Catholic charities is great. They came to see me while in jail to begin taking advantage of all the available resources for re-entry and were awesome following up upon release. They helped get me into a Oxford house and their mental health counseling services are a life saver. They even gave me a ride to DOC after my appointment with them!

I've been to rehab too many times to count, & i went to Sundown twice; in 2011 & in 2024. I graduated both times.🤘 Most amazing rehab facility, 10/10, A+++ BEST rooms, meals, desserts, vending machines, juice machines, classes, people, etc. Plus the most breathtaking view & paths to wander outside. As well as the house managers and counselors are truly absolutely amazing. (Maude is the head honcho & i know she's pretty intense...so i just always obeyed their easy rules & stayed kool with my counselor, which made it very easy to stay clear of her👍) Even still, there's definitely some flaws in their system, nothing is perfect.. butt compared to ANY other rehab facility, it is a really wonderful place to be held up for 28 days while you figure your crap out & learn how to kick your habits. Praying i never have to go back to rehab😆 butt if so, I'd NEVER go anywhere else besides Sundown M Ranch. Highly recommend to anyone who's serious about learning how to live a sober life & break your cycle of addiction. If I can do it, trust me- YOU can, too. ☯️ My last counselor Chris is AMAZiNG; she will rock your mind! & my Outpatient counselor Baldwin is SO rockin!🤘 Also a huge thanks to Leonard: #1 best house manager EVER. I miss you buddy!!!!💘 I'll always love & miss you guys SO much. Thank you for helping me change my life for the better.

Elizabeth was my counselor while I was a resident a year ago. She is the real deal, stellar and choice. I miss her dearly. From the Doctor, Chefs and housekeeping. I couldn't of had a more comforting experience for an uncomfortable subject. I'm still sober with a sponsor hitting meetings and spreading the good news about recovery Love you Liz. I cannot say enough about Sundown M Ranch. I have been to six previous treatment centers ranging from 21 day to one year over the last 20 years. Never have I been involved with a treatment center that has given me so much and been such a positive experience. The Sundown experience is second to none. If you are someone you know is suffering from addiction. Please give Sundown a chance you owe it to yourself or your loved one.

Sorry to tell yall this but there is no such thing as a recovered addict, an addiction is a lifetime illness that can be managed by tools and skills learned. Medication management and to surround yourself with better people who want the same thing out of life. Statistics says that Research shows that approximately 75% of individuals who struggle with a substance use disorder eventually achieve long-term recovery. While early relapse rates range between 40% and 60%, the risk of relapse drops below 15% once a person maintains continuous sobriety for five years. It's not the place that makes the recovery possible.But your outlook on it. I haven't gone here yet, but I will be there in the next week. And I am excited to be around like minded people. Two thing that bother me are the no smoking and no electronics rules

Initiating and establishing mental health treatment with comprehensive has been been one of many vital steps to succeeding in Ellensburg. Definitely a process to initiate long term services with Comprehensive, but in my experience if one is persistent it can definitely pay off. Provided their hours of operation in may be somewhat difficult to coordinate services around a full time job and/or school schedule but they certainly do their best to remain flexible.

Literal Super Heroes to me, the staff and the medication helped me break the endless living hell that is heroin addiction. Thanks to these guys I no longer wake up wishing that I hadn't woke up and that's no joke. The staff here are the most friendly people you could ever meet, no judgement from them, they just truly want to help people. There's nobody in the world that I respect more than the people who work at New Start Clinic. I have been off heroin for 6 years now and I couldn't have done it without them. If you are on the fence about getting medication to stop opiod dependency, and wanting to change your life out of the depressing spiral of drug addiction, I would 1000% recommend coming here, free with state insurance, very cool and non judgmental people that will work with you not because it's their job but because they want to help people improve their life. I am so grateful for New start clinic and all of their staff.i was worried that I would be looked down on when seeking help because of past experiences with local hospitals and pharmacies that were full of judgment but New Start is full of kind, compassionate staff that, even though they don't understand what your going through, they give you respect and listen to your needs. Depends on you and what you want in life I have had great experiences here and difficult stays with jotc if you want recovery you can find it here but it depends on what you make of it 28 days compared to years of active addiction isn't much time to change your life so I recommend not focusing on what other people are doing or how clean the bathroom is or how old the building is.if your there for yourself then that should be your focus some staff are amazing others may not be to your expectations but haven't we all been insufficient when it comes to expectations of others this could be your chance to learn who you truly are make the most of it .

This is my second attempt at this treatment facility. I chose to come back because of the way I was treated and I felt there is something special about this facility. I was way more involved with my program and the 28 days flew by! I felt like the food was a major improvement and there was an actual chef making breakfast, lunch and dinner an enjoyable experience. My interactions with staff were very dignified and professional. Besides my counselor encouraging my needs and experience made my group feel more comfortable. During my 28 days I was able to not miss one group lecture or AA meeting. I was even the first person to be elected group leader 2 weeks in a row. Since leaving JOTC I was able complete IOP &OP at the triumph facility downtown. I intend on working at the treatment facility as soon as winter quarter is finished. I’m proud of my recovery program and the tools that triumph has given me. 10 months on the 8th and trusting the process and understanding that not everything will change immediately helps me immensely. Thank you JOTC and Triumph for helping me through the process!

Had to get an assessment done early September 2025. Couldn't get a hold of them over the phone but was an easy process once I went into the office to schedule one. Overall I feel like my experience was as good as it could be considering the situation i put myself in.

They don’t treat you like a number… come here and you have a team of doctors genuinely caring about your individual case all together. They genuinely care, there very professional, the nurses are awesome. You’ll actually be clean.. I truly wouldn’t be here today if I didn’t start coming here… and there the ones that first even started treatment in the tri cities.. it didn’t exist before ideal options .. and we had to drive hours to Yakima for treatments daily, before ideal options came to Kennewick. 100 percent this office has saved lives and families

Get appts. within a reasonable time frame unlike other Dr. offices I’ve been to. Doctor took the time to explain things and referred me to the dermatologist that comes to the clinic and that appt. Went well and finally got an answer on the skin condition I have when other doctors at other clinics never referred me or gave me an answer of what it was just guessed that it was eczema, which it wasn’t. I’ll continue at this clinic. Great doctors and very friendly staff.

Up until yesterday, I thought I didn't need any more counseling and that any further counseling was just wasting my time and money. But during one of my group sessions yesterday, it all suddenly clicked.... I quietly listened to others answer questions and I could relate and when it came to my turn to respond, I shared some stuff about myself. I expected to share my news and then the group go on to the next person. What I did not expect is the amount of support I received from the other people in the group... And I think that's when I realized,I really did need to come. I really needed the support. If you guys are anything like me; you isolate, try to fix it yourself, only share some stuff with a handful of people, you come to realize, sometimes you just need someone to talk to.. someone to listen, to help you, to support you and simply just attending. I could have been in at least 20 other places or conversating with other people outside this 1-2 hours, but the genuine support that I received from the small group I had, made me realize that they could have been in 20 other places conversating with other people, too.. if they chose to be somewhere else yesterday, I wouldn't have had those exact people there giving me the support I needed. At that point it made me realize, sometimes we just need someone there. Maybe yesterday I didn't make a difference in someone's life but yesterday, each person in my group made a difference and showed me that at least once a week for 1 hour, I have support... counseling ain't that bad. Give it a try. especially here.
