Westside Manor’s programs also have a focus on the physical wellness component of recovery. During your stay, you’ll experience nutritious chef prepared meals. You’ll also have access to exercise equipment and a “boot camp” fitness program. I like that the program not only explores how your physical health can influence addiction and recovery but allows you to explore it through multiple options in a hands-on way.
