People at this clinic are wonderful.! They have great service and genuinely give a shit about their patients. If you need help with substance use disorder, New Start is definitely the place to go. Their care team and service blows ideal options out the water!!

Nurse Amanda Underwood. Practice better listening and coming up with solutions instead of shutting down everything we say and nearly arguing and nit picking on what we are doing wrong. Listen to the patients suggestions and come up with a solution for the symptoms. I already know everything you tried to educate on. But again you did not listen and did not work toward resolving the symptoms instead told us what we already knew. Rude, cold, snappy, not friendly. Even my 14 year old was not impressed. Will never see her again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Williams for many years. I've been in good health so normally I see him for an annual wellness visit. I find office staff, medical assistants, and Dr. Williams to be kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. I am usually seen within a few minutes of my appointment time, my questions are answered, and my general health status fully assessed. When in as a walk in and a busy day and was able to be seen. Very caring dentist and heard and understood bad experiences and I was scared and my husband was allowed to be in the room and hold my hand while they pulled a tooth that was hurting super bad... Quick and fast.

I just spent my 90 days there for my alcohol addiction. Overall I had a good experience. I had a great counselor, great teachers. The classes were just that, classes. It’s a rehab. It’s boring sometimes, sometimes there isn’t anything to do. But hey, sobriety has that too. Most of the TA’s were cool. Cigs, chew, vapes were allowed, it just had to be at specific times outside. Phones were allowed, just not during class or in the admin building. The food was good and the ladies in the kitchen are genuinely nice people. I enjoyed going to AA, but you could go to NA if you want with the TA’s. Overall it was a good experience and I appreciated the people there. I honestly think you get what you put into it. I appreciated the time I had and I am happy to be sober.

I love the staff at New Start. They are so kind and are there to help anyone with the willingness to get clean and sober. They never judge you and are very encouraging. Nice, caring staff at the Moses lake location who truely love what they do. Everytime I walk in the door, I get greeted by name with a warm smile. They are very kind and willing to help and give you resources to better your life and get you on the road to recovery!

New Start is by far the best treatment place I have ever been to. There quick, there super friendly. I love seeing the girls at the front desk. Trust me I've been to other places and it was awful and timely. Thanks New Start :)

I have 75 days sober today after completing an ACTUAL rehabilitation center. This place is a joke. I was here previously a few months ago. It is not too clean, not much to do all all because there’s only classes for like 3-4 hours a day but none on the weekends. Also, no AA meetings at this place!! AA is the biggest part of staying sober in my opinion. This is not a 12-step facility compared to most rehabs out there in Oregon and the world. It only gets one star because of its food. Yes, literally it’s food. I really enjoyed the breakfast the most. That seemed to be the only pro for me. If you do come here prepare to be tortured by extreme Boredom because they took away phones, and smokes. You can only use nicotine losegneses and patches as far as I know. Please don’t send your loved ones here.. Every night was hell for me and made it 30 days and had to leave it was that bad. Do yourself a favor and pick ANY facilitation besides this one. Be on the lookout for 12-step rehabs as those are the most stable and speaking from experience.. worth it and worked for me! One last thing to add, when I got there in late July, everyone started complaining about a changing schedule and rules very frequently. This eventually blew up into everyday changes from the the guy in charge J.R. Do not go here unless you want to relapse. Do yourself a massive favor and look else where. I have 75 days sober from Hazelden in newberg, OR today. Good luck to everyone! EOAF is definitely not the place to overcome addiction!

Brand new facility. Same friendly staff. Still great service. More offices, and complete facility, Larger parking lot. Easy access from I 84. More direct route.

Absolutely best clinic the VA has. Communication is quick the clinic is great at responding and quick for urgent medical needs. Best team Boise has!
