Just because they had a work meeting during service hours (when els are they supposed to have it?) shouldn’t mean they have to have a low quality service. Initiating and establishing mental health treatment with comprehensive has been been one of many vital steps to succeeding in Ellensburg. Definitely a process to initiate long term services with Comprehensive, but in my experience if one is persistent it can definitely pay off. Provided their hours of operation in may be somewhat difficult to coordinate services around a full time job and/or school schedule but they certainly do their best to remain flexible.

I recently graduated from the Ranch for both alcohol and drug addiction. This was my first time at inpatient treatment. I am so grateful for the staff and magic that the Sundown M Ranch has to offer. My counselor, Barb, has a passion for sobriety and recovery that is infectious. She gives detailed, professional and compassionate care to her parents. The other counselors were also very willing to help if Barb wasn't available. It is very easy to tell that they are passionate about their work and truly want to see every patient succeed in their recovery.
I'm also part of the LGBTQ+ community. I was treated no differently than any other patient. I was accepted and respected for my nonbinary status. My pronouns, they/them, were respected and remembered by the counselors, house managers, administrative staff, housekeepers and kitchen staff.
Every employee at the Ranch works to ensure the comfort and safety of every patient in their care. The food is incredible, the group therapy, lectures, one on one time with my counselor and interactions were very positive.
The Ranch was truly there to help me save my own life and abstain from drugs and alcohol during treatment. I am 47 days sober and working every day to treat my chronic disease of addiction.
Thank you so much to everyone involved at the Sundown M Ranch for the loving and compassionate care I received. I eagerly recommend this facility if you are truly ready to do the work of recovery!

Sundown M Ranch is a remarkable treatment facility with wonderful staff. Lupe, my counselor is a fantastic counselor that will motivate you to put all the effort into your recovery.
My IOP counselor, Michael Davison is also an extraordinary counselor. He will walk the extra mile with you to make sure everything is going well with you and, if you need additional help he is willing to do everything within his reach to accommodate your need.
I thank the Lord for this beautiful and extraordinary treatment facility located in Selah Washington. I also want to give a special thanks to all the wonderful stuff there. Adrian, Megan, and LB.

I was recently here and the staff were very professional and respectful, counselors were informative but the total class time was minimal. If you want clean time this is the place to go, if you desire more structure I'd recommend abhs. But. Now a year later I'm still clean and I owe it in part to this program. Without them who knows? I could very easily have died by now

So this was the only treatment center I have ever attended so I don't have much to compare it to but most of my issues I had with the program where not so much because of the program itself but my own bitterness towards it. Now having said that the building was definitely in need of some TLC and it was obvious that budget was going more towards the staff and counselors than the treatment center itself.
Outdoor activities where on par for an elementary school not so much for grown men who want more than a volley ball court and a broken basketball hoop but hey it's not a retreat. The lecture hall was my personal favorite place in the whole building. Saturdays all the clients would get together and we'd watch movies on a giant projector screen and if you're a quiet person like me who likes to keep to themselves it's usually pretty empty in there after lunch till it's time for lights out.
This place had 2 amazing counselors whose names I can't remember. My counselor was Viki and she was a delight but I must say she's better as a friend than a counselor. Now as far as the counselor that drives the Tesla he's a real a-hole and the fact he's aloud to be a counselor of any sort blows my mind. But you gotta remember it's not up to the counselors to work your recovery and that's something I had to learn months after I left blaming them for my failed sobriety when really it was me not working my steps.
The freaking food tho was so good every meal. Like I'd happily relapse just to go back for that lol. But seriously your recovery is on you and you are worth it. This place has its flaws but if you focus on yourself and your well being its a great place to take a step back and take a deep breathe. JOTC truly set me on a path of recovery. I just had to get over my bitterness and work my steps.
Don't be discouraged recovery isn't easy but your life is something worth doing it for and I love you and I'm glad your taking a step towards the greatness you deserve.

I am very pleased with my decision to go to merit for my IOP after leaving treatment my counselor Jeff keeps it interesting. And adds some good humor along the way. He makes us dig deep. Comprehensive Healthcare is a great company. They helped me since I was young and they're still helping me. They got this winning award therapist Dr. Suzanne Noble who has been working with me, helping me and counseling me and I don't regret any of it. She's done a great job. I am who I am today is because of her, she taught me thousands of things about life, how to handle any situation, how to make it better living for me and many things. I learned a lot from her and I am so very grateful for her and to have her as my therapist. She's awesome! And I love her. And I hope she'd counsel me until the day of her retirement and I will really miss her! It's an honor to have her as my therapist, I didn't have that many therapists in my life and she's my longest therapist.

