About Great Circle Recovery Salem Opioid Treatment Program

Great Circle Recovery Salem opioid treatment program is an outpatient opioid addiction treatment center in Salem, Oregon offering medication assisted treatment and counseling for adults with opioid use disorder.

The clinic provides same day access and serves both Native and non Native patients.

As Oregon’s first Tribal opioid treatment program, administered by the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, it treats the whole person through medication, counseling and support rooted in Tribal values.

Opioid Treatment Programs

Many clients begin with a same day screening, assessment and new patient intake, with walk ins and referrals welcomed.

From there, outpatient care includes medications for opioid use disorder such as methadone, buprenorphine and naltrexone.

❤️ love these guys a d gals;) lol When you're already feeling yucky all the way around, the last thing you want to do is sit there and discuss your past addiction and why you started using drugs when you were 14 years old and whatnot! The counselors recognize that and make the intake process far less grueling than other unnamed clinics in the area;) They offer weekly acupuncture which is amazing and counts as a group for the week, the same thing with Tai Chi, and Artistic Creativity weekly groups!!! The Doc is great!! She is just a lovely person who is super down-to-earth and grounded. If you are looking for a MAT Clinic free from judgment, but rather open arms and a warm welcome on your Journey of Recovery then look no longer:) You have found the right place to call your own:) Good luck to those pondering the thought of getting help and May the Force be With you❤️😁😁😁

Other Forms of Payment

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Clients who wish to remain in their homes while in recovery may elect to enroll in an outpatient rehab, many of which offer evening, night, and weekend services to accommodate clients' schedules. Most outpatient facilities provide multiple levels of care to align with clients' evolving needs, including partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) for clients who require robust support and supervision. Addiction counseling and recovery-focused life skills training are the most common treatment modalities.

I loved this clinic. Had a month of take homes. But sadly after being a year clean they said i tested positive for designer benzos. I have never touched those in my life. So sad i have to switch clinics. MANY OTHER CLIENTS ALSO HAVE HAD FALSE POSITIVES FOR DESIGNER BENZOS, FIX THIS!!!

This place is awful. You will be treated badly and be forced to work with people who openly talk about their alcohol use in front of clients. The peer support who does groups is absolutely not sober, there's no way. The counselors suck, too, so don't think you'll get any help or empathy there. And best not get to angry or upset about how awful they are because they'll just send you away. When you seek help, make sure you're in a full blown crisis or they will send you away with nothing, not even a day bus pass when stranded. The only people at this place that should be there are the LPNs and nurses that have some sort of compassion for your experience. This place wAs supposed to be better, even if nothing else, better for spirit. Well my experience, my partners experience, and other people who come to this place that I've talked with. It's all popularity. If they don't like you, you'll know it. Screw this place and I wish I never started methadone. They let me go up high almost to 200mg but when I'm ready to taper off, or split doses for clear medical reasons, you'll have to be belittled by condescending doctors that will tell you that you do understand when you've been saying you don't and can't. Well, "you will understand" Don't go there. CTC is better. Community services place probably is too. Not here. It's NOT BETTER FOR SPIRIT. These people are hypocritical.
