This VA facility is very nice. The people are nice. I haven't had a bad experience yet, and I can't say that about all va facilities.

The people that assist you are great. SERVICE depends upon the dr you are seeing. My overall experience has been great.

Having experienced various VA facilities, I've gained an understanding of the ideal attributes. There are still problems such as outdated infrastructure & extended wait times, but it's clear that certain VA facilities stand out. The staff at these exceptional facilities show a genuine commitment to their Veterans. They not only acknowledge but genuinely care about the pain and challenges Veterans have faced and continue to deal with. I recommend seeking care at facilities such as this one, where dedication creates an environment to Veteran support and healing.

Caring staff who have an honest desire to help others. They are all a unique blend of knowledge and empathy.

The staff are so nice and helpful. I go to the meditation group on Tuesday and it is wonderful!

I went to the Recovery Cafe Saturdays at the WW Roastery by the airport for about two months at a time in my life when I was detoxing and getting off of marijuana. The community there was a good support to me at the time and I found many of the conversations useful and inspiring to continue down the path that I have elected. I've since left but I'm nearly 3 months straight edge sober and Recovery Cafe and Trilogy was instrumental in helping support the lifestyle that I want to live! Thank you Trilogy and Recovery Cafe.

These people are really understanding and I'm doing a lot better with my trauma,now i can finally breathe.

The only bright spot in this dreary place is Nurse Kelly. She's excellent! Keep her on staff please.

Like I have said before, Comprehensive was a saving grace to me. I haven’t had the best when it comes to therapists, but the prescribers continue to provide great service. I’ve been stable on medications for almost 4 years.. even with the transition of a new prescriber.

They are very helpful and caring about what your future holds they give good feed back to prevent relapse

Great place actually works if you come and take what you need from it ! Highly recommend also counselors that hear you out and take time to meet when needed !

My experience at Serenity Point has been absolutely amazing! When I first started, I thought to myself, "This is going to be a drag." But, I was wrong. It has been an awesome experience. Most days, I actually look forward to group. My group is the best, and I couldn't ask for a better counselor. Monica has been great to work with and has given me all the tools I need to succeed.

Great people and wonderful service. Only thing I think is a problem would be the long waits. They definitely need more help with how busy they get. They manage and I would not prefer any where else. They really listen to people and help understand. I wasn’t very comfortable at first but it has become like family to me there after coming for a while

Real nice people, I was court ordered here and they made the hole process easy to deal with. Heads up, you will be here for a while because they’re always so busy!! So make sure you come prepared to be here an hour longer than you thought. Margarett was kind enough to help me with a discount after looking over my income since I don’t have insurance. Rob was very chill and understanding with everyone.

When in as a walk in and a busy day and was able to be seen. Very caring dentist and heard and understood bad experiences and I was scared and my husband was allowed to be in the room and hold my hand while they pulled a tooth that was hurting super bad... Quick and fast.

I had the pleasure of meeting some of the employees during their health fair last year. These people are a unique bunch of loving individuals that I truly believe, would do it for free if they didn’t have bills. They take their jobs to heart and give these broken adolescents a place that lovingly works with them to create positive bonds. They deserve an award for all the great things they do!

The suboxone program helped me a lot! Thanks! They hold you accountable for your success in here so keep that in mind. Even though my ups and downs affected my development, they were always cheering me up to continue. They truly want to help you get better.

It is a place that helps you to overcome any inconvenience that you are going through. They helped me to realize my addiction problem and helped me find solutions so I could recover my life.

Staff are incompetent and unprofessional. Can't voice you opinion, don't ask questions, if you do they'll claim you are making demands. So if you wanna know about your treatment, you better hope it comes up because they won't answer your questions. Voicing opinions or asking to many questions will make them just not want to deal with you and they might terminate your treatment with them. Even management is rude and will tell you off if you don't basically shut up and do whatever they say. Ive known plenty of people who have gone here aside from myself, they are all worse than before going. This place will ruin your view of treatment and getting help.

Grandview Yakima valley farm workers clinic is an awesome clinic they are friendly and and they are caring

I have been going to the Grandview clinic for many years. As said before if the hopsitals and other clinics would follow the procedures of the farmworkers clinic; they would learn how to handle patients with a smile. So many other clinics feel they are doing the patients a service when actually it is the patients that make it possible to be paid. Farmworkers clinic has the most friewndly people I have ever dealt with. Friendly staff and fun. Just a big overturn on PACs and Doctors. Which happens alot in our area.

