours of operation in may be somewhat difficult to coordinate services around a full time job and/or school schedule but they certainly do their best to remain flexible.

I just spent my 90 days there for my alcohol addiction. Overall I had a good experience. I had a great counselor, great teachers. The classes were just that, classes. It’s a rehab. It’s boring sometimes, sometimes there isn’t anything to do. But hey, sobriety has that too. Most of the TA’s were cool. Cigs, chew, vapes were allowed, it just had to be at specific times outside. Phones were allowed, just not during class or in the admin building. The food was good and the ladies in the kitchen are genuinely nice people. I enjoyed going to AA, but you could go to NA if you want with the TA’s. Overall it was a good experience and I appreciated the people there. I honestly think you get what you put into it. I appreciated the time I had and I am happy to be sober.

This detox is absolutely the best state accepted facility in the state! The staff are so very kind and accommodating to any and everyone's needs! I'm transgender (MTF) and they treated me with nothing but kindness and respect and made me feel no different than anyone else! I would highly recommend this facility!

Went out of their way to give mw my own room cuz it wasnt that busy. Staff was pretty great, lotta good people. They made sure I didn’t suffer. You will not suffer unless you have to. Unless there is no drug that can stop your pain. Some alcoholics and fent users, still have a lot of discomfort, but if you aren’t too far gone, they will make you right again. Give you a shot at recovery.

Counselor nodded out on me 😆 I like to believe he was on methadone or Suboxone but he literally asked me how long he was out when he came to. All while talking about super personal information... I've been there three times... Not since the 90s old location .. thank you Lord above..
Another time the guy had the exact same line "don't you want to go to the ocean and throw your girlfriend in it type of shit 😂" same guy ten years apart it was beyond memorable. But this place plants seeds that lead to a life of substance free Bliss!! The acupuncture in the AM and evening AA/NA Meetings meant everything to me.

I am giving a 5 star for the most welcoming people that answer the phone. I have tried to get a hold of my doctor for a week, even used my chart. Valerie has helped me through all this frustration and I think she is great. She is so helpful and makes sure my messages are sent but my doctor has been out all week and now she's out next week, returning again on Wednesday. I just wanted to let the staff know that the front desk goes above and beyond to get things done. And I appreciate all of you. I wanted to give a special shout out to Fatima, she has always been so attentive and caring to me during my time with Dr Almond. I was in crisis a few months ago and Fatima went above and beyond to make sure I was seen same day by a physician even though Dr Almond was out. A family member used their services but I am the responsible payer for the insurance. The reason I rated this place a zero (if I could) is for billing purposes. They don't answer their phone. I spent over four hours on hold over multiple hour long calls just to hang up and call back again later. They have no other way outside of their portal to pay the bill. As a payer and not the patient, I don't feel okay with accessing a private portal to pay the bill. You would think a company would make it easy to pay and would try to avoid HIPAA violations (like telling me to use my son's portal to pay the bill.)

This is all due to what I’ve gained from the classes at Another Chance. The counselors at Another Chance truly care about their clients and promote long term sobriety through community supports. Counselors teach through discussion based classes around psychotherapy, recovery, coping skills, and self sufficiency. The counselors work with each person to make their recovery “work for them” when it comes to making a schedule/requirements for their program. It really is so supportive and encouraging it makes me want to be there every day unlike any other program I’ve ever worked before. I encourage everyone to give this program a chance.

I have been going to the Kent Comprehensive treatment Center for a little over a year now. I did have a small break after only being a client for 3 months or so. But came back because I was ready to use the program for what its intended for. I've made some friends at the clinic. I credit the in person art group for helping me rediscover my love for coloring/drawing. The staff are always super friendly. And the counselors are all here for us when we need the help. If you've contemplated going to a methadone clinic, I will always recommend doing it. Cause it saved my life as well as my girlfriends. And I will always be grateful for that

Im on my second week this week and I truly love it the two girls in reception are total sweethearts and my counselor Amy i knew her 5 seconds before I knew I was in good hands I instantly felt comfortable and that I could tell her anything and I new she actually cares and isn't there just for a paycheck ! And idk why I didn't listen to people sooner about getting on the program it's working and I'm slowly but surely getting better

I use this pharmacy often as I choose not to have my prescriptions mailed to me. The people that work here are very friendly and do their very best to help out the vets. It is unfortunate that a lot of veterans don’t understand why there’s an issue with a prescription and they take it out on the poor people behind the counter. It is more often than not the mistake was made by the veteran. I have had no issues and I really appreciate how friendly the people are and how helpful as well.

If you are coming off fentanyl and you DON'T come here, you are a fool. This was absolutely painless. They Make it that way on purpose. For the first 4 days you feel absolutely nothing....and I mean nothing! After that it's a cake walk.....,I promise!!
