Literal Super Heroes to me, the staff and the medication helped me break the endless living hell that is heroin addiction. Thanks to these guys I no longer wake up wishing that I hadn't woke up and that's no joke. The staff here are the most friendly people you could ever meet, no judgement from them, they just truly want to help people. There's nobody in the world that I respect more than the people who work at New Start Clinic. I have been off heroin for 6 years now and I couldn't have done it without them. If you are on the fence about getting medication to stop opiod dependency, and wanting to change your life out of the depressing spiral of drug addiction, I would 1000% recommend coming here, free with state insurance, very cool and non judgmental people that will work with you not because it's their job but because they want to help people improve their life. I am so grateful for New start clinic and all of their staff.i was worried that I would be looked down on when seeking help because of past experiences with local hospitals and pharmacies that were full of judgment but New Start is full of kind, compassionate staff that, even though they don't understand what your going through, they give you respect and listen to your needs. They want to see you succeed and that's what's important-I would recommend New Start to anyone that wants a chance to live a NORMAL life.

Initiating and establishing mental health treatment with comprehensive has been been one of many vital steps to succeeding in Ellensburg. Definitely a process to initiate long term services with Comprehensive, but in my experience if one is persistent it can definitely pay off. Provided their hours of operation in may be somewhat difficult to coordinate services around a full time job and/or school schedule but they certainly do their best to remain flexible.

I just want to shoutout Janice in referrals! She was absolutely amazing when I needed help getting my son into rehab. She wasn’t sure what we needed to get him approved, but she found out on the spot and ensured it was taken care of thru the tribe. I am so grateful for the Puyallup Tribe for taking on my total health care needs(except eye-glasses etc.) even tho I am of a different coastal tribe. It is how it should be bc we are all cousins along the coastal tribals areas and ty again for the SUPERB! My name is Jo and i have to tell you, Hotel California gave me my life back. i was so lost in my addiction to alcohol and marijuana, i lost my self as a mother, a partner, and my own self identity. Hotel helped me rediscover me again, they helped me to build a routine and to fill the time i was using, numbing, with meetings, new connections, and purpose. I found Jo again! The staff is wonderful, I got frustrated at times, mostly when I wasn't wanting to listen or accept change. If you truly work the program, you will come back on top of your life, plus the chef makes some KILLER food! And there is ALWAYS coffee at the AA meetings! The outings are fun too, this last week they took us to the mall and i spent all of my time at the arcade, while others shopped, we just had to meet back up at the set time! If you choose hotel, and stay all the way through, the feeling of accomplishment will amaze you, and being sober freaking rocks by the way! I was afraid I would never have fun again, now i find myself enjoying life again, without substance. If you think youve hit rock bottom, or youre almost there, let Hotel save you, its worth it!

I was obviously not doing well when I came here, but I was met with the compassionate care that I needed to get physically well from the staff, and the connection I was craving from my fellow clients – several of which have become friends I hope to have for a lifetime. This was my first (and ideally last) time in treatment, so the staff, other clients, and the opportunities this program has given me will always hold an extremely special place in my heart. Shoutout to Sidney, Carrigan, Brandon, Travis, Kimberly, Scotty, Laura, Ana, Stephanie, Tina, Michael, Julio, Keith, Christina, Maddy, Crystal, Bruno, and Adam for putting my ass back together. 10/10 recommend

my experience was near perfect, they make sure to keep you safe sober and fed most of the staff is amazing, only complaint is that lisa as a case manager was not a good experience. other than that it’s a great place to get sober

I have been a patient at 6 different clinics over the last decade. The counsellor Alan Hauber is by far the best counselor I have ever met in my life. He has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I be successful in our recovery and is one of the most kind-hearted people on Earth. My husband and I both can not say enough good things about this man. He is phenomenal! ☺️ The PA-C (doctor) Lilly is awesome. The dosing nurses are all very kind and understanding (but I gotta say Charlie is my favorite 😊). Kristi at the front desk has been amazing to us as well!

It works if you work it. I transferred to MAT here after completing the CUPWS program at Swedish Ballard. The counselors and team here are supportive and thoughtful. A few made lasting impressions that I will forever be grateful for. Proud to say I have over 5 years of recovery, and almost 4 years off of MAT. Thank you, THS for helping me start my journey to becoming a thriving, driven, and respectable member of society.
