I have been going to the Grandview clinic for many years. As said before if the hopsitals and other clinics would follow the procedures of the farmworkers clinic; they would learn how to handle patients with a smile. So many other clinics feel they are doing the patients a service when actually it is the patients that make it possible to be paid. Farmworkers clinic has the most friewndly people I have ever dealt with. Friendly staff and fun. Just a big overturn on PACs and Doctors. Which happens alot in our area.

I was recently here and the staff were very professional and respectful, counselors were informative but the total class time was minimal. If you want clean time this is the place to go, if you desire more structure I'd recommend abhs. But. Now a year later I'm still clean and I owe it in part to this program. Without them who knows? I could very easily have died by now

So this was the only treatment center I have ever attended so I don't have much to compare it to but most of my issues I had with the program where not so much because of the program itself but my own bitterness towards it. Now having said that the building was definitely in need of some TLC and it was obvious that budget was going more towards the staff and counselors than the treatment center itself.
Outdoor activities where on par for an elementary school not so much for grown men who want more than a volley ball court and a broken basketball hoop but hey it's not a retreat. The lecture hall was my personal favorite place in the whole building. Saturdays all the clients would get together and we'd watch movies on a giant projector screen and if you're a quiet person like me who likes to keep to themselves it's usually pretty empty in there after lunch till it's time for lights out.
This place had 2 amazing counselors whose names I can't remember. My counselor was Viki and she was a delight but I must say she's better as a friend than a counselor. Now as far as the counselor that drives the Tesla he's a real a-hole and the fact he's aloud to be a counselor of any sort blows my mind. But you gotta remember it's not up to the counselors to work your recovery and that's something I had to learn months after I left blaming them for my failed sobriety when really it was me not working my steps.
The freaking food tho was so good every meal. Like I'd happily relapse just to go back for that lol. But seriously your recovery is on you and you are worth it. This place has its flaws but if you focus on yourself and your well being its a great place to take a step back and take a deep breathe. JOTC truly set me on a path of recovery. I just had to get over my bitterness and work my steps.
Don't be discouraged recovery isn't easy but your life is something worth doing it for and I love you and I'm glad your taking a step towards the greatness you deserve.

The staff are friendly and professional. My issue was not getting consistent care because of many appointments having to be rescheduled, but it was for very understandable reasons. Regardless, it set me back on my personal progress and progress on my treatment. My other issue was that unfortunately, they had a change in staff resulting in me not being able to get all the types of treatment that I was looking for.

I recently graduated from the Ranch for both alcohol and drug addiction. This was my first time at inpatient treatment. I am so grateful for the staff and magic that the Sundown M Ranch has to offer. My counselor, Barb, has a passion for sobriety and recovery that is infectious. She gives detailed, professional and compassionate care to her parents. The other counselors were also very willing to help if Barb wasn't available. It is very easy to tell that they are passionate about their work and truly want to see every patient succeed in their recovery.
I'm also part of the LGBTQ+ community. I was treated no differently than any other patient. I was accepted and respected for my nonbinary status. My pronouns, they/them, were respected and remembered by the counselors, house managers, administrative staff, housekeepers and kitchen staff.
Every employee at the Ranch works to ensure the comfort and safety of every patient in their care. The food is incredible, the group therapy, lectures, one on one time with my counselor and interactions were very positive.
The Ranch was truly there to help me save my own life and abstain from drugs and alcohol during treatment. I am 47 days sober and working every day to treat my chronic disease of addiction.
Thank you so much to everyone involved at the Sundown M Ranch for the loving and compassionate care I received. I eagerly recommend this facility if you are truly ready to do the work of recovery!

My IOP counselor, Michael Davison is also an extraordinary counselor. He will walk the extra mile with you to make sure everything is going well with you and, if you need additional help he is willing to do everything within his reach to accommodate your need.

Comprehensive Healthcare is a great company. They helped me since I was young and they're still helping me. They got this winning award therapist Dr. Suzanne Noble who has been working with me, helping me and counseling me and I don't regret any of it. She's done a great job. I am who I am today is because of her, she taught me thousands of things about life, how to handle any situation, how to make it better living for me and many things. I learned a lot from her and I am so very grateful for her and to have her as my therapist. She's awesome! And I love her. And I hope she'd counsel me until the day of her retirement and I will really miss her! Comprehensive Healthcare is a great community resource here in the Tri-Cities. Their Youth Recovery Coordinator, Rene Carrillo Avila, has an incredible gift for connecting with youth in a nonjudgmental way that makes them feel heard and respected. Because of this, kids trust him and families feel truly supported. He listens, coordinates care, and never makes you feel like a burden.
Comprehensive Healthcare is truly fortunate to have Rene on their team, and as families, we are equally fortunate to have his support. I've been going to comprehensive for a year and from my experience I noticed that the office is very clean I also know that they prescribed great medicine unlike some places that prescribed medicines that don't work very well they see people of all ages they don't get angry with the patients they speak clearly and they have snacks and drinks.

I’m a 22 yr vet and I find the Richland VA to be one of the best in the country and my doctor and nurse to be some of the best in the country. The constant turn over In personnel is the downfall of the VA it create a division in health care and communications and they don’t have enough employees to do the required work in an efficient amount of time. Before ideal options you couldn’t get treatment in tri cities. You had to drive to the other side of the state. Comprehensive Healthcare is a great company. They helped me since I was young and they're still helping me. They got this winning award therapist Dr. Suzanne Noble who has been working with me, helping me and counseling me and I don't regret any of it. She's done a great job. I am who I am today is because of her, she taught me thousands of things about life, how to handle any situation, how to make it better living for me and many things. I learned a lot from her and I am so very grateful for her and to have her as my therapist. She's awesome! And I love her. And I hope she'd counsel me until the day of her retirement and I will really miss her! It's an honor to have her as my therapist, I didn't have that many therapists in my life and she's my longest therapist.

Bridges was the best hospital that I’ve ever been to from mental illness. The staff members are Young, but they are very smart very talented and heartwarming people. If you allow yourself to heal and give yourself patience through the process, you will be surprised from the benefits that you can get from this place. I would recommend this to my family members to my friends to even anyone that is dealing for mental health matters I loved every single person in there. I spent about a week and a half and got what I needed my medication therapist and outpatient program. I would recommend this too anyone to go check out Thank you Bridges for giving me another chance of life.

This place is top notch. Very nice facility, excellent friendly staff, and they really do care about you throughout your time there. I stayed for 8 days due to an anxiety breakdown and they helped me get back on my feet fast. Thank you to the entire Bridges Team.

I have bipolar 2 and my Primary care Dr mixed up my meds and in combination with a lot of extra stress caused rapid cycling
The staff were very attentive
Rich is and amazing Therapist and showed me alot of different Techniques I can work on when I was admitted and when I got discharged Nurses always were there with my meds and would talked to me and also helped me through in the middle of the night. I left with a 30 day supply and a written prescription for another 30 days! They even made my a follow up appts ! First to see a follow up Primary Dr AND helped me complete for for a neuropsychologist treatment, My FMLA paperwork was done within 1 day! As for the food , fresh fruit was available. 3 meals a day and 3 snacks and you always have a chance to get seconds. I love the homemade cookies and milk before bed. 😊Mitch and are very compassionate Drs. Not every staff member if perfect
I came IN to Bridges thinking I was BROKEN and I left knowing that I am GROWING.
My fight will never be over but with the right meds, Therapy and strong support system you can live you best life!
