This place turned my life around although some people were there using it as a shelter what they were doing was none of my business at that time because the focus was on me. My wife Kelly Smith is coming to Gateway, the Taylor Street location, within a week or so I hope this is a good place for her. Some questions I have if anyone is kind enough to please answer them for me: 1. Can she bring in a vape pen? (Tobacco) 2. How do phone calls go? 3. How does visiting go? If I don’t have an ID, can I be denied entry? 4. Any helpful advice you have for me to help her adjust when she gets back home? 5. Any tips/ insider info you could give me to tell her to help her stay be more comfortable?! 6. What’s one thing you wish you brought to treatment but forgot? Anything you suggest to bring?? 7. In terms of female counselors, is there one who stands out as the best? Thanks you guys!!! Appreciate all the help and advice and if you see my lil girl Kelly in there be nice! LMAO😅😅😅👍

I went to gateway rehabilitation and the food was good. But the best part of my experience was my counselor. Virginia Garcia was absolutely fabulous. She went above and beyond her duty for me. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. She is lovely and kind. Ty Virginia.

I like the Rosecrance program a lot but I LOVE Dominique and Steve. They balance compassion and support with an expectation of responsibility and accountability which is making my recovery successful. This is the first program that makes me feel like i want to and CAN stay sober for the long haul

The outpatient program at Rosecrance has been invaluable to my recovery. Dominique demonstrates an authentic commitment to helping me, and others in the group, maintain our sobriety. Whether it is through therapeutic programming, providing resources to enable our recovery, or just simply by helping navigate confusing financial aid forms, she is all in and wants to see her clients succeed. When Steve has had to fill in, on days Dominique was not here, he did the same. They both really just seem to care…but also hold you accountable if you are not helping yourself. The culture of this program has allowed me the opportunity to really get to know other clients in this programs as well. The friendships I have developed here will stay in my heart forever.

RCA,RCA! Where do I begin? So I graduated the program in January of 2025 and the facility offered me great skills to help to stay sober and therapy while there. After leaving the Alumni coordinator always checked in monthly and I ended up at alumni events such as speaker events and even a Halloween event at Hogan Farms. I’d recommend this recovery network to anyone seeking a safe and reliable sober community!

I was in Suncloud’s Residential, PHP, and IOP program for 5 months and it changed the course of my life. When I went in I was suffering from anxiety, depression, severe substance abuse, grief, and trauma. Today I am 5 months sober from alcohol, weed, marijuana, and nicotine, I’m enrolled in school, go to the gym, and am working towards my career. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life but I’m thankful I put in the work and showed up everyday. The staff here are some of the most compassionate, hardworking, and dedicated people and I’m so thankful to them for helping me navigate the good, the bad, and the CONFUSING parts of recovery. I’m proud of the work we were able to accomplish here and will forever cherish the lessons learned and relationships made here.

I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with SunCloud Health on several shared cases, and I can say they provide exceptional, comprehensive care. Their multidisciplinary approach offers clients a truly integrated treatment experience. SunCloud goes beyond symptom management to address the root causes of mental health and substance use issues. I’ve consistently seen patients benefit from their thoughtful, trauma-informed care and supportive environment. Communication with their team has always been professional, timely, and collaborative. They take continuity of care seriously, which makes a huge difference in long-term outcomes. I highly recommend SunCloud Health to anyone seeking a higher level of care.

A Life-Changing Experience I cannot say enough good things about my experience at SunCloud. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly seen, heard, and cared for. The staff—from therapists, psychiatrists and support team members—are compassionate, highly skilled, and deeply committed to each individual's healing journey. Group and individual sessions are both insightful and empowering, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed care. What stood out most was the sense of community and genuine connection. My time here helped me develop the tools I needed to manage my mental health. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility. It truly saved my life, and I will always be grateful.

If you are a parent reading this, I know how hard it can be when your child struggles with anxiety or depression or any mental health issues. Looking into a PHP or IOP program is never on a parent’s expected list of experiences they think they will have with their child. However, I truly have so much gratitude for all they did for my daughter, and the support they also provided to me during family therapy. The outpatient trauma & PTSD program has been a lifesaver for me. The entire team led by Dr. Natalie Gela is incredibly skilled, compassionate, and deeply committed to the healing process. They create an environment where it’s possible to be vulnerable, make progress, and feel genuinely cared for. The combination of group therapy structure, individualized attention, and evidence-based approaches made all the difference for me. I’ve learned tools I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life, and I'll be leaving with more hope and strength than I ever thought possible. I'm profoundly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of everyone here. If you are struggling and looking for real support, this program is truly exceptional. Natalie & team, thank you for saving my life.

Composes, incredible! Our son was really having a hard time with school refusal and kept wiping out in classes because he’s on the spectrum. When things got really bad this year we pulled him out and sent him to compass where he learned a lot of skills to calm down. He learned to cognitive behavioral therapy and a couple of different techniques similar to that which he now carries around in a binder. We were also able to use compass to transition to another school, and the team was just incredible. They went above and beyond… Not just helping him learn the skills but frankly, they were very genuinely fond of him. He’s going to miss them a lot, and this is his first week out of the program… He keeps talking about how proud of him they were when he graduated! I cannot recommend them enough.

