This place changed my life.. I’ve been in many treatment centers before in the last few years, but the community and structure here is unlike anywhere else - the staff and recovering addicts that come in and out of here, the building and activities that we get to participate in, are all amazing and beautiful.

The first day I got there I was feeling like s***but when I entered their doors I was met with courtesy nice outgoing nurses on the detox unit you have some of the nicest nurse and the 🌎🌎 but after you detox is over and I'm just speaking for the men's when you get up stairs you got some super cool as counselors (Ken) (Michael) and I'm not talking about Michael Jordan 😭😭😭😭😭😭 ( Mr p) and the employee of the month (Prentice)💯💯💯 the best...I'm sorry I just had to gave him his flowers and Mr Muhammad you're 28days go by fast and the food is so good I love the structure that they have their and the respect that the counselors give you for it's to be on the Westside with drugs everywhere you get treated with dignity 5 Star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯💯💯

This facility is just amazing! Truly felt like everyone cared about me, and I can honestly say I trusted everyone in there. Trust is very hard for me, but the adult program and the staff allowed me to be myself with no judgement. I'm trying so hard to follow the rules and not name any staff but will give a broad review. Right when you walk in the staff is friendly, always smiling which in turn made me smile. The supervisor is amazing; the head of the counselors who leads the group therapy is one of the best people I ever met. The staff that lead the groups cared about me, and it was genuine, and they are so smart and fun. From the psychiatrist to my therapist everyone was on the same page. I just want to say thank you to everyone there from the bottom of my heart!

Been going to Family Guidance for awhile now and I absolutely recommend this methadone clinic to anyone struggling with opiate addiction. The staff are mostly friendly and it's easy to get into the clinic within a day or two. Once you get to the correct methadone dose the dope sickness is mostly gone and then you can slowly get back to a normal life. I've had a few counselors since going here and all were nice and professional but my current one Gary is Awesome. He seems to really care and is always helpful. I would most likely be dead if I didn't sign up at Family Guidance. If you're looking for a way to stop using dope give this clinic a try.

Such a transformative experience! Naturally, the reviews you read for addiction treatment centers are going to skew negative but don't let that deter you if you believe you need help. Not only did I have an amazing experience with staff, I've built a strong foundation of community among my peers who were also seeking treatment. While encouraged by their use of an evidenced-based model, the incorporation of the 12-steps had me skeptical at first but now I'm fully committed. If you feel the 12 steps aren't for you, they also provide information about alternatives such as SMART Recovery and Recovery Dharma. My one complaint would be that I had chosen to participate in the in-person IOP during intake, but was somehow placed into the virtual IOP. Once it was recognized it was a quick fix and it didn't impact my start date or anything like that.

I like the Rosecrance program a lot but I LOVE Dominique and Steve. They balance compassion and support with an expectation of responsibility and accountability which is making my recovery successful. This is the first program that makes me feel like i want to and CAN stay sober for the long haul

The outpatient program at Rosecrance has been invaluable to my recovery. Dominique demonstrates an authentic commitment to helping me, and others in the group, maintain our sobriety. Whether it is through therapeutic programming, providing resources to enable our recovery, or just simply by helping navigate confusing financial aid forms, she is all in and wants to see her clients succeed. When Steve has had to fill in, on days Dominique was not here, he did the same. They both really just seem to care…but also hold you accountable if you are not helping yourself. The culture of this program has allowed me the opportunity to really get to know other clients in this programs as well. The friendships I have developed here will stay in my heart forever.

Dr. Walsh is the best psychiatrist that I've had. Nurses and staff are also very good. No complaints whatsoever. I've made significant improvement since 2011. I would highly recommend Alexian Brothers, now Ascension Health.

This was our first time experience in this hospital. We were treated very nice by all the staff. They were very helpful. The rooms and hospital is very clean... ER doctors saved my husband's life... very, very thankful for all of them. Desde que entré la persona que me recibió y todos los demás del equipo , han sido tan amables que la verdad eso me ayudó mucho a mi recuperación, ya me graduaron con Diploma y ceremonia a los 4 meses, mi problema era el alcohol, creo que era medianamente severo , tomaba 1/4 de litro de alcohol cada noche diario , no fue milagro solamente, también el paciente tiene que estar consciente de que necesita ayuda , y debe ir a sus citas de terapia con A&B para su recuperación, durante el curso te busca un consejero para evaluarte y te toma muestra de orina , para verificar tu compromiso contigo mismo y en adelante lo recomiendo al 100 % es mi segunda casa ahora , ya me gradué pero continúo yendo a las clases de graduados .

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at SunCloud. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly seen, heard, and cared for. The staff—from therapists, psychiatrists and support team members—are compassionate, highly skilled, and deeply committed to each individual's healing journey.
Group and individual sessions are both insightful and empowering, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed care.

I’m so grateful for my time in the PHP/IOP program. The program and dedicated staff truly saved my life. I can say I made some positive and permanent change in my life after being there for about 6 months. It’s been 1.5 years since I was discharged and I’m so grateful for the help I got. There really isn’t a price to getting better after trauma and severe mental illness. Paige, Dr Annan, and the rest of the staff were so wonderful.

Great experience, couldn't recommend Compass enough. The staff is awesome. Compass as a whole is also very flexible with setting up a payment plan for those that are interested in the program but have reservations about costs. I always felt that I could easily reach out to my therapists via email and that they'd respond in a timely manner.

Compass provides one of the most impressive environments for growth that I've ever experienced. It's not perfect and not trying to be, and yet still does so many things right - from easy patient onboarding to a diverse mix of patients and therapists to alignment to some of the most reputable therapeutic modalities to actual measurable results (nearly everyone I've spoken to upon discharge, including myself, was grateful for the way Compass changed their lives).
I didn't know I needed something like Compass and still struggle to describe how exactly it helped me - and yet it did, and I am so thankful I found it. I continue to trust Symetria staff with my life and have not been disappointed. I did not show up for a few days because I was sick….the staff there called me every day until I answered, and they got me to come back in for my treatment and back on track. My dad was brought here for continued care, and I can confidently say this is the best LTACH we’ve experienced. Most of the employees here are incredibly compassionate, attentive, and genuinely caring. The staff overall are truly GREAT!
Starting with the 3rd floor Nursing Manager, Joshua — an exceptional leader. He is understanding, a great listener, and was consistently supportive. He made a difficult time so much more bearable for our entire family. We are truly grateful for his presence and professionalism.
A big thanks also goes to the night-shift Nurse Supervisor, Chris, who was equally outstanding and always on top of things.
The nursing team deserves major recognition as well. Sylvia is top tier, and Andrea, Brigitte, Fidaa, Bosky, Jennifer, Dorian, Ritchie, Rincy, and Agaa were all excellent and deeply caring throughout.
Respiratory Tech Joby stood out for his professionalism and kindness, along with team members like Vikram, Mercy, Billy, Benzie, and Anna. Unfortunately, I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 due to one very poor experience with a tech named Sheena, which did affect our overall impression of the respiratory department.
I also want to commend the wonderful security team at the main entrance — Fedle, Bob, and Jerry were always warm and helpful. Special shoutout to Jasimine for her positive attitude.
There are many more staff members whose names I can’t recall, but they all contributed to a truly positive experience. If you’re considering this facility for a loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend it. You can bring your family member here with peace of mind knowing they’ll be well cared for.
