Get appts. within a reasonable time frame unlike other Dr. offices I’ve been to. Doctor took the time to explain things and referred me to the dermatologist that comes to the clinic and that appt. Went well and finally got an answer on the skin condition I have when other doctors at other clinics never referred me or gave me an answer of what it was just guessed that it was eczema, which it wasn’t. I’ll continue at this clinic. Great doctors and very friendly staff.

This is my second attempt at this treatment facility. I chose to come back because of the way I was treated and I felt there is something special about this facility. I was way more involved with my program and the 28 days flew by! I felt like the food was a major improvement and there was an actual chef making breakfast, lunch and dinner an enjoyable experience. My interactions with staff were very dignified and professional. Besides my counselor encouraging my needs and experience made my group feel more comfortable. During my 28 days I was able to not miss one group lecture or AA meeting. I was even the first person to be elected group leader 2 weeks in a row. Since leaving JOTC I was able complete IOP &OP at the triumph facility downtown. I intend on working at the treatment facility as soon as winter quarter is finished. I’m proud of my recovery program and the tools that triumph has given me. 10 months on the 8th and trusting the process and understanding that not everything will change immediately helps me immensely. Thank you JOTC and Triumph for helping me through the process!

I recently completed 28 days at JOTC. The staff was amazing and if one applies oneself like I did and one is supposed to do while there, one will leave with a solid base to start their recovery. My counselor was fairly new but was awesome and other counselors were always ready to talk, answer questions and provide other packets such as a grief and loss packet I completed along with 16 others besides what I was required. The AA/NA meetings lead by outside volunteers were awesome and I have contacted several of them since getting home. The food was amazing. The other staff members were also attentive and cared about clients. The mental health staff was way beyond incredible and I am finally stabilizing in the proper medication. Like any treatment center, you get out of it what you put in.

This place got me clean 12 years ago. Drug treatment isn't supposed to be day camp . Jotc was a fundamental piece of my recovery experience. If you want to truly get clean, it starts with you. Thank you jotc.

The staff are friendly and professional. My issue was not getting consistent care because of many appointments having to be rescheduled, but it was for very understandable reasons. Regardless, it set me back on my personal progress and progress on my treatment. My other issue was that unfortunately, they had a change in staff resulting in me not being able to get all the types of treatment that I was looking for.

Hands down the best treatment center in our area. I cant point out just one thing. Its everything and everyone. From the staff to the accommodations. These people really want the best for us and our fight with addiction. I didn't make it all the way to the bell, because i wasnt ready too. And still they treated me with respect and love. Ideal options is amazing. The girls that work there are very respectful and friendly.They are encouraging and help with whatever you need.I felt respected and not judged. I was able to bring my son in with me and they helped me out while I had my appointment. They also have awesome counselors and ties to the community. The office is always super clean and they can schedule around anything. They are also very informative whenever I have questions about anything. Ideal Options, helped me get my life back.

Comprehensive Healthcare is a great community resource here in the Tri-Cities. Their Youth Recovery Coordinator, Rene Carrillo Avila, has an incredible gift for connecting with youth in a nonjudgmental way that makes them feel heard and respected. Because of this, kids trust him and families feel truly supported. He listens, coordinates care, and never makes you feel like a burden. Comprehensive Healthcare is truly fortunate to have Rene on their team, and as families, we are equally fortunate to have his support. I've been going to comprehensive for a year and from my experience I noticed that the office is very clean I also know that they prescribed great medicine unlike some places that prescribed medicines that don't work very well they see people of all ages they don't get angry with the patients they speak clearly and they have snacks and drinks.

My counselor sucked but my roommate was awesome. Here is my honest review of Beths Place for Women in Yakima, WA. I arrived at Beths Place in Nov. 2023. Completely broken. I had lost everything, my home, my job, my car. My husband and I were living on the streets. I had decided I just couldn't do it anymore and needed serious help. Rock bottom. When I got to Beths Place my initial thought was that the staff came off a little impersonal and cold at intake, but I was so very thankful to be there. The day after I arrived, I met my counselor, Vicky, Now *she* was cold. Seen it all, done it all, I know more, have had more hard times than you, blah blah blah. No sense of "hey, let's get you the help you need, so glad you're taking this huge step!" Really long story short, I was not really engaging in group to her satisfaction, not doing her assignments the way she thought I should do them, not sharing things she considered, REAL. She told me snidely "you are gonna end up right back in these chairs!" You were wrong! I have 2 years, 1 month and 2 days clean. Never going back. I am the one who did the work in my own way, and *I* am the only reason I am clean. Not you. ME. The one you said would fail. You never even tried to understand me, you knew it all, right? So, I guess my point to anyone heading to this treatment facility is to remember that it's not someone else's journey, it's YOURS. Do what works best for you, but do the work, The reflection to gain insight as to what lead to the cause of your addiction. And most of all, love yourself, even if you feel like you're not worth it. You are. So, with that, Madame Counselor, you're not the best at what you do. You are incredibly rude, and actually, kind of mean. Maybe be more thoughtful and compassionate, kind, and listen more. We all have it in us to succeed. Not doing it the way you demand doesn't mean we are going to FAIL. You came off as bitter, cold, and completely judgmental. And to my amazing roommate Sarah, keep rocking that clean life girl! We did it!!

I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re LGBTQ+ or just a very sensitive person like myself. Went here for about 4 years and even the therapists I didn’t feel were right for me were very kind! I did end up having to stop services here in January because I fell extremely ill and didn’t know when I’d be able to return but I would’ve continued afterwards if I weren’t moving. Only knocked off one star because I felt a bit awkward after ending services with the very first counselor I met with here, but overall it was a pretty good experience :)

Comprehensive Healthcare is a great company. They helped me since I was young and they're still helping me. They got this winning award therapist Dr. Suzanne Noble who has been working with me, helping me and counseling me and I don't regret any of it. She's done a great job. I am who I am today is because of her, she taught me thousands of things about life, how to handle any situation, how to make it better living for me and many things. I learned a lot from her and I am so very grateful for her and to have her as my therapist. She's awesome! And I love her. And I hope she'd counsel me until the day of her retirement and I will really miss her! It's an honor to have her as my therapist, I didn't have that many therapists in my life and she's my longest therapist.
