My relative experienced excellent care here, and actually showed tremendous improvement. The fact that there is nature surrounding it, and even chickens that come up to the bird feeder, had a soothing effect on her. All the staff were helpful and friendly and went beyond what was expected. She seemed happy here. This psychiatric facility deserves high marks.

I have been going to this care center for many years and I always get the best treatment from my providers. I usually see a mid level but they are kind and respectful. I can’t think of another place that treats veterans with this much respect and kindness.

Dual Diagnosis has made me a very unpleasant person at times and the VA has not given up on me even when I've felt like giving up on myself. There are a lot of life saving staff who make me feel supported when I need it.

I guessed dosed at this clinic and was very happy with the facility and staff. The clinic seems to be a modern, efficient, and capable facility. I have guessed dosed and been a patient at over 15 clinics, across the U.S., so I have a large amount of clinic experience.. it was awhile ago that i was there but i still miss it. I miss the people and all the friendships i made, the thing is you cant really stay in contact which makes sense. i enjoyed focus at the start of the day and playing gang beasts with the other patients, that was probably my favorite part. on wednesdays we had a dog named Story come in and he is absolutely adorable, i got many pictures with him. The staff are nice and welcoming, my favorites were Joe and Grant, they were very funny. on tuesdays it would be tacos for lunch and Joe would often throw the left over tortillas for us to catch, its a small thing but an amazing memory. Claras House helped me notice that i was in a unhealthy relationship and once i broke up with him ive been so much happier and at peace. overall i think this place is helpful but its completely understandable to be nervous for the first few days, i was but i noticed how sweet the other patients and staff were and i warmed up.

This hospital saved my life! I was flown in from my hometown as they couldn't do much with me. I don't remember much but waking up after being placed on a breathing tube. I woke up to very kind, reassuring, helpful ect... nurses, doctors and respiratory therapist. I am a healthy 43 year old women but I was very sick. I was very well taken care of. Genuine good nurses. While I was intubated my husband and mom also said the nurses were amazing. I thank you all very much for your genuine care! I was in ICU for a few days i wish I could remember the names as the staff was wonderful. One nurse I remember very well and that is Britt. She was amazing! You can tell she honestly cares about her patients. Thank you for all your hard work!

Came here for a consult/stay on the OB 3rd floor wing and had great experiences with the nursing staff over the weekend and had good attention from OB doctors as well. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day and the food selection is great but would appreciate if a support person didn’t have to pay out of pocket for their meal. Also it was mentioned to us by an employee that access from the South ramp used to be open and was very convenient but due to staffing cuts they closed that so you have to take quite an indirect route up there.

My son is currently on his second stay at the Adolescent treatment program. Although we aren't happy that he had to return for more help, I knew that he was returning to a safe and nurturing environment where the staff would be courteous and respectful of his needs. He has a lot of anger, and has been working it out with people who understand his mental illness and genuinely care about his recovery. I am very happy that they encourage a high level of family participation in his recovery, as we all need to make changes for things to get better. I feel completely confident that my son is getting the best care possible, and I am provided with updates whenever I ask for them. I trust this facility with my son's life, and I'm not sure that there is a higher level of respect than that. Not everything is perfect - of course - but that's because we are all human.

I attended wings from 11-3-23 to 2-7-23 two dates I will always remember by heart l I was 17 and am now 20. My experience at wings were some of the best moments I had as a teenager ,the beginning and ending is always a little more emotional especially as a teenager who had to miss on the holidays with their family. I will say I enjoyed the holiday outings, food, the plans they had for us, the structure, recreation, and programming, especially my counselor, Abby Olson always made sure I was good even when she had other things going on. The staff at the time were caring and understanding. My favorite part was the connection and memories I got to share with the guys we were like brothers🙏. I was here January-March 25’ and idk how it is now since some of the staff I went there with are now gone, but I can say that I had some of the best experiences of my life in wings, all the staff were supportive & I’ll never forget them & the people I met there. It takes a couple weeks to adjust and I didn’t wanna be there at first, but as my time there came to an end I didn’t wanna leave, I’ll forever carry the things I've learnt from wings with me. Thank you for giving me more chances than i ever deserved, Love n miss everyone there❤️

I was here for 78 days could’ve been 71 but I got extended for something I didn’t do it was very understandable but overwhelming. My stay was very bitter sweet I loveeee love loveeee the staff and the girls I had there with me Omgg I will FORVER have this place in my heart. This place has taught me a ton of things i wouldn't have learned if I never went here. It took me about 3 weeks to adjust to the new environment but after that I kinda loved it I definitely wouldn’t do it again! But I miss this place a lot I really really do I wanna go back and spend just one more day lol 😭🫶🏼

Dr. Dean Watkins was my therapist for many years. Fortunately, I was able to see him again upon returning to Minnesota in 2023 - until just recently. He is the warmest, most compassionate doctor I’ve ever had in my 63 years. The staff is always gracious and welcoming. If I return to St Cloud I will return to Behavioral Health at CentraCare Plaza.

this place was great and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. they worked with my other advocates which other inpatients i’ve been placed at have failed to do often for me. it’s not the most fun of inpatients, but it’s overall a good place to get treatment and i’d recommend this inpatient way more than many of the other inpatients i’ve been to. no judgement, much assistance, and very good people that work there. thank you all !!

I was in this place for around 3-5 months. I experienced lotta things and have been to many treatments before and l have never actually seen workers care bout they clients like these workers do. I seen lotta guys talk bad about stuff cause they don’t get their way. I really thought l didn’t learned nothing from this place but l actually did. I got put into the situations of using again and yes l relapse but l was also able to stop from letting myself go to deep into addiction cause of the skills l learned from this place. You can’t really get help and better your self if you ain’t really want the help to better yourself. I miss this place place and the nice & funny stuff. My fav stuff was always Paul😃this a good place but l keep seeing angry people commenting bad bout this place and tbh l think they just doing that cause they didn’t get their way😅oh and btw lm 8 months sober now & also l wanna thank Ashley and everyone in this place that helped and thought me the skills l needed to maintain sober🙂l hope everyone is doing good👍
