Literal Super Heroes to me, the staff and the medication helped me break the endless living hell that is heroin addiction. Thanks to these guys I no longer wake up wishing that I hadn't woke up and that's no joke. The staff here are the most friendly people you could ever meet, no judgement from them, they just truly want to help people. There's nobody in the world that I respect more than the people who work at New Start Clinic. I have been off heroin for 6 years now and I couldn't have done it without them. If you are on the fence about getting medication to stop opiod dependency, and wanting to change your life out of the depressing spiral of drug addiction, I would 1000% recommend coming here, free with state insurance, very cool and non judgmental people that will work with you not because it's their job but because they want to help people improve their life. I am so grateful for New start clinic and all of their staff.i was worried that I would be looked down on when seeking help because of past experiences with local hospitals and pharmacies that were full of judgment but New Start is full of kind, compassionate staff that, even though they don't understand what your going through, they give you respect and listen to your needs. They want to see you succeed and that's what's important-I would recommend New Start to anyone that wants a chance to live a NORMAL life.
This was the best treatment I've ever received. They do care about you and your sobriety. They are there when you need them and make the learning environment fun and engaging. Glad I stuck with it, I love my new life in sobriety and owe it all to Columbia Counseling!

I came there in 2014 and it saved my life. I appreciate this place more than words could ever express. I don’t know why i was afraid but i was so able to get away from the chaos and focus on being a better person. Thanks to the staff and the community there.

Twenty years ago this month I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder following a life-changing manic episode. This place helped me through it and to get me back on my feet. I’ll never forget their patience, compassion and concern.
We have sent many employees to this site for many ds collections they performed great. Just because they had a work meeting during service hours (when els are they supposed to have it?) shouldn’t mean they have to have a low quality service. Every drug screen done by them is great and in a timely manner
Initiating and establishing mental health treatment with comprehensive has been been one of many vital steps to succeeding in Ellensburg. Definitely a process to initiate long term services with Comprehensive, but in my experience if one is persistent it can definitely pay off. Provided their hours of operation in may be somewhat difficult to coordinate services around a full time job and/or school schedule but they certainly do their best to remain flexible.

My 4 weeks here at the center honestly saved me. My first day I was so anxious about the new environment I had to have EMS called for me because I had a panic attack, and my second day I was throwing up the whole day. All that to say I wouldn’t have been able to make it through the first week if it wasn’t for the loving and wonderful and caring staff and clients. Everyone comes here with pain and it leads to a bright, warm, positive environment where people are able to bond and be their authentic selves completely. It’s been wonderful to have such tailored care for my needs, and now I have the ability to cope with the difficult times and move past them healthily. I truly could never thank them enough!

I went in feeling completely hopeless and that I needed to just accept the fact that I would be surviving the rest of my life. Fast forward 6 weeks and I feel a lot of hope and excitement for the future where I will be able to thrive not just survive. The staff are super supportive and caring I would definitely recommend going if you are struggling with mental health.

Northpoint was an amazing experience for me. The staff are all great, we got our phones a couple times a week, and visitors every weekend. I would highly recommend this place for anyone ready to get sober! The outpatient experience is equally as great because the staff all really care and are passionate about helping people in recovery

The staff I worked with at Lakeside Milam were knowledgeable, supportive and instrumental in my recent sobriety. Very grateful.
I had a really positive experience working with Kim Westom for my drug and alcohol evaluation. She was kind, professional, and genuinely took the time to listen and understand my situation instead of just checking boxes.
Kim made what could've been a stressful process feel respectful and fair.
I truly appreciate her balanced approach and the supportive recommendation she provided. You can tell she cares about people. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone needing an evaluation - she's compassionate, thorough, and treats you like a human being, not a case file.

Great staff. Fully supported me in my recovery and ongoing care. They offer amazing therapists and knowledgeable case managers. Lakeside truly helped me get my life back on track.

Counselors here are excellent! Kevin was my counselor, very knowledgeable and experienced. Troy and Scott were also very kind and knowledgeable when filling in for Kevin. Would recommend LSM to anybody struggling with addiction.

Kevin, Is a great IOP counselor. Went though our assignments very firmly and thoroughly and made sure we understood what was being taught before moving on, very patient and understanding. I highly recommend this program if you or some one you know is struggling with addiction.
Great place. My kid loves her teachers here and always comes home happy.