Literal Super Heroes to me, the staff and the medication helped me break the endless living hell that is heroin addiction. Thanks to these guys I no longer wake up wishing that I hadn't woke up and that's no joke. The staff here are the most friendly people you could ever meet, no judgement from them, they just truly want to help people. There's nobody in the world that I respect more than the people who work at New Start Clinic. I have been off heroin for 6 years now and I couldn't have done it without them. I am so grateful for New start clinic and all of their staff.i was worried that I would be looked down on when seeking help because of past experiences with local hospitals and pharmacies that were full of judgment but New Start is full of kind, compassionate staff that, even though they don't understand what your going through, they give you respect and listen to your needs. They want to see you succeed and that's what's important-I would recommend New Start to anyone that wants a chance to live a NORMAL life.

Bridges was the best hospital that I’ve ever been to from mental illness. The staff members are Young, but they are very smart very talented and heartwarming people. I have bipolar 2 and my Primary care Dr mixed up my meds and in combination with a lot of extra stress caused rapid cycling
The staff were very attentive
Rich is and amazing Therapist and showed me alot of different Techniques I can work on when I was admitted and when I got discharged Nurses always were there with my meds and would talked to me and also helped me through in the middle of the night. I left with a 30 day supply and a written prescription for another 30 days! They even made my a follow up appts ! First to see a follow up Primary Dr AND helped me complete for for a neuropsychologist treatment, My FMLA paperwork was done within 1 day! As for the food , fresh fruit was available. 3 meals a day and 3 snacks and you always have a chance to get seconds. I love the homemade cookies and milk before bed. 😊Mitch and are very compassionate Drs. Not every staff member if perfect

The good and bad experiences only manifest themselves with effort or lack there of. I did not complete the time I was there for initially, but learned that we are all the same in our road to recovery and there are places that are truly there to help, Pathways being one of them. The staff was down to Earth, nothing was too big or small a task and the food is good and sometimes great. It's a go at your own pace place and you will begin to love your peers immediately, as you will the staff. Remember, your road to recovery is what and how you and you alone apply effort. Don't give up, ever. I will always remember the help and genuine concern that the staff is all about, sorry I could not make it through, but with people like you, I know there is always a chance. Give chance for change to begin, from within. There is a good man there, and here, don't give in. There is no end only time for repent. Don't give in so the heart and soul can be a man. I went here many years ago. They taught me many tools that I still use today. The staff ,at the time I was there ,were caring, honest, and dependable.

The staff- shoutout to Chaquira and Helen- are amazing and very supportive during some of the most difficult times in the women's lives. I don't think I ever laughed (and cried) more in a period of 28 days. Highly recommend. Be prepared to be challenged, supported, and prepared to face the outside world. Thank you, Triumph.

I have been going here I think for two months now and Garrett Upton my counselor has been working with me patiently. Mr. Upton has been setting small goals for me to work towards.
Mr. Upton is a great listener, he will give you the best advice he can give you to his acknowledgement. Mr. Upton will be patient with you, he will have you set one small goal at a time and have you works towards that go. If he thinks you need more time he will give you more time.
When I am down with a migraine, sick or just not feeling well just call his main office and they will switch your appointment to video Telehealth so that way you can rest at home and you don't half to miss an appointment which I like.
I highly recommend Garrett Upton at Center For Counseling And Psychotherapy.

Can you really trust a review from someone that goes to this kind of place?
That being said,
I have only been here once and already I’m starting to wonder if my money would be better spent somewhere else? Maybe I’m impatient to some degree but at the same time for the amount of money being charged for services, I would think they could afford to hire someone that knows how to respond to voicemails in a timely manner. Seems a bit unprofessional I don’t have anything bad to say about the therapist, just not sure it’s worth the headache trying to reach them.
I originally wrote this review eight months ago and just after writing the post they seemed to have fixed the issue, I think it was with the receptionist at the time. Anyways, I wanted to share that I did resume therapy with Jeff Thompson. I have seen a lot of different therapist and Jeff was very good at assessing my needs and helping me through my darkest times. He would periodically send me information through email that could help me through my struggles so I know he genuinely cared. I would highly recommend this place. There were some informational packets with some Christianity views in the waiting room but I was never pressured into looking at them, I don't even recall ever really talking about religion. It was just reading material I could look at while waiting for the therapist.

I had went when Kristi Canning was there for CPT therapy, and she was fabulous.Caring, and so helpful. I don't know where I would be without the tools she gave me.

Comprehensive Healthcare is a great company. They helped me since I was young and they're still helping me. They got this winning award therapist Dr. Suzanne Noble who has been working with me, helping me and counseling me and I don't regret any of it. She's done a great job. I am who I am today is because of her, she taught me thousands of things about life, how to handle any situation, how to make it better living for me and many things. I learned a lot from her and I am so very grateful for her and to have her as my therapist. She's awesome! And I love her. And I hope she'd counsel me until the day of her retirement and I will really miss her! It's an honor to have her as my therapist, I didn't have that many therapists in my life and she's my longest therapist.
