First the good. Everyone at Lake View clinic is amazing. Dr. Schultz is the absolute best and every person I see when I go to the clinic is friendly, caring, and goes above and beyond for the patients. I'm grateful to have such a great clinic in town and I have nothing but good things to say about everyone working there.
My only issue is scheduling. I know they are working short as so many places are now. I can't stress enough, this is not reflective of the people working there. I'm hoping management can help because it has gotten to the point where it is faster for me to drive to the clinic and wait to talk to someone in person than call. I have had issues with even being able to reach someone if I need to call at the beginning or end of the day. It isn't just Lake View in Two Harbors, it is the clinics in Duluth as well.
I'm hoping they get the phone scheduling figured out, not only for the sake of the patients but for the people working there as well.

I was having back pain/ UTI issues and late on a Friday afternoon I was able to get an office visit with Dr. Burlingame.. He was great but thought I needed the ER for a CT. I was seen by Dr. Mohamed who was very thorough and kind.. The nurses and CT tech were all amazing. I work in healthcare as well and find it difficult to be a patient and it was so nice to have helpful people that had great attitudes. Lastly my care was transferred to Dr.Ringsred who came up with discharge plan and he was super helpful and kind.. I feel very thankful to these people for the excellent care on a day I was feeling so unwell.

I see Sara Nord and have been for quite a few years now. She is an excellent Dr. She let's me tell her what works for me first, then she goes with it If she feels comfortable, if not she will suggest a few other options to meet me in the middle. I have been back in MN for approximately 18 years now, it took me a long time to find a Dr. that actually values her patients opinions. The Dr. is the one with the degree, but sometimes people know what works for them, and she always takes that into consideration! Thank you Dr. Nord!
