I chose to come back because of the way I was treated and I felt there is something special about this facility. I was way more involved with my program and the 28 days flew by! I felt like the food was a major improvement and there was an actual chef making breakfast, lunch and dinner an enjoyable experience. My interactions with staff were very dignified and professional. Besides my counselor encouraging my needs and experience made my group feel more comfortable. During my 28 days I was able to not miss one group lecture or AA meeting. I was even the first person to be elected group leader 2 weeks in a row. Since leaving JOTC I was able complete IOP &OP at the triumph facility downtown. I intend on working at the treatment facility as soon as winter quarter is finished. I’m proud of my recovery program and the tools that triumph has given me. 10 months on the 8th and trusting the process and understanding that not everything will change immediately helps me immensely. The staff was amazing and if one applies oneself like I did and one is supposed to do while there, one will leave with a solid base to start their recovery. My counselor was fairly new but was awesome and other counselors were always ready to talk, answer questions and provide other packets such as a grief and loss packet I completed along with 16 others besides what I was required. The AA/NA meetings lead by outside volunteers were awesome and I have contacted several of them since getting home. The food was amazing. The other staff members were also attentive and cared about clients. The mental health staff was way beyond incredible and I am finally stabilizing in the proper medication. Completely broken. I had lost everything, my home, my job, my car. My husband and I were living on the streets. I had decided I just couldn't do it anymore and needed serious help. Rock bottom. When I got to Beths Place my initial thought was that the staff came off a little impersonal and cold at intake, but I was so very thankful to be there. The day after I arrived, I met my counselor, Vicky, Now she was cold. Seen it all, done it all, I know more, have had more hard times than you, blah blah blah. No sense of "hey, let's get you the help you need, so glad you're taking this huge step!" Really long story short, I was not really engaging in group to her satisfaction, not doing her assignments the way she thought I should do them, not sharing things she considered, REAL. She told me snidely "you are gonna end up right back in these chairs!" You were wrong! I have 2 years, 1 month and 2 days clean. Never going back. I am the one who did the work in my own way, and I am the only reason I am clean. Not you. ME. The one you said would fail. You never even tried to understand me, you knew it all, right? So, I guess my point to anyone heading to this treatment facility is to remember that it's not someone else's journey, it's YOURS. Do what works best for you, but do the work, The reflection to gain insight as to what lead to the cause of your addiction. And most of all, love yourself, even if you feel like you're not worth it. You are. So, with that, Madame Counselor, you're not the best at what you do. You are incredibly rude, and actually, kind of mean. Maybe be more thoughtful and compassionate, kind, and listen more. We all have it in us to succeed. Not doing it the way you demand doesn't mean we are going to FAIL. You came off as bitter, cold, and completely judgmental. Literal Super Heroes to me, the staff and the medication helped me break the endless living hell that is heroin addiction. Thanks to these guys I no longer wake up wishing that I hadn't woke up and that's no joke. The staff here are the most friendly people you could ever meet, no judgement from them, they just truly want to help people. There's nobody in the world that I respect more than the people who work at New Start Clinic. I have been off heroin for 6 years now and I couldn't have done it without them. If you are on the fence about getting medication to stop opiod dependency, and wanting to change your life out of the depressing spiral of drug addiction, I would 1000% recommend coming here, free with state insurance, very cool and non judgmental people that will work with you not because it's their job but because they want to help people improve their life. I am so grateful for New start clinic and all of their staff.i was worried that I would be looked down on when seeking help because of past experiences with local hospitals and pharmacies that were full of judgment but New Start is full of kind, compassionate staff that, even though they don't understand what your going through, they give you respect and listen to your needs. This is my second attempt at this treatment facility. I chose to come back because of the way I was treated and I felt there is something special about this facility. I was way more involved with my program and the 28 days flew by! I felt like the food was a major improvement and there was an actual chef making breakfast, lunch and dinner an enjoyable experience. My interactions with staff were very dignified and professional. Besides my counselor encouraging my needs and experience made my group feel more comfortable. During my 28 days I was able to not miss one group lecture or AA meeting. I was even the first person to be elected group leader 2 weeks in a row. Since leaving JOTC I was able complete IOP &OP at the triumph facility downtown. I intend on working at the treatment facility as soon as winter quarter is finished. I’m proud of my recovery program and the tools that triumph has given me. 10 months on the 8th and trusting the process and understanding that not everything will change immediately helps me immensely. Thank you JOTC and Triumph for helping me through the process!

I recently completed 28 days at JOTC. The staff was amazing and if one applies oneself like I did and one is supposed to do while there, one will leave with a solid base to start their recovery. My counselor was fairly new but was awesome and other counselors were always ready to talk, answer questions and provide other packets such as a grief and loss packet I completed along with 16 others besides what I was required. The AA/NA meetings lead by outside volunteers were awesome and I have contacted several of them since getting home. The food was amazing. The other staff members were also attentive and cared about clients. The mental health staff was way beyond incredible and I am finally stabilizing in the proper medication. Like any treatment center, you get out of it what you put in.

