it was awhile ago that i was there but i still miss it. I miss the people and all the friendships i made, the thing is you cant really stay in contact which makes sense. i enjoyed focus at the start of the day and playing gang beasts with the other patients, that was probably my favorite part. on wednesdays we had a dog named Story come in and he is absolutely adorable, i got many pictures with him. The staff are nice and welcoming, my favorites were Joe and Grant, they were very funny. on tuesdays it would be tacos for lunch and Joe would often throw the left over tortillas for us to catch, its a small thing but an amazing memory. Claras House helped me notice that i was in a unhealthy relationship and once i broke up with him ive been so much happier and at peace. overall i think this place is helpful but its completely understandable to be nervous for the first few days, i was but i noticed how sweet the other patients and staff were and i warmed up.

Such a great opportunity learned great lessons loved Joe and grsnt they where the only reasons why I loved going so much and I’ve seen that review about the rock wall and grant saying why would he let you on a rock wall if you couldn’t help with a simple task, yes that’s true if you can’t do a simple task you don’t get what you want

It was absolutely amazing, everyone was helpful and were kind. Joe and Grant are NOT what the other reviews say. They are both kind and loving human beings that pit in a lot of effort to make us (the kids) feel at home. They tease us a bit, but overall are helpful. I highly recommend this place. Sobriety First Treatment Center is by far one of the best Treatment Centers i have ever been apart of. The community of Sobriety First is the longest standing community of people in recovery I have yet to see. The events they put on for clients and family have been one of the most essential parts of my recovery. The care that has been received has been what we have intended to be. The customer service of the front desk/appointment schedulers. It is awkward most of the time. Bunnie is great, but the rest is short, not proper etiquette while having clients on the phone. They make sound like the appointment is a burden. Otherwise the care is great.

So far my experience with Anne Marie has been TERRIBLE!!!! Early in recovery dealing with disconnection notices and getting back into the work force relying on public transportation in rural Minnesota and trying to find housing is NOT EASY and neither it is an excuse, but I am not sure how she can be kicked out of group after 1 group absence and individual. It is frustrating to work with a provider who calls their clients names during sessions and communicates in a condescending manner. Is this place not trauma informed? I’m so confused as to how I was discharged without being able to speak for myself or to Anne Marie’s supervisor.
UPDATE: Club recovery was ready to listen to my concerns and was quick to offer an efficient solution. I am highly satisfied with the care that I've received at Club Recovery, but amazed at their proficient customer service.

I absolutely adored my loving, kind, understanding, compassionate and just a teeny tiny bit rough, counselor, Ava.
Additionally, the program isn't like others that I've been to. I felt less triggered and much more like a family. Park gave me a purpose and motivation to get up, go, and actively participate every day. I enjoyed My time there so so much!!! And I came away with a great support system and the tools to be successful and healthy.
If you are looking for a good and loving recovery program, you will find it in Park Ave!!! Recommend 20 out of 10!!!!!

I went here on June 2nd 2023 I've been sober ever since! I still go here for therapy I absolutely love this place! I honestly cannot say enough great things about the staff they genuinely care about each and every client and it shows tremendously! Park Ave saved my life and my family! They didn't just help me get sober they helped me recover and gave me the best tools to maintain my recovery! I do and will continue to recommend Park Ave to anyone who struggles with addiction! I've gone to inpatient in Shakopee and outpatient with lodging in Chaska. Both locations the staff is great. Counselors, techs, peer recovery specialists, medical staff, even kitchen staff. All of them truly care about our recovery, and will do everything they can for you. Northstar also has sober housing if you need it after treatment.

I have been clean and sober approximately 4 years and change. Woodlands, the staff has changed my outlook on the going-ons. Above-and-beyond promptness throughout my entire visit. Not a minute of my time was wasted! Every single staff member I encountered excelled with professionalism, competence, and kindness. I was called back within mere minutes of getting to the clinic for my appointment as a brand new patient. The wait for Dr. Salim was also very brief, so I am very impressed with the schedule management. I was also able to go practically straight from the exam room to the lab. I sat and waited for hardly a minute before I was taken back for my blood draw and other testing. Very pleased to have been helped by a talented phlebotomist as well!
I used to work in a very busy medical practice where long, long waiting times for patients were extremely commonplace. I know the standard I saw for my appointment with Dr. Salim was difficult to achieve and very much hard-earned. Kudos to all the staff here that make it happen. I can't recommend Dr. Salim enough!