This review addresses deeply concerning issues regarding the conduct of a tester named James Henderson at this facility. During my initial visit, Mr. Henderson's behavior, specifically an uncomfortable level of staring at my genitalia, made me feel violated. When I attempted to address my discomfort directly with Mr. Henderson and requested more personal space, he refused to acknowledge his inappropriate conduct and was extremely defensive. Subsequently, I requested a different tester from the front desk staff at PATS, but this request was denied. My attempt to file a formal complaint about Mr. Henderson's behavior was also refused by the facility. Following these incidents, Mr. Henderson reportedly attempted to contact the courts to allege a violation of my probation, which I interpret as an act of retaliation for my complaints about his behavior. This sequence of events, from the initial uncomfortable staring to the refusal of my requests for a new tester and a formal complaint, culminating in what appears to be retaliatory action, suggests a serious misuse of power. I am sharing this review in the hope that it may serve as a warning to others and as a record of these events, given the facility's refusal to allow me to formally report this individual.

I love this lil gem that's been a Godsend in my life. I never knew this Dr's ofc was inside as I drove many times past. It's an AWESOME place for those who suffer from depression or any mental illness. I love it bcuz it's one stop shop w/psychiatry Dr's & therapists together in a small, intimate, private setting. The Dr's are phenomenal & the therapists are excellent. I've been suffering w/depression for awhile now going from Dr. to Dr. on the same meds that weren't helping, looking for someone long term to help me. I've been here nearly 5 weeks & feel a million times better than when I orginally walked in. The medication (if needed) & therapy together work wonders. I'm so relieved to have found this place & finally am seeing a light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

Dee and Cory are amazing at what they do . They have that perfect balance of understanding your thoughts and challenging your thoughts . Everyone is able to speak as much or as little as they want. I was a patient in 2-South recently. The condition that landed me in NCHBHC isn't the usual (it's an endocrine disorder with marked psych symptoms), but thankfully the teams of nurses, docs, caseworkers, and BHAs at NCH not only took me at my word when I explained what was going on, but actively asked insightful, curious questions to gain a better understanding of my condition and how best to help me get back on my feet. They were also phenomenal allies, and because of their conscientiousness and willingness to listen, I felt safe as a nonbinary patient. Thank you Dr Okoli, Dr Ghani, the entire glorious nursing team, Jen, and the fantastic BHA team. Y'all worked in tandem with my outside team of docs and helped me get back on my feet when I was too exhausted to keep up by myself. Special thanks to Alma, Jen, Donte, John, Emma, Aleksandra, and Syed, who sat with me during difficult moments and made me feel seen and cared-for as myself, not just as a patient. Endeavor, you'd do well to give every single employee there a solid raise (they've seriously earned it), and perhaps consider hiring a few more folks. I was surprised to see some faces back so quickly after they'd already put in a full shift. Your teams need rest and recovery time, too, especially teams so attentively patient-focused as this one. As far as the facility goes, it's an inpatient mental health hospital. You're rarely the only patient on the ward, and you definitely shouldn't expect to be waited on hand and foot if you're otherwise able-bodied and of sound(ish) mind. You don't get to have your phone or electronics, no drawstrings, no belts, no hoodies-- it can feel isolating, but it's standard protocol for these sorts of places for good reason. This is not a penthouse suite at the Ritz-Carlton-- it is a hospital where you *will* be working alongside your doc team and other patients to heal and adapt. Adjust your expectations accordingly. Some rooms are singles, and some rooms are doubles. All the floors are clean, beds are comfy, blankets are hospital standard (you can ask for an extra if you're cold, and room temps can be adjusted individually), and the nurse and BHA teams check in every fifteen minutes, day and night. Leaving your door half-open helps mitigate the change in light levels when they check in if that disrupts your sleep, and the nurses can give melatonin to help with getting *to* sleep. Showers are on a sign-up basis in morning and evening, and while the spigots kind of have an awkward spray, the water is warm and the shampoo smells good. The food is palatable to enjoyable (with the sole exception of the chicken parm, which is... well, it's *only* describable as edible-- best avoid that one), the papers come in daily so there are always crosswords, the TV gets regular channels as well as Freeform and Netflix, and coloring pages and word searches can be requested. They keep you busy with six to seven group sessions a day-- it can be exhausting to attend, and some folks find the topics 'cringey', but believe me, it's stuff that can really help, especially if you're honest with yourself and your docs about what you're dealing with. Overall, I would recommend NCH Behavioural Health 2-South to any adult in crisis as a safe, warm, helpful place to heal and find your footing again.

Bola listens tentatively and has a calm energy. I love her spirit and she is actually giving me exercises to do when I go to home. This is only the second time I have seen her and I was looking forward to coming to our visit this week. I can't wait until next week to see her again. I am looking forward to using the tools she gave me

As I have written before, great and attentive care, especially for us Senior Vets! Yesterday I saw Resident Dr. Lee and Supervising Dr. Leon Urdaneta. They both thoroughly addressed my problem, and made sure that my medication was ordered. Deanine Baker and Lauren Hamilton at the Front Desk made check-in a breeze. Thank you all for going above and beyond to provide wonderful care to us Senior Veterans!

Terrible receptionists. Talk over you and short with you for no reason. Patience i guess is a virtue. Headwaters is brand new to me and i am not impressed. My previous therapists office had a very cordial receptionist. With headwaters ive only made a few phone calls to the front desk and every time i do not like the person on the other end. I value customer service. Its all about the service i receive and when you do not have that on the front lines im done. I pursue headwaters for only the therapist named samantha. Its a shame they have terrible customer service. Intake is amazing liked her a lot.

If you need long term care don't go here they see you for a while then stop without notice But still send you paperwork as if they see you all the time You end up trying to find a different place for weekly service

I had Paige as my therapist and she was amazing. Very easy to talk to and didnt force the direction of the topics. Our conversations would flow smoothly and she could steer me toward what was really bothering me. I dont know if I would be here today without her.