This place is amazing!! The staff, my Dr an my therapist are great. Goin on 4 years here an this is by far the best service's I have ever received from a Mental health. My medication is on point an working wonderful. The support is amazing. Thanks to Dr.Bah an my therapist, my life is back on track an I am doing wonderful in my life. I was here from 2002-2004, I remember Winnie, Martin, and my advocate her name was Ginny, I also remember Linda the counselor. I think the part I liked most here was the swimming pool and the wood shop, I made alot of cool things in shop class. I returned home in January of 2004, met my husband at the age of 18 in December of 2004, and we were married march 15th 2005, still going strong. The only thing this place taught me was how to fear men. I used to call every so often and check in with Winnie and Linda to let them know how I was doing. Well at 38 years old, 20 years of marriage, and 7 kids later, I'd say I'm doing pretty damn good, no thanks to NCH and the staff that only showed up to get a paycheck.

I lived here 33 years ago and coming here brought me back to some of the best days of my life. I owe them so much for being my support system. It brought back so many memories. I was there 86-88 looking. For others who lived there then

Kind of a strange place set in a very old building that looks rather spooky to me. I guess they do alright there helping young children that are in need of professional help. I did not go in there because of privacy laws here in Boise. I review reports from people that used there services and it was not very good. There are newer places here that I am quite sure does a better service.

Their testing is a joke. Told me it could take about 3 hours. That's par. I get there and the guy talks to me for about an hour. Asks my daughter if she likes to collect things. That's the only question he asked her. The whole time. He just talked to me. No behavioral or IQ or anything. Just asked ME questions for an hour and had a diagnosis. There is a reason they don't have a wait-list! Unacceptable. My child needs help, first we need to know what she could have to better help. Don't find help here.

If you are looking for employment through this company, please go anywhere else. I had gone to what I thought was going to be a simple interview and it was actually extremely dull and disconnected. Even if you take the time to structure your answers before hand for the interview, expect the interviewers for this company to be absolutely distant and critical. If you are looking for better ways to connect with your community and are looking for a career change, find a organization that is more personable and proactive about your experience within interviews. First impressions are everything even the first impression of your future employer.

Talk to them on FB messenger adout my depression and after I made an appointment to talk to a therapist they blocked me... Way to go glad they really want to ousten to me. Heck even they don't care .. since my experience with them I have decided not to seek help.

My name is Steven Colyer I was a client at Port of Hope in Nampa Idaho. My clean date is March 17. I did very well in the program. I was in the program for 30 days. I look forward to live clean and sober for all the upcoming days that's ahead of me. To this day I'm still clean and sober. I plan on staying on my path of recovery. I'll still continue going NA meetings. My plan is to get a sponsor and start working the steps of either NA or AA. I'm the love and gratitude that the the staff has for every individual.

My doctor hasn’t even suggested an annual colonoscopy and I’ve been due since 2023, they haven’t even asked. My doctor from Providence on Spokane valley, called and said I’m due for annual everything. My last colonoscopy was 2020, when I had digestive issues. I’m going back to providence! I don’t care for the doctors here! I hate this place! Was going t no ask to switch to a more expensive medication! This place was all over it when my insurance would cover the $2000 shot! Last lady even called me three times in a row, left two messages and then text message! They were all over that shit. Called everyday h til they got a hold of me! I’m good! I’ll pass! I want off any medications! How sad. They didn’t respond when I said I’ve thought everything over and would like to go a different route and get off the Suboxone. When I wanted it for pain management, they were all over it. Dam. Wish they’d be as persistent with my annual medical whatever! I’m going back to providence. I can’t stand this place. I’ll keep my dental here, but it my medical. Post Falls

My experience was so wonderful. First off EVERYONE from administration office (we took a wrong turn) to the front desk, to the janitor, to the dentist and especially the hygienists. Wow. Just an incredible staff you have. Such a warmth I have never felt in any medical field. We live in post falls which is a little bit of a drive, and there had been a miscommunication and I had assumed we had made an appointment for a cleaning, apparently at a new patient appointment they only take X-rays. Well Connie had made herself available and moved some things around to get both my son and I cleaned that same day. During our visit to the dental clinic, we were helped by Connie, Lin and Dr. Frank. Awesome awesome people. I felt respected and heard and not like just another patient. This was our first visit, and it felt different, Marimn health felt more like a community. I’m looking forward to our future visits.

After my caderacts surgery I had my eye checked for glasses, received my glasses- I love them, they turn "brown" in the sunlight quickly, also the bright lights do not bother my eyes like they used to inside a building with the "glare" of the florescent lights.. I appreciate the Dr. to recondmended to order them with the glare coating on them. Thank you. The Dr's. at the clinic are excellent!!

I recently was helped by Frontier Behavoral Health staff in assisting with a family member in crisis. They were professional and understanding. I appreciate frontline workers who really care, make a difference and give quality care to those in need.
