I've just visited the center, but I want to go there with my family. My daughter works until 5:00 Mon.- Fri. The center should be open on Sat. And Sun. For people that work. Closing at 4:30 isn't covenant.

I came from a bigger city with lots of choices for mental health care. This is by far the best care I have ever received. You get a caseworker to help you with literally anything. The Doctor is willing to work with you and allows you to take a part in your care. The therapist that I have is a trauma expert. I am so thankful for this place.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with St. Luke's Mental Health Clinic. I truly hope that my review helps others considering seeking care here. When I entered the building for my first appointment, I was guided to a private room and sat down with a very kind woman who then asked me to share my story. At the end of the hour, she looked at her clipboard and said, "I think (therapist name) is going to be a great fit for you." I was so impressed that St. Luke's took the time to match patients with a therapist who would be their best fit, instead of just sticking them in available slots or making them choose based on online bios. I have been with my therapist for many years now and I can say she is the perfect therapist for my needs, and I am so grateful for the lovely woman who matched us together. Thank you St Luke's for providing top-notch, personalized mental health care.

Leadership skill(I was elected group leader twice) it helped me clear all the junk away in my life, people, material, chemicals and people who helped me get the material & chemicals. That was. Listened as an irate rather hostile elderly man vented to Kim at the front desk. She was warm, patient and kind to him. Called another location, explained his concerns and kept him informed of her progress. She was able to solve his problem. He was happy and told her a "Dad" joke on his way out. My son just recently went to Koinonia in Rhinelander. For him, let's just say when he left he cried & was scared to leave there. This is saying a whole lot!! It was structured, a great counselor, & they kept them busy with lots of group sessions. He needed this. I suggest a Sober living housing after this, which my son refused cuz he wanted to work. The only problem I have with this Rehab is that it's only 30 days, u can't stay any longer. My son said he asked & it's 800$'s a day there after that even insurance won't cover. This just isn't right. Well, unless u are Native American & the tribe pays. But others don't have this type of money & so badly need way longer to recover. Sadly, I have my doubts for my son. He did great there but it should have been waayy longer for him. It breaks my heart when he was so very close.

I've been to four VA clinics and tried non-VA clinics. This one has been my favorite. My primary Dr. and staff are helpful. They do everything they can and have helped with every health concern I had. I know they are also understaffed. My Doc is all business and I don't expect her to be fluff, she's there to take care of my health. I appreciate that, that's military grade. Get to know the staff, let them take care of you, and make sure to show you care for them.

Always on time appointments...and treated well..way better than driving 104 miles 1 way to Minneapolis..seems like when calling though, it gets rerouted to MPLS..and then there is the biggest problem I have with them..wait time is Pathetic if trying to schedule an appointment.

If anyone needs to have a great support team for mental and emotional issues I would highly recommend going to birch tree... The staff there are so supportive and understanding. They truly and genuinely care for their guest and have very warm hearts....I went there in a crisis and I feel completely peaceful and it hasn't been 10 days! Please consider these guys

I really appreciated what they did for me I got along with the staff very well I made them all laugh etc I had really good experience there sure I didn't always play along by their rules but respected them the food was delicious the roommates were cool had a great repoire with them got along well with the clients too I can't complain this all happened when they first opened I'm not sure how things are regulated now I was ever grateful and blessed

The outpatient is outstanding, taking into account this isn't some big-city slaughterhouse where the doctors are threatened with Bull S* . Here, the doctors, therapists, nurses, and staff enjoy their job, and this makes a huge impact on a patient's health.// The inpatient unit gets 3-stars only on merit where this is not a big-city circus. The doctors are withdrawn into a fantasy of how to make appeals to courts and testify the best they can about all the reason's there is a problem. You're not very likely to be committed per se, but you'll most likely need to agree to conditions in order to be released from the hospital. When the first ordeal is over with, the care is much better if you're required to stay a bit longer in the hospital before they stabilize you. Also remember there has never been a 5-star inpatient unit. The U.S. is swamped with mental health needs and are short staffed to meet the demands. Good Job Aspirus.

please rewrite this review: I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! Well, here it is...I have my life back because this place exists. Kathy Javis, the owner of this amazing place, found me at a time in life when I was on the verge of giving up. A time when I was lost and didn't know where to turn. I was hopeless, ashamed, terrified....defeated. Kathy listen to me. She heard me. Care cared about me. She stood by my side as I was mauled over by life. When I felt like giving up she was there to remind me how far I had come and she kept my mind focused on the rewards. Kathy was able to see the person I was inside and she looked passed the person who was addicted. I was with Kathy for nearly 4 years of my life. She helped me through the pain of what I now know was abuse. She helped me find my confidence back, she helped me find reasons to smile. She taught me to stand up for myself and helped me with setting boundaries, she taught me that I didn't have to live in fear. Because of Kathy, today I am happier than I ever knew was possible. There are no words to empress my gratitude to her. She saved my life and she saved my daughters' lives. She gave me the gift of a lifetime. This kind of gift is rare. If you are lucky enough to have found yourself on this website, I pray that you are able to recognize that your gift of a lifetime is right in front of you. Don't let it pass you by.
