Allison was a godsend to me at a dark point in my life and was able to get me into Rise’s treatment program with short notice. The team there is unparalleled. Outside of the fantastic staff, I’ll add that the house is gorgeous, the groups are varied and enriching, there’s a good balance between free time & groups, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and they do a great job of ensuring that you have access to outside appointments – for example, I was able to go to Passover services while at Rise without having to go through a lot of hoops/bureaucracy. I’m gonna be honest, I didn’t want to go to rehab but after my family showed me some tough love I knew it was time. We live just outside Fountain Valley and I didn’t want to go somewhere that was hours away. A family friend suggested Recovery Beach so I made the call. The lady on the phone could tell I was nervous and she literally took the time to tell me everything I could expect. She was so nice, so I thought if everybody at Recovery Beach was like that, it was the place for me. I did 30 days of inpatient rehab and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for ME!!!!! As of today I am 72 days sober and I could’t say that without the community I found at Recovery Beach.

Having us work as a team and doing things together brought me back to my time in the Marines.
