Catholic charities is great. They came to see me while in jail to begin taking advantage of all the available resources for re-entry and were awesome following up upon release. They helped get me into a Oxford house and their mental health counseling services are a life saver. They even gave me a ride to DOC after my appointment with them!

Literal Super Heroes to me, the staff and the medication helped me break the endless living hell that is heroin addiction. Thanks to these guys I no longer wake up wishing that I hadn't woke up and that's no joke. The staff here are the most friendly people you could ever meet, no judgement from them, they just truly want to help people. There's nobody in the world that I respect more than the people who work at New Start Clinic. I have been off heroin for 6 years now and I couldn't have done it without them. If you are on the fence about getting medication to stop opiod dependency, and wanting to change your life out of the depressing spiral of drug addiction, I would 1000% recommend coming here, free with state insurance, very cool and non judgmental people that will work with you not because it's their job but because they want to help people improve their life. I am so grateful for New start clinic and all of their staff.i was worried that I would be looked down on when seeking help because of past experiences with local hospitals and pharmacies that were full of judgment but New Start is full of kind, compassionate staff that, even though they don't understand what your going through, they give you respect and listen to your needs. They want to see you succeed and that's what's important-I would recommend New Start to anyone that wants a chance to live a NORMAL life.

Initiating and establishing mental health treatment with comprehensive has been been one of many vital steps to succeeding in Ellensburg. Definitely a process to initiate long term services with Comprehensive, but in my experience if one is persistent it can definitely pay off. Provided their hours of operation in may be somewhat difficult to coordinate services around a full time job and/or school schedule but they certainly do their best to remain flexible.

I am honored to share the experience I had at The Center  A Place of Hope, particularly the long-term impacts it has had on my life. My first day at The Center was October 9, 2023 – that was 1,000 days ago. I am proud to share that the skills I learned at The Center have provided me with long-term growth and healing. I attended The Center for PTSD, a complex eating disorder, depression, anxiety… you name it. My mental illness consumed my life. I went from being a vibrant, competent Neonatal ICU nurse to a shell of a human. Trauma had left me with debilitating PTSD. When my husband found The Center, I was at the end of my fight; I didn’t think anything could help. I am so grateful to say that I was wrong. The Center didn’t just save my life; they showed me that I was capable of healing in a meaningful way. They gave me hope for a life filled with value and worth. Something I never imagined was possible after the trauma I had experienced. Healing isn’t easy. It isn’t quick. The more painful the journey, the more powerful the healing. I promise that if you show up, the staff at The Center will work harder for you than anyone I have ever encountered in the medical field, let alone the mental health field. The staff at The Center is unlike anything I could have imagined. They truly care for your heart, for your soul. The work they are doing is sacred. For the last 5 years, I have trudged through misery. On this side of Heaven, trying to find meaning in your pain will drive you mad. But I can tell you this with my whole heart: if just one person goes to The Center and experiences healing because of my testimony, then my pain and trauma have served their purpose. I would not take back what I have had to go through if it means that just one person gets the opportunity to heal from their suffering. Whatever you are struggling with, no matter how severe or how “normal” you may think it is, there is healing for you at The Center  A Place of Hope. You are worthy of healing, and I promise, healing is possible, no matter how much you believe that it isn’t.

Northpoint is a great place that I highly recommend for recovery. I needed to go into recovery for my 14 years of addiction. I was struggling when I walked in with no appointment and they had a bed ready for me within a few hours! All of the staff is super Kind and amazing! They have great food everyday, a nice consistent schedule that leaves time for fun. They take people on week 3/4 out on fun outings, and I had an awesome time being hers. Who knew recovery could tech you so much about how to recovery while also having fun! The culture inside between pacients is also really amazing, everyone was very friendly, uplifting and gave me great suggestions to succeed. I came away with a huge group of people I can rely on for support and several new friendships. I highly recommend Northpoint Washington. I will be continuing my recovery journey at North Point Everett doing IOP.

The staff is so awesome. I loved how his teacher and assistant greeted my kiddo as soon as we walked in. His teachers assistant got down on his level and showed him around. It really made my heart happy to see him connect with them so soon!

Thank you royal life for saving my life ypu guy are the best from the moment I walked in I felt safe the staff are all amazing groups and sweat and meetings and gym all ina week. My councilor dove deep into trauma and grief and losss and groups covered relapse prevention. This place has a beautiful aura there was no drama at all. I just want to shoutout Janice in referrals! She was absolutely amazing when I needed help getting my son into rehab. She wasn’t sure what we needed to get him approved, but she found out on the spot and ensured it was taken care of thru the tribe. My name is Jo and i have to tell you, Hotel California gave me my life back. i was so lost in my addiction to alcohol and marijuana, i lost my self as a mother, a partner, and my own self identity. Hotel helped me rediscover me again, they helped me to build a routine and to fill the time i was using, numbing, with meetings, new connections, and purpose. I found Jo again! The staff is wonderful, I got frustrated at times, mostly when I wasn't wanting to listen or accept change. If you truly work the program, you will come back on top of your life, plus the chef makes some KILLER food! And there is ALWAYS coffee at the AA meetings! The outings are fun too, this last week they took us to the mall and i spent all of my time at the arcade, while others shopped, we just had to meet back up at the set time! If you choose hotel, and stay all the way through, the feeling of accomplishment will amaze you, and being sober freaking rocks by the way! I was afraid I would never have fun again, now i find myself enjoying life again, without substance. If you think youve hit rock bottom, or youre almost there, let Hotel save you, its worth it!

I was obviously not doing well when I came here, but I was met with the compassionate care that I needed to get physically well from the staff, and the connection I was craving from my fellow clients – several of which have become friends I hope to have for a lifetime. This was my first (and ideally last) time in treatment, so the staff, other clients, and the opportunities this program has given me will always hold an extremely special place in my heart. Shoutout to Sidney, Carrigan, Brandon, Travis, Kimberly, Scotty, Laura, Ana, Stephanie, Tina, Michael, Julio, Keith, Christina, Maddy, Crystal, Bruno, and Adam for putting my ass back together. 10/10 recommend