I recently attended an inpatient program that was not project turnabout. I have been to project turnabout twice years ago. And to be honest, at first I didn't like it. I thought it was strict and too intense with all of the structure. But I stuck it out and completed the program and by the time I left I was crying and sad to leave. It was at project turnabout where I first discovered what true recovery was and for the first time in a long time what it felt like to have genuine friendships with other women. I learned I desperately needed all that structure in my life to be successful in recovery and after being in an inpatient recently that wasn't as strict, I respect and appreciate all those rules I once had and learned how important they are to hold me accountable in various areas of my life. And for my aftercare now, I decided to come back to project turnabout in Willmar because I respect the program and have love for it and always will. I feel like I'm where I'm meant to be, I feel like I'm home.

I want to share my extremely positive experience with Kristen Metcalf, PA-C. After a very difficult and discouraging day dealing with other clinics, I came to Fairview feeling anxious, exhausted, and honestly a bit hopeless. Kristen changed everything.
She treated me with genuine respect, patience, and kindness. She listened carefully, took my symptoms seriously, and never rushed me. For the first time today, I felt heard and understood. She provided clear medical explanations, validated my concerns, and helped me finally get the documentation I needed regarding my asthma flare and recent illness.

Providers and staff all very helpful in person and via communication on MyChart. I had forms that needed to be completed for unemployment, and the staff were great about signing, faxing it over, and updating me throughout the process in a timely manner. Both my husband and I recommend going here for primary care, labs, and behavioral/mental health needs.

After going through some negative situations at other locations Christine M. Jensen at this location has truly been a breath of fresh air along with her nurse which I believe her name is Kristen. (I’m so sorry if I got that wrong) This doctor and her care team are so compassionate and kind. They treat you like actual human beings instead of another number walking through the doors. I have never felt so heard or cared for before. I wish there were a million of her at every location, because if there were healthcare would be an entirely different and positive experience. I went here 6 years ago and at the time I was another moody teen with ODD. I hated most aspects of everything and I always acted out whenever I could. The experience was next to none though. Jack was hands down the best counselor/director and everything I needed to push me to be me today. If it wasn't for these guys at this center I wouldn't be alive today. This isn't even mentioning Michelle. Rest in Peace. I couldn't be happier with my experience at On-Belay. I still feel like I'm mountain climbing and these guys are spotting me from a million miles away.

Thirty two years ago I was an enraged, always angry at the world teenager dealing with substance issues and a BH diagnosis. The staff at Omegon saved my life. I don’t remember the names of the staff but I do remember one woman with reddish blonde hair who had a golden retriever. That woman and that dog were a godsend to me. The other clients I met while there were awesome as well. We all had our issues and chips on our shoulders. But we made it work. Thank you.

I'm currently in crtc as KY initials, and I can confidently say this place was scary at first and really hard place to wanna be in but now I've put in lots of effort and have grown to be more communicative and trusting of others due to my lovely therapists who truly show they care and they've helped me when things were getting bad and I became hopeless, the school there, not so great due to only there being 2 classes Science & history. But it's easy so Im not complaining. I will be leaving crtc after 20 days or less, and I feel my mental health has improved and I've became more mature as a 13 almost 14 year old, I believe once you put in the effort and are determined to do what it takes to leave then you will get out in no time, I have almost been here 5 months and I am happy to say I've made lots of progress thanks to my staff and admin, peers time to time start conflict since I've been here but it's normal to fight with people you live with because it's healthy to express your emotions, but I rather recommend having a monitored conversation! It's something the staff offer if you feel you are having a hard time with someone and you both need to talk & or repair talk. Crtc has taught me manners and kindness and for that I appreciate because I found myself doing something I wouldn't think of doing ever before I got here, I learned to love myself & not care what others think and have pride in the things I do, so, I just wanted to say before I leave thank you crtc for helping me learn new and healthy coping skills, I'm on the track to success not only because of my doing, but because you believed I could and that helped a lot. Thank you for everything you have done and I hope things get better for anyone having to go here, I wish you all the best of luck and that they have similar results to me when you try your hardest. I've learned new and better habits rather than unhealthy, I don't sh anymore and my intrusive thoughts have been gone for months, now just know we all go through bad times, but you'll get through it no matter how hard it seems example, it may seem like you're stuck in a really bad thunderstorm but the storm will pass, it always does, just keep walking and you'll get there guys. P.s when I first got here If im being 100% honest I would have given a bad review saying something like "this place sucks!" or "0 stars because staff are the worst and this place is like a prison!!!" but I didn't, why? Because I knew for me personally it wasn't true. So, now that I gave it a shot and tried my best it's not so bad, the staff leave left and right but sometimes you gotta be optimistic and welcoming to new faces because even the newer staff have been able to help me even if they don't know me like some staff do they try, and that's what matters to me, thank you Crtc for opening my eyes and helping me learn to trust again. - Ky 2023

I don't know what others are saying, but Penny is a fantastic counselor. She was more than fair with me and runs a good program. I say this from the experience of having been in treatment 6 times. She will work with you, if you work with her. You gotta be willing to do the work tho. Otherwise, like me, you will fail. Its a 0 BS program.
