Everything here is very helpful, Counselors, the med specialist are very knowledgeable, except Jordan. I’m not sure what his purpose there is besides taking vitals. He seems not to take mental health into consideration when speaking to patients and comes off rude intimidating and insensitive.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years and was feeling a little anxious. But I was so comfortable here. The receptionist, dental assistant and doctor were all so great! They were gentle, thorough, and quick. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable dental experience.

I am very pleased with this facility. All of the staff members seem to be pleasant and my dentist is particularly passionate about patient care. My teeth were in bad shape, but due to negative experiences in the past, I was reluctant to see a dentist. On my first visit to the Tri-Cities Community Health Dental Clinic, Dr. Kang listened to my concerns and without judgement offered some much needed guidance, motivation and encouragement to return. Over the past few visits, he has gained my complete trust and gratitude. Because of his detail oriented approach and impeccable technique, the numbing procedure was painless, the overall process was comfortable and the results are perfect.

I’m a 22 yr vet and I find the Richland VA to be one of the best in the country and my doctor and nurse to be some of the best in the country. The constant turn over In personnel is the downfall of the VA it create a division in health care and communications and they don’t have enough employees to do the required work in an efficient amount of time. From my perspective, The Richland VA and Walla Walla VA Medical Center are horrible places to receive veteran healthcare. Messages to your care team are NEVER returned. Requests for prescription refills are never fulfilled. There is no ability to talk to your care team via MyHealtheVet. In MyHealthEVet, my old VISN (Portland VA) is still loaded and I can talk to anyone in the Portland system at any time but after two years at Richland, I still cannot converse with my Richland care team without physically going into the office. Lastly, there is no ability to talk to anyone in the Richland Clinic directly. They will not give out phone numbers instead directing patients to the National Appointment Line. Which gets me back to my first point, messages are never returned. It is vicious cycle that is a serious disservice to our veterans.

Before ideal options you couldn’t get treatment in tri cities. You had to drive to the other side of the state. I went to the Recovery Cafe Saturdays at the WW Roastery by the airport for about two months at a time in my life when I was detoxing and getting off of marijuana. The community there was a good support to me at the time and I found many of the conversations useful and inspiring to continue down the path that I have elected. I've since left but I'm nearly 3 months straight edge sober and Recovery Cafe and Trilogy was instrumental in helping support the lifestyle that I want to live! Thank you Trilogy and Recovery Cafe.

Make sure to be very clear and ask questions with the team. I had a bill through them and when trying to call their billing number i would constantly be sent to voicemail. Finally i went in and was told i had no bill so i left the issue alone. The lady in the front office with the long black hair failed to mention it was sent to collections. Later collections got a hold of me with a $700+ bill due to interest. Now i have to pay a lot of money because of lack of clarity on THEIR PART and all i get from them is sorry there is nothing we can do because this is from a year ago. Its been from that long BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVES THAT I HAVE NO BILL AND NO CLARITY ON WHERE IT WAS SENT! thank you for giving me more bills. Not to mention, when i was getting services from them the meetings had to be cancelled at lesst 3 times because their therapist kept calling out? I just ended up discontinuing services when she ended up quiting or getting fired and they tried setting me up with another one. I dont recommend this place!

An infinite number of mathematicians walk into a bar The first mathematician orders a beer The second orders half a beer "I don't serve half-beers" the bartender replies "Excuse me?" Asks mathematician #2 "What kind of bar serves half-beers?" The bartender remarks. "That's ridiculous." "Oh c'mon" says mathematician #1 "do you know how hard it is to collect an infinite number of us? Just play along" "There are very strict laws on how I can serve drinks. I couldn't serve you half a beer even if I wanted to." "But that's not a problem" mathematician #3 chimes in "at the end of the joke you serve us a whole number of beers. You see, when you take the sum of a continuously halving function-" "I know how limits work" interjects the bartender "Oh, alright then. I didn't want to assume a bartender would be familiar with such advanced mathematics" "Are you kidding me?" The bartender replies, "you learn limits in like, 9th grade! What kind of mathematician thinks limits are advanced mathematics?" "HE'S ON TO US" mathematician #1 screeches Simultaneously, every mathematician opens their mouth and out pours a cloud of multicolored mosquitoes. Each mathematician is bellowing insects of a different shade. The mosquitoes form into a singular, polychromatic swarm. "FOOLS" it booms in unison, "I WILL INFECT EVERY BEING ON THIS PATHETIC PLANET WITH MALARIA" The bartender stands fearless against the technicolor hoard. "But wait" he inturrupts, thinking fast, "if you do that, politicians will use the catastrophe as an excuse to implement free healthcare. Think of how much that will hurt the taxpayers!" The mosquitoes fall silent for a brief moment. "My God, you're right. We didn't think about the economy! Very well, we will not attack this dimension. FOR THE TAXPAYERS!" and with that, they vanish. A nearby barfly stumbles over to the bartender. "How did you know that that would work?" "It's simple really" the bartender says. "I saw that the vectors formed a gradient, and therefore must be conservative."

Sundown was absolutely the best thing I could have ever possibly done for myself. I was terrified to go, and I was greeted with such gentle kindness and understanding. The staff is amazing and they all work so hard! Your room is cleaned for you, your laundry is done for you, and the kitchen cooks you 3 amazing meals a day and prepares snacks! The staff really makes you feel like family, and you can tell that they genuinely care about you and your journey. The rooms give you the perfect amount of privacy and space and they are incredibly comfortable. My counselor Barb is the most amazing, helpful, loving, and understanding human being and I am so blessed to have been able to work with her. 🙏🩷 I already miss her dearly! All of the lectures from the counselors were raw, moving, and very eye opening. I gained so many tools, friends, and knowledge to stay sober on the outside. ❤️ I would recommend Sundown to ANYONE struggling with addiction. This recovery center is absolutely amazing. It helped me gain back my purpose and will to live, and 100% saved my life. Love you, Sundown! Thank you so very much!

The good and bad experiences only manifest themselves with effort or lack there of. I did not complete the time I was there for initially, but learned that we are all the same in our road to recovery and there are places that are truly there to help, Pathways being one of them. The staff was down to Earth, nothing was too big or small a task and the food is good and sometimes great. It's a go at your own pace place and you will begin to love your peers immediately, as you will the staff. Remember, your road to recovery is what and how you and you alone apply effort. Don't give up, ever. I will always remember the help and genuine concern that the staff is all about, sorry I could not make it through, but with people like you, I know there is always a chance. Give chance for change to begin, from within. There is a good man there, and here, don't give in. There is no end only time for repent. Don't give in so the heart and soul can be a man. Thank you Pathways, keep up the good work and don't give up on us.

Can you really trust a review from someone that goes to this kind of place? That being said, I have only been here once and already I’m starting to wonder if my money would be better spent somewhere else? Maybe I’m impatient to some degree but at the same time for the amount of money being charged for services, I would think they could afford to hire someone that knows how to respond to voicemails in a timely manner. Seems a bit unprofessional I don’t have anything bad to say about the therapist, just not sure it’s worth the headache trying to reach them. I originally wrote this review eight months ago and just after writing the post they seemed to have fixed the issue, I think it was with the receptionist at the time. Anyways, I wanted to share that I did resume therapy with Jeff Thompson. I have seen a lot of different therapist and Jeff was very good at assessing my needs and helping me through my darkest times. He would periodically send me information through email that could help me through my struggles so I know he genuinely cared. I would highly recommend this place. There were some informational packets with some Christianity views in the waiting room but I was never pressured into looking at them, I don't even recall ever really talking about religion. It was just reading material I could look at while waiting for the therapist.