The staff is so awesome. I loved how his teacher and assistant greeted my kiddo as soon as we walked in. His teachers assistant got down on his level and showed him around. It really made my heart happy to see him connect with them so soon!

Absolutely blown away by the staff. While the facilities aren’t stellar, that’s not what we need. You get exactly what you need here and I’d recommend Royal to anyone looking to live a life in recovery.
I had a filling done. It was the most painless fast experience I've had doing that. Im really impressed with Frm Lang and the lady who assisted him during the process. Both very kind and professional.

My experience with the health board has always been beneficial in whatever I'm in need of. From DV council to treatment concerns, general health to help with housing concerns. This last visit was to see the dentist and again, the service from making a appointment, to actually being seen was absolutely attentive to all my needs. I was put on a stand by list so, if there was a cancellation, I was offered a earlier appointment!! So I was seen way earlier than I was going to be seen, and I'm not exaggerating the procedure filling a cavity I had was literally almost painless I felt a tiny prick and that was it. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I also had my teeth cleaned and that was a very pleasant experience also. Everyone on the team is in good communication with each other so, you don't get the right hand doesn't know what the Left hand is doing run around. And the whole vibe was just professional and kinda laid back. So you can relax and trust your in a professional caring environment. It's excellent for family from kids to seniors. Now the location is definitely urban with urban issues. but, I've never had a problem getting to my appointments and, I take public transportation.
However there is parking onsite also. All in all just a wonderful place.

If you’re in need of help The Seattle Indian Center is the place to go. They will help you as much as possible along with finding detox, counseling, housing. You just need to ask. The are our relatives
CC Detox was very helpful when I called looking for information about treatment options. The lady I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and really tried to help me find what I needed. Great experience overall.

Took a few tries — really nice and understanding once connected.
I am giving a 5 star for the most welcoming people that answer the phone. I have tried to get a hold of my doctor for a week, even used my chart. Valerie has helped me through all this frustration and I think she is great. She is so helpful and makes sure my messages are sent but my doctor has been out all week and now she's out next week, returning again on Wednesday. I just wanted to let the staff know that the front desk goes above and beyond to get things done. And I appreciate all of you. Valerie is very kind and understanding and I wish the doctor I have would treat me as important as the ladies that answer my calls.

I really hope people read these reviews so that employees can get the recognition they deserve! The staff here are just so welcoming, from the physicians to the security staff. I wanted to give a special shout out to Fatima, she has always been so attentive and caring to me during my time with Dr Almond. I was in crisis a few months ago and Fatima went above and beyond to make sure I was seen same day by a physician even though Dr Almond was out. I am doing amazing now on my new medication and Fatima may have saved my life that day by being such a caring and attentive person. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Fatima!
Alvin has been a powerful male influence in my life. Being stuck in the cycle of addiction and spiritually bankrupt. Alvin has helped me set my life on a new path and in a new direction. With the help of sunrise centers and the AA program. I now have hope in my life.

Lakeside Auburn was an excellent place to start recovery at every level. Bill my counselor during phase 1 was great, compassionate, insightful, a great mentor and holds everyone accountable. I Went to detox in Hotel California only planning on doing detox. The staff and the enviroment were so great I ended up staying for residential. The program was amazing and I'm going home a new person.

I am truly grateful for my time at this rehab facility. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and understood. The staff here are not only compassionate, but also highly equipped to help people in the critical early stages of recovery. Life changed, learned myself inside and out and have improved in aspect, physically, mentally, spiritually and would recommend this treatment program to anybody and everybody addict or not, i think this is a great reset and if youve gotten to the point you are reading this for yourself or someone else, please give it a chance it’s worth it.
I have really enjoyed my experiences with this location. Both Primary and Secondary care have always shown to be caring, friendly and genuinely concerned with my health and well-being. They have also always been on time with my appointments. Thank you to all the Doctors and staff.

My orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Chansky and his staff were excellent at every stage of my knee arthroplasty. I'm grateful for the outstanding nursing staff, physical therapy staff and occupational therapy staff for their professionalism and friendly demeanor during my stay. The kitchen served fantastic 5 star restaurant food I enjoyed. The free parking garage always had room for vehicles and overall, I would recommend this V.A. hospital to any veteran that requires care.
