Beautiful facility with kind and helpful staff! The housing is set up in a convenient way to focus clients towards recovery. Clean and healthy environment in housing and facility that promote a stable, trustworthy environment for clients to grow in. Staff members are communicative and oriented towards clients first. Very serene and relaxing environment. 10/10 would recommend.

My case manager Julieta for clues has been super amazing with myself and my little family! Very helpful, patient, friendly and supportive! I wouldn’t trade her for anything in this world! Within weeks she has been our angel! We don’t know where else we would be without her services! Highly recommended to have her work with you and your situation and team! Clues is the best!

Are you reading these reviews considering whether or not you need treatment? The answer is, you do. The best thing I've ever done for myself was admitting I needed help. The second best thing was going to Hazelden.It's a beginning, it's not a solution. So don't fool yourself into thinking they will solve your problems. But I can honestly promise you, if you open yourself up and surrender all of your B.S..you can and will heal.I had suffered a stroke and was in a coma for 3 days before I admitted myself. If I would have continued to drink, I would not be typing this right now. I would be dead. You don't have to suffer alone anymore, I did that for way too long.So Im telling you, love yourself for a change. Look in the mirror at yourself. Are you ok with what you see?You can and will get better if you are truly willing to. And no--you can no longer do it on your own. How many times have you already tried that? Trust me, my name is Kevin and I owe my life to this program, the wonderful staff and the community of people who accepted and embraced me.

Hazelden taught me how to live a healthy life again and gave me my life back. They addressed the poor coping skills that landed me there and gave me new ones. I continue to have nothing but the best of experiences with the staff at the St Paul location. I am grateful to so many people, but I do want to mention the incredible nursing department. Diamond and Ian, I look forward to every time I see you guys! Consider yourself very lucky if you get Dr. Exo - she's amazing! Laurie was a mentor to me at center City, and a big part of my decision to stick with the program. Cheers to 1 year and 1 month of sobriety, and a whole new life!

Of all the treatment I've been to in the last 15 years, Lakeshore has been the best in many ways, but there is always a few bad apples in a bunch. Let me explain; THE BEST: Emily Schwab and the other Certified Peer Recovery Specialists dive in, driven by empathy and altruism. Getting everything a person needs in early recovery taken care of for you and lining up everything for our near future. The Good: The counselors care and are very attentive to our needs and help build a treatment plan worthy of a valiant attempt from our end. The Bad: Chad Walker. The treatment director. He is arrogant and selfish. He knows best, just ask him and he will tell you. He is very brash to people in vulnerable states and seems to have taken it upon himself to make his own rules and designs outside the scope of what EOSIS is trying to do for recovery. Get a new director and I would recommend this place to anyone. Also I think CPRS workers, especially ones this dedicated, should be independent contractors. Or, they should get paid more than "I think" they do because of the amount of actual work they do for us!!!

My Therapist is Wonderful, I feel very comfortable confiding in her.

I’ve been receiving services from Nystrom and Associates for many years. Their attention to your needs is always focused on, and I feel like their staff is well trained to handle any situation one might struggle with. They are very open to the LGBTQ+ lifestyle, and I didn’t feel ostracized in any way. Each therapist has always been kind, considerate, respectful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you contact them at one of their many locations. Telehealth services are available as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about Nystrom and Associates in Eden Prairie! I've only had two therapy appointments so far, but I'm already looking forward to scheduling my next ones. Heidi Bishop has been absolutely wonderful! She creates a safe and supportive environment that makes it easy to open up about my feelings and experiences. I'm hopeful that our work together will help me navigate the challenges I'm facing. I also had a Rule 25 assessment with Julien Monroe, and she was fantastic! She was not only sweet but also incredibly efficient with her time. It was clear that she genuinely understood my situation and communicated everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and heard. I appreciate the variety of services they offer, including my upcoming telehealth appointment with an ARHMS worker. It's great to have multiple ways to connect, making it convenient to fit therapy into my busy schedule. Plus, having so many resources available in one place makes it easy to manage all my needs and appointments. Overall, I highly recommend Nystrom and Associates.