EHM saved my life. I completed treatment 9 months ago ( this was my 7th inpatient treatment center in 15 years) The detox was manageable and comfortable, the staff caring, curriculum was well structured and educational. My husband and I are traveling through Washington on our way up north for a cruise and decided to stop by Skyland Ranch. I am a horse lover and my husband is wary of them so we decided to give it a go as we needed to fill some space in our day. Phew this place was incredible. The gentlemen who we worked with, and our guide, Gordy, were fantastic. Everyone was welcoming and took the time to educate and give my husband some pointers on making himself comfortable. The ride itself was stunning and followed a river. Serene, exciting, and a great way to soak up an hour or two outside of your car and/or comfort zone. Really nice experience! The horses were super gentle and easy to ride, felt very safe the whole time. We actually showed up about an hour early, but they were super chill about it and let us walk around and enjoy the area — the scenery is really pretty! The trail was very relaxing, and all the horses were so cute. Would definitely recommend. Matt was really nice!

My counselor sucked but my roommate was awesome. Here is my honest review of Beths Place for Women in Yakima, WA. I arrived at Beths Place in Nov. 2023. Completely broken. I had lost everything, my home, my job, my car. My husband and I were living on the streets. I had decided I just couldn't do it anymore and needed serious help. Rock bottom. When I got to Beths Place my initial thought was that the staff came off a little impersonal and cold at intake, but I was so very thankful to be there. The day after I arrived, I met my counselor, Vicky, Now *she* was cold. Seen it all, done it all, I know more, have had more hard times than you, blah blah blah. No sense of "hey, let's get you the help you need, so glad you're taking this huge step!" Really long story short, I was not really engaging in group to her satisfaction, not doing her assignments the way she thought I should do them, not sharing things she considered, REAL. She told me snidely "you are gonna end up right back in these chairs!" You were wrong! I have 2 years, 1 month and 2 days clean. Never going back. I am the one who did the work in my own way, and *I* am the only reason I am clean. Not you. ME. The one you said would fail. You never even tried to understand me, you knew it all, right? So, I guess my point to anyone heading to this treatment facility is to remember that it's not someone else's journey, it's YOURS. Do what works best for you, but do the work, The reflection to gain insight as to what lead to the cause of your addiction. And most of all, love yourself, even if you feel like you're not worth it. You are. So, with that, Madame Counselor, you're not the best at what you do. You are incredibly rude, and actually, kind of mean. Maybe be more thoughtful and compassionate, kind, and listen more. We all have it in us to succeed. Not doing it the way you demand doesn't mean we are going to FAIL. You came off as bitter, cold, and completely judgmental. And to my amazing roommate Sarah, keep rocking that clean life girl! We did it!!

I came into there program a couple years ago. My aunt life was starting to slip away, she was in a lot of pain all the time. I did want to risk feeling like I might ask her to buy any of her meds so I got into the program. Every was was really great to me. After Cathy pass I rolled off the wagon. They helped me back on. Any and every problem I had they worked w me. I can't say enough good things about the MAT program. Kozi and Dr H. really are amazing people who really care and will try to to do anything possible to help you if you just ask.

Comprehensive Healthcare is a great company. They helped me since I was young and they're still helping me. They got this winning award therapist Dr. Suzanne Noble who has been working with me, helping me and counseling me and I don't regret any of it. She's done a great job. I am who I am today is because of her, she taught me thousands of things about life, how to handle any situation, how to make it better living for me and many things. I learned a lot from her and I am so very grateful for her and to have her as my therapist. She's awesome! And I love her. And I hope she'd counsel me until the day of her retirement and I will really miss her! It's an honor to have her as my therapist, I didn't have that many therapists in my life and she's my longest therapist.

Much better being that it's a small private practice rather than a large corporate owned D & A Assessment center. You will actually receive a recommendation based upon your needs, instead of a recommendation made to make the company money off of you attending unnecessary and costly classes,which of course they conveniently offer. Assessment is conducted in a professional but not impersonal manner. Would recommend Motivations for anyone needing to take a court ordered D & A Assessment.

The good and bad experiences only manifest themselves with effort or lack there of. I did not complete the time I was there for initially, but learned that we are all the same in our road to recovery and there are places that are truly there to help, Pathways being one of them. The staff was down to Earth, nothing was too big or small a task and the food is good and sometimes great. It's a go at your own pace place and you will begin to love your peers immediately, as you will the staff. Remember, your road to recovery is what and how you and you alone apply effort. Don't give up, ever. I will always remember the help and genuine concern that the staff is all about, sorry I could not make it through, but with people like you, I know there is always a chance. Give chance for change to begin, from within. There is a good man there, and here, don't give in. There is no end only time for repent. Don't give in so the heart and soul can be a man. Thank you Pathways, keep up the good work and don't give up on us.
