I tried to get set up as a new patient and to establish care, but April was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. I decided to give up and will try again another time. Hopefully next time I call I can speak with someone who is kind and can provide decent customer service. April did not represent the company she works for well.

Nurse Amanda Underwood. Practice better listening and coming up with solutions instead of shutting down everything we say and nearly arguing and nit picking on what we are doing wrong. Listen to the patients suggestions and come up with a solution for the symptoms. I already know everything you tried to educate on. But again you did not listen and did not work toward resolving the symptoms instead told us what we already knew. Rude, cold, snappy, not friendly. Even my 14 year old was not impressed. Will never see her again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Williams for many years. I've been in good health so normally I see him for an annual wellness visit. I find office staff, medical assistants, and Dr. Williams to be kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. I am usually seen within a few minutes of my appointment time, my questions are answered, and my general health status fully assessed. There was a time in my 26-year community partnership with Lifeways when I wasn't the biggest fan. I can honestly say there has been a significant shift. From more services, more accessible community friendly leadership. Thoughtful and compassionate employees. If you have hesitated in the past because of past experiences or concerns, I would recommend giving them another shot. You may be pleasantly surprised.

i’m not sure why this place has bad reviews. from my pov i have a wonderful therapist who i enjoy talking to. there are a few rotten eggs within the system, but all i had to do was call and asked to be switched to a different person. this place has saved my life and i’m so grateful for it. 🩷

I continue to improve; my depression is being more effectively managed by minor medication changes, my struggle with lack of motivation is improving and I am better able to cope with everyday stressors.

Sometimes it may take a second to get into your scheduled appoint but it's because the DR actually listens to her patients And cares about their wellbeing.

Peak has been my rock for some time so far best mental health facility I've ever had:) everyone is welcoming with open arms always happy to help in anyway they can!! I would strongly recommend anyone who needs any form of help to go to peak.

Well, I’m a special teacher in the morning for College and A licensed marriage family, and therapist at night for myself. Let me tell you this is the most amazing place. This place let me sleep at night. I could sleep at night because the care at this facility was above and beyond. My child carries many diagnosis. She was adopted at birth and has been through trauma in utero exposure, and her birth parents had mental illness. This place had amazing staff and protocol for a gentle way to help a young teenagers self regulate. We were able to receive trauma counseling, individual counseling family therapy, and my child’s medication’s were finally working for her thanks to this place and the changes they made. Her therapist was so experienced and on target and helped not only my child heal, but the continuation of our family healing as we had a crime in our house by a trusted neighbor of five years. Little by little self harm stopped or reduced little little hospitalizations reduced and got father apart. They help my child go to school for three hours a day on site. my child enjoyed the cows across the street. They went above and beyond for my child 16th birthday. Not only is this place, professional detailed and oriented towards child centered complex cases. The staff have a heart and give more than 100%. Our school district had to work with them even though they’re not California approved. I was very worried and asked for three parent recommendations before I even placed my child in this program. As you know, if you’re reading this review, you’re making one of life’s hardest decisions and one that you never wanted to make. All the best - I am glad there are programs like this, and I hope they stay in business forever. One satisfied, grateful parent who was in tears when my child was ready to move to the next level due to progress-scared that the next program may not match the quality of this program. Warm wishes on your journey as a parent in this hard process

When you only have one option for your child the level of trust, you have to have in a program (2000 plus miles away)like this is extremely nerve-racking. And no, it doesn’t stop. But it does diminish when you feel you are in the right place. No program is perfect. But these people seem to really care about the child. Have no illusions that there will be peaks and valleys with your child. But I have the trust that Innercept always has a child and the family‘s best interest to resurrect any issue. Innercept tries to attack the root cause before the issue, not the issue after the fact. Beautiful location, lots and lots of prairie dogs, and a very solid program.

So I didn’t realize how much this program would help until I began to actually implement the behaviors. It wasn’t easy but you can change too. The reason I was admitted was able to be changed. Years then to now their therapy still enables me to communicate confidently. These people really know how to implement change for yourself to have the rest of your life to live.

I must share that I’m super impressed with the Medical Doctors, PAs, Nurses, lab technicians and all staff at this clinic. They are very caring, very compassionate, they listen, they take action, they are very communicative and quick to respond to your needs, and all are extremely competent in their respective areas. They never seem like they are trying to hurry up your appointment, they take their time to fully understand all of your needs. The office is very clean, welcoming and well appointed. Parking is easy and close. I highly recommend this entire clinic!!

Even though it is a little drive from John Day. I was very happy to see the Nurse and the Doctor. Very friendly, kind, effecient, and very intelligent! I found out about my meds I didn't know before! I got free hot coffee. The lab girls were great too. One try stick and she hit paydirt! My blood pressure was high as well as my cholesterol. Dang, it's bad enough but so thankful thats all it is!

I am very happy with my experiences with both my counselor/art therapist and my MSW psychiatric nurse practitioner. Both are very professional, attentive, caring and helpful. I had given up on finding a counselor that I could work with that accepted Medicare until I found lifestance. I appreciate being able to go to a live session with both of them. The scheduling and payment has been easy.

This is by far the best counseling office I have ever attended. Tom is the perfect counselor for me, after so many years of failing to connect with one. If you can, get Tom. Such a genuine and passionate person when it comes to therapy. He somehow always has the most perfectly accurate responses to and analyzation of what you are trying to say A+++ Also, the receptionist are so sweet and I believe I am accurate in assuming the other therapist here are amazing as well. You won’t be disappointed

This is only my second counseling appointment, but I have been to at least 30 counselors. I've been to art and sand play therapy, I have been to swing therapy, cognitive therapy, PSR workers, and psychiatrists. But I must say that Tabitha is the most incredible counselor I have ever met. Hands down... The balancing of listening and explaining is perfect. I've never felt hope for My future self like I do now. Thank you so much! <3 Andrew
