This is my second attempt at this treatment facility. I chose to come back because of the way I was treated and I felt there is something special about this facility. I was way more involved with my program and the 28 days flew by! I felt like the food was a major improvement and there was an actual chef making breakfast, lunch and dinner an enjoyable experience. My interactions with staff were very dignified and professional. Besides my counselor encouraging my needs and experience made my group feel more comfortable. During my 28 days I was able to not miss one group lecture or AA meeting. I was even the first person to be elected group leader 2 weeks in a row. Since leaving JOTC I was able complete IOP &OP at the triumph facility downtown. I intend on working at the treatment facility as soon as winter quarter is finished. I’m proud of my recovery program and the tools that triumph has given me. 10 months on the 8th and trusting the process and understanding that not everything will change immediately helps me immensely. Thank you JOTC and Triumph for helping me through the process!

I recently completed 28 days at JOTC. The staff was amazing and if one applies oneself like I did and one is supposed to do while there, one will leave with a solid base to start their recovery. My counselor was fairly new but was awesome and other counselors were always ready to talk, answer questions and provide other packets such as a grief and loss packet I completed along with 16 others besides what I was required. The AA/NA meetings lead by outside volunteers were awesome and I have contacted several of them since getting home. The food was amazing. The other staff members were also attentive and cared about clients. The mental health staff was way beyond incredible and I am finally stabilizing in the proper medication. Like any treatment center, you get out of it what you put in.

This place got me clean 12 years ago. Drug treatment isn't supposed to be day camp . Jotc was a fundamental piece of my recovery experience. If you want to truly get clean, it starts with you. Thank you jotc.

Just did 3 days in ICU/ACU for some problems. Very impressed, especially considering the volume they deal with. Everyone on the fifth floor treated me like their own grandpa and I was very comfortable there. Every doctor I spoke to gave me more confidence in the expertise of this medical group. I was treated with the up most respect and dignity. I was brought to Calsipel from ER woke up and staff was offering food and shower. They moved my room when my roommate was not suitable to be around others. Line staff saved me from making a terrible mistake in leaving or at least trying to leave. My life is going well. I can’t speak highly enough of Riverside. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. The counselors are amazing and really try to work with you. They have a lot of group options which made it easier to balance my treatment and my other stuff. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns and worked with my probation too. Highly recommend!!!!

Native project is my go to for all my health and wellness needs for my kids as well as my self. The service is good. Can usually get a quick appointment compared to other places. And the price for care is reasonable. Also they have dental and pharmacy as well as mental health. They also have a variety of children's mental health services which are amazing. Ideal options is amazing. The girls that work there are very respectful and friendly.They are encouraging and help with whatever you need.I felt respected and not judged. I was able to bring my son in with me and they helped me out while I had my appointment. They also have awesome counselors and ties to the community. This clinic has grown and done so well started out a bit rough nearly a year and a half ago but they have worked out all the kinks since I started the director jumps in and helps wherever needed the doctor is super fast to respond Lisa the head nurse is the most amazing person and staff member they have she deserves the most! It used to be such an issue when I wanted to taper now they all work together and get ish done so fast! I’m nearly never late to work anymore actually always early I give myself plenty of time but they work together so well to get you in and out you don’t have to worry much anymore! Of course issues out of their control can arise like having a gas smell and having to evacuate at one point but they communicated with everyone and once back in they busted through the doses and were caught up so fast I was super surprised when I came back an hour later and dosed I cannot tell you how amazing this clinic is how personal the staff is they all want what is new for each patient and I truly believe that! If you want to change your life Spokane Treatment Center is the place to start! Michelle is the absolute best counselor she’s like a cheerleader there when you need her and rooting you on every visit! They are all super responsive and supportive Yvonne is a great director you won’t be falling through the cracks you will be given every tool you need to succeed! lol they even all hav a sense Of humor loved the Christmas tree decor!

Everyone whom works here is great. They want to help. The only gripe I have is the hours. It's not such a big deal if you only have to come in once a week, or once every other week....but when you have to come in daily, it makes working hard to do. I have an understanding boss, but if I didn't, I'm not sure what I would do. My counselor is awesome. The front desk ladies are awesome, as are the nurses who pass the medicine, and the woman whom runs the program. All of them want to help, and it is evident by their actions. If you are in need of MAT services, I recommend looking into becoming a patient here at STC.

I visited the VA in Walla Walla on Tuesday, April 28th while accompanying a client to an appointment. During our visit, I stopped by the retail store, which I’ve visited a few times before, but this experience stood out more than any other. The employee helping us, I believe her name was Shelly or Shelby, was incredibly welcoming, attentive & genuinely kind. Her energy & level of care truly made a lasting impression. I also wanted to mention how fresh the food was & how many great options were available. It made it easy for both my client & I to find something we enjoyed. Everything tasted amazing, & my latte was especially good. She also had excellent music playing, which made the atmosphere even better. It was bittersweet hearing that the retail store will be closing & that she’ll be leaving as well. I’m grateful we had the opportunity to experience her kindness & service during one of her final days there. She truly made our visit memorable. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!
