Before ideal options you couldn’t get treatment in tri cities. You had to drive to the other side of the state. I went from a homeless addict to a functioning, working, member of society, and finally got my own home and family . for anyone who’s trapped in severe addiction, this is your way out, you don’t have to live a horrible life you can recover and overcome.

Great people and wonderful service. Only thing I think is a problem would be the long waits. They definitely need more help with how busy they get. They manage and I would not prefer any where else. Comprehensive Healthcare is a great community resource here in the Tri-Cities. Their Youth Recovery Coordinator, Rene Carrillo Avila, has an incredible gift for connecting with youth in a nonjudgmental way that makes them feel heard and respected. Because of this, kids trust him and families feel truly supported. He listens, coordinates care, and never makes you feel like a burden.
Comprehensive Healthcare is truly fortunate to have Rene on their team, and as families, we are equally fortunate to have his support. I've been going to comprehensive for a year and from my experience I noticed that the office is very clean I also know that they prescribed great medicine unlike some places that prescribed medicines that don't work very well they see people of all ages they don't get angry with the patients they speak clearly and they have snacks and drinks.

I’m a 22 yr vet and I find the Richland VA to be one of the best in the country and my doctor and nurse to be some of the best in the country. The constant turn over In personnel is the downfall of the VA it create a division in health care and communications and they don’t have enough employees to do the required work in an efficient amount of time. Having experienced various VA facilities, I've gained an understanding of the ideal attributes. There are still problems such as outdated infrastructure & extended wait times, but it's clear that certain VA facilities stand out. The staff at these exceptional facilities show a genuine commitment to their Veterans. I have been going to the Grandview clinic for many years. As said before if the hopsitals and other clinics would follow the procedures of the farmworkers clinic; they would learn how to handle patients with a smile. So many other clinics feel they are doing the patients a service when actually it is the patients that make it possible to be paid. Farmworkers clinic has the most friewndly people I have ever dealt with. Friendly staff and fun. Just a big overturn on PACs and Doctors. Which happens alot in our area.

The staff are friendly and professional. My issue was not getting consistent care because of many appointments having to be rescheduled, but it was for very understandable reasons. Regardless, it set me back on my personal progress and progress on my treatment. My other issue was that unfortunately, they had a change in staff resulting in me not being able to get all the types of treatment that I was looking for.

I went to the Recovery Cafe Saturdays at the WW Roastery by the airport for about two months at a time in my life when I was detoxing and getting off of marijuana. The community there was a good support to me at the time and I found many of the conversations useful and inspiring to continue down the path that I have elected. I've since left but I'm nearly 3 months straight edge sober and Recovery Cafe and Trilogy was instrumental in helping support the lifestyle that I want to live! Thank you Trilogy and Recovery Cafe.

Like I have said before, Comprehensive was a saving grace to me. I haven’t had the best when it comes to therapists, but the prescribers continue to provide great service. I’ve been stable on medications for almost 4 years.. even with the transition of a new prescriber.

I am not sure about other Lifeways locations as I have only been to this one. For me they have been very easy to work with and willing to do right by me even when I've made a mistake and ran out of medication several times. I love them
