Worst place to go they are very bad at communicating with you as to when your appointment is and will treat you like a child very unprofessional place staff are rude and disrespectful they can’t communicate with there staff to make sure you get a counselor that will be able to help you with your mental health will say you didn’t call to cancel a appointment when you called ahead of schedule appointment day then give you some bs excuse as for a no call no show when you did call then dismiss you as a patient even tho you were following there guidelines to be told you have to be seen as a new patient and go through the assessment process again then when scheduling a appointment to be told there is a 2 week wait for a appointment because they don’t have any appointments

I've been to rehab too many times to count, & i went to Sundown twice; in 2011 & in 2024. I graduated both times.🤘 Most amazing rehab facility, 10/10, A+++ BEST rooms, meals, desserts, vending machines, juice machines, classes, people, etc. Plus the most breathtaking view & paths to wander outside. As well as the house managers and counselors are truly absolutely amazing. (Maude is the head honcho & i know she's pretty intense...so i just always obeyed their easy rules & stayed kool with my counselor, which made it very easy to stay clear of her👍) Even still, there's definitely some flaws in their system, nothing is perfect.. butt compared to ANY other rehab facility, it is a really wonderful place to be held up for 28 days while you figure your crap out & learn how to kick your habits. Praying i never have to go back to rehab😆 butt if so, I'd NEVER go anywhere else besides Sundown M Ranch. Highly recommend to anyone who's serious about learning how to live a sober life & break your cycle of addiction. If I can do it, trust me- YOU can, too. ☯️ My last counselor Chris is AMAZiNG; she will rock your mind! & my Outpatient counselor Baldwin is SO rockin!🤘 Also a huge thanks to Leonard: #1 best house manager EVER. I miss you buddy!!!!💘 I'll always love & miss you guys SO much. Thank you for helping me change my life for the better.

Elizabeth was my counselor while I was a resident a year ago. She is the real deal, stellar and choice. I miss her dearly. From the Doctor, Chefs and housekeeping. I cannot say enough about Sundown M Ranch. I have been to six previous treatment centers ranging from 21 day to one year over the last 20 years. Never have I been involved with a treatment center that has given me so much and been such a positive experience. The Sundown experience is second to none. I visited the VA in Walla Walla on Tuesday, April 28th while accompanying a client to an appointment. During our visit, I stopped by the retail store, which I’ve visited a few times before, but this experience stood out more than any other. The employee helping us, I believe her name was Shelly or Shelby, was incredibly welcoming, attentive & genuinely kind. Her energy & level of care truly made a lasting impression. I also wanted to mention how fresh the food was & how many great options were available. It made it easy for both my client & I to find something we enjoyed. Everything tasted amazing, & my latte was especially good. She also had excellent music playing, which made the atmosphere even better. It was bittersweet hearing that the retail store will be closing & that she’ll be leaving as well. I’m grateful we had the opportunity to experience her kindness & service during one of her final days there. She truly made our visit memorable. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

Get appts. within a reasonable time frame unlike other Dr. offices I’ve been to. Doctor took the time to explain things and referred me to the dermatologist that comes to the clinic and that appt. Went well and finally got an answer on the skin condition I have when other doctors at other clinics never referred me or gave me an answer of what it was just guessed that it was eczema, which it wasn’t. I’ll continue at this clinic. Great doctors and very friendly staff.

They don’t treat you like a number… come here and you have a team of doctors genuinely caring about your individual case all together. They genuinely care, there very professional, the nurses are awesome. You’ll actually be clean.. I truly wouldn’t be here today if I didn’t start coming here… and there the ones that first even started treatment in the tri cities.. it didn’t exist before ideal options .. and we had to drive hours to Yakima for treatments daily, before ideal options came to Kennewick. 100 percent this office has saved lives and families

Up until yesterday, I thought I didn't need any more counseling and that any further counseling was just wasting my time and money. But during one of my group sessions yesterday, it all suddenly clicked.... I quietly listened to others answer questions and I could relate and when it came to my turn to respond, I shared some stuff about myself. I expected to share my news and then the group go on to the next person. What I did not expect is the amount of support I received from the other people in the group... And I think that's when I realized,I really did need to come. I really needed the support. If you guys are anything like me; you isolate, try to fix it yourself, only share some stuff with a handful of people, you come to realize, sometimes you just need someone to talk to.. someone to listen, to help you, to support you and simply just attending. I could have been in at least 20 other places or conversating with other people outside this 1-2 hours, but the genuine support that I received from the small group I had, made me realize that they could have been in 20 other places conversating with other people, too.. if they chose to be somewhere else yesterday, I wouldn't have had those exact people there giving me the support I needed. At that point it made me realize, sometimes we just need someone there. Maybe yesterday I didn't make a difference in someone's life but yesterday, each person in my group made a difference and showed me that at least once a week for 1 hour, I have support... counseling ain't that bad. Give it a try. especially here.

Catholic charities is great. They came to see me while in jail to begin taking advantage of all the available resources for re-entry and were awesome following up upon release. They helped get me into a Oxford house and their mental health counseling services are a life saver. They even gave me a ride to DOC after my appointment with them!

This clinic has grown and done so well started out a bit rough nearly a year and a half ago but they have worked out all the kinks since I started the director jumps in and helps wherever needed the doctor is super fast to respond Lisa the head nurse is the most amazing person and staff member they have she deserves the most! It used to be such an issue when I wanted to taper now they all work together and get ish done so fast! I’m nearly never late to work anymore actually always early I give myself plenty of time but they work together so well to get you in and out you don’t have to worry much anymore! Of course issues out of their control can arise like having a gas smell and having to evacuate at one point but they communicated with everyone and once back in they busted through the doses and were caught up so fast I was super surprised when I came back an hour later and dosed I cannot tell you how amazing this clinic is how personal the staff is they all want what is new for each patient and I truly believe that! If you want to change your life Spokane Treatment Center is the place to start! Michelle is the absolute best counselor she’s like a cheerleader there when you need her and rooting you on every visit! They are all super responsive and supportive Yvonne is a great director you won’t be falling through the cracks you will be given every tool you need to succeed! lol they even all hav a sense Of humor loved the Christmas tree decor!

Everyone whom works here is great. They want to help. The only gripe I have is the hours. It's not such a big deal if you only have to come in once a week, or once every other week....but when you have to come in daily, it makes working hard to do. I have an understanding boss, but if I didn't, I'm not sure what I would do. My counselor is awesome. The front desk ladies are awesome, as are the nurses who pass the medicine, and the woman whom runs the program. All of them want to help, and it is evident by their actions. If you are in need of MAT services, I recommend looking into becoming a patient here at STC.
