I am not sure about other Lifeways locations as I have only been to this one. For me they have been very easy to work with and willing to do right by me even when I've made a mistake and ran out of medication several times. I love them

I just spent my 90 days there for my alcohol addiction. Overall I had a good experience. I had a great counselor, great teachers. The classes were just that, classes. It’s a rehab. It’s boring sometimes, sometimes there isn’t anything to do. But hey, sobriety has that too. Most of the TA’s were cool. Cigs, chew, vapes were allowed, it just had to be at specific times outside. Phones were allowed, just not during class or in the admin building. The food was good and the ladies in the kitchen are genuinely nice people. I enjoyed going to AA, but you could go to NA if you want with the TA’s. Overall it was a good experience and I appreciated the people there. I honestly think you get what you put into it. I appreciated the time I had and I am happy to be sober.

This detox is absolutely the best state accepted facility in the state! The staff are so very kind and accommodating to any and everyone's needs! I'm transgender (MTF) and they treated me with nothing but kindness and respect and made me feel no different than anyone else! I would highly recommend this facility!

This VA facility is very nice. The people are nice. I haven't had a bad experience yet, and I can't say that about all va facilities.

The people that assist you are great. SERVICE depends upon the dr you are seeing. My overall experience has been great.

Having experienced various VA facilities, I've gained an understanding of the ideal attributes. There are still problems such as outdated infrastructure & extended wait times, but it's clear that certain VA facilities stand out. The staff at these exceptional facilities show a genuine commitment to their Veterans. They not only acknowledge but genuinely care about the pain and challenges Veterans have faced and continue to deal with. I recommend seeking care at facilities such as this one, where dedication creates an environment to Veteran support and healing.

They are so nice and kind and have taken excellent care of me and my husband. For being a small town clinic, they offer a lot of help and services.

People at this clinic are wonderful.! They have great service and genuinely give a shit about their patients. If you need help with substance use disorder, New Start is definitely the place to go. Their care team and service blows ideal options out the water!!

So thankful for you guys and the care you offer. God knows this journey is far from easy, but it's worth it. And you guys make it as easy as possible.

I can’t say enough good things about Sumorset Counseling in Richland. The staff here is truly amazing. Caring, professional, and genuinely supportive. But I especially want to thank my counselor, Brandi. She played such a huge role in my recovery journey. Her compassion, guidance, and unwavering support helped me work through some of the most difficult times in my life. I always felt heard, understood, and empowered during our sessions. Comprehensive Healthcare is a great community resource here in the Tri-Cities. Their Youth Recovery Coordinator, Rene Carrillo Avila, has an incredible gift for connecting with youth in a nonjudgmental way that makes them feel heard and respected. Because of this, kids trust him and families feel truly supported. He listens, coordinates care, and never makes you feel like a burden. Comprehensive Healthcare is truly fortunate to have Rene on their team, and as families, we are equally fortunate to have his support. He is a rare and invaluable resource in this community, and his work makes a real difference in the lives of the youth and families he serves. I highly recommend Comprehensive Healthcare.

I've been going to comprehensive for a year and from my experience I noticed that the office is very clean I also know that they prescribed great medicine unlike some places that prescribed medicines that don't work very well they see people of all ages they don't get angry with the patients they speak clearly and they have snacks and drinks.

Just the best. As a young female veteran I was thrilled to be assigned an all female care team. They've been so responsive and have taken all of my concerns seriously. The clinic is small but all of the staff have been incredibly efficient and kind.

I’m a 22 yr vet and I find the Richland VA to be one of the best in the country and my doctor and nurse to be some of the best in the country. The constant turn over In personnel is the downfall of the VA it create a division in health care and communications and they don’t have enough employees to do the required work in an efficient amount of time. Just saying

Merit is really a good treatment center and the counselors are spectacular.. if your in compliance for 3weeks they will pay your rent for 3 months but only if you stay in compliance.

Before ideal options you couldn’t get treatment in tri cities. You had to drive to the other side of the state. I went from a homeless addict to a functioning, working, member of society, and finally got my own home and family . for anyone who’s trapped in severe addiction, this is your way out, you don’t have to live a horrible life you can recover and overcome.

Y’all are the best, the entire nursing staff, and doctors Kasin and Cassandra, y’all are doing the LORDS work, your a light in a dark world. and you have saved many lives, for sure. You treat everyone equally, and don’t treat anyone different based off their appearance or social status. And you provide life saving treatment to those who truly need it.

While I have had some less than ideal experiences with trying to get mental health services here, most of my interactions with CHD have been with the lovely people who do their public health/immunization services. I've been working through a needle phobia and the nicest people I've ever gotten shots from are here! Very kind, patient, and non-judgemental. I would recommend that people of any age who are bad with needles go here for their vaccinations.

I went to the Recovery Cafe Saturdays at the WW Roastery by the airport for about two months at a time in my life when I was detoxing and getting off of marijuana. The community there was a good support to me at the time and I found many of the conversations useful and inspiring to continue down the path that I have elected. I've since left but I'm nearly 3 months straight edge sober and Recovery Cafe and Trilogy was instrumental in helping support the lifestyle that I want to live! Thank you Trilogy and Recovery Cafe.

These people are really understanding and I'm doing a lot better with my trauma,now i can finally breathe.

The only bright spot in this dreary place is Nurse Kelly. She's excellent! Keep her on staff please.

Like I have said before, Comprehensive was a saving grace to me. I haven’t had the best when it comes to therapists, but the prescribers continue to provide great service. I’ve been stable on medications for almost 4 years.. even with the transition of a new prescriber.

Great people and wonderful service. Only thing I think is a problem would be the long waits. They definitely need more help with how busy they get. They manage and I would not prefer any where else. They really listen to people and help understand. I wasn’t very comfortable at first but it has become like family to me there after coming for a while

Real nice people, I was court ordered here and they made the hole process easy to deal with. Heads up, you will be here for a while because they’re always so busy!! So make sure you come prepared to be here an hour longer than you thought. Margarett was kind enough to help me with a discount after looking over my income since I don’t have insurance. Rob was very chill and understanding with everyone.

When in as a walk in and a busy day and was able to be seen. Very caring dentist and heard and understood bad experiences and I was scared and my husband was allowed to be in the room and hold my hand while they pulled a tooth that was hurting super bad... Quick and fast.

Friendly staff, safe place for recovery.

I just completed the MRT program they offer called Staying Quit. Before that, i was in the other level 1.0 continuing care program, and before that, i completed the level 2.1 intensive outpatient. I entered these programs after completing a long-term residential program in Spokane at Isabella House. Participating in these programs, in addition to doing individual sessions with my counselor there at least once a month, giving UAs when asked, doing weekly mental health therapy sessions with another provider, participating in 12 step meetings, getting a sponsor, and working steps has turned my life around 180°. I'm a firm believer that there is no one solution cure all for addiction. However, i also believe that everyone needs to figure out for themselves what works for them and what doesn't. For me, I had to fully engulf my life in recovery mainly due to knowing just how sick I truly was. Not every day is perfect. Some days just outright suck. But Serenity Point Counseling Services has helped ensure that I have the tools and support systems in place that I need to be successful in my recovery. I feel that the counselors actually listen to their clients needs and work with their clients to form individual service plans that target problem areas in their lives in order to keep progressing in recovery and ensure continued success even after discharge from the program. I was a client many years ago, and for anyone who has a preconceived notion of it not being an effective program from years past, i can tell you right now, this is not the same as it was then. So, for anyone struggling with their addiction, even if you're unsure if you need or even WANT help, reach out to them. What do you have to lose?
