Had my sweet baby in via c section in May 2024 and my experience was the absolute best.I had a c section previously in Cambridge and that was an absolute crap shoot. St Luke's took everything I put in my birth plan and made sure it was 100% followed. It was very smooth. Dr. Swanson is an amazing OB and helped me through a very trying pregnancy. Our room in the birthing center was wonderful, the care of all the birthing center staff and their attentiveness is unbeatable.I had infusions for iron at the infusion center - they were wonderful and very prompt.I also had a hospital stay during my pregnancy for a kidney stone. The room was small but other than that, the staff were great. They informed me of everything that was going on. I also ended up having a cystoscopy and Dr. Carrie was very understanding of my concerns and very informative. Having all this during a pregnancy was very nerve racking and my care team was attentive to my needs and helped me through every step of the way.I prefer to drive here than to any local hospital. Only improvement - different pillows...the pillows are not very comfortable.

My experience at Aspirus St. Luke's was fantastic. There was a surgery that was required. I arrived early in the morning and the team was prompt and had me admitted and into the prep area rather quickly. All the nurses were friendly and helpful for the start and post operation. It was nice to have smiling friendly faces after I awoke from the procedure. It's always interesting to see the bad comments about hospitals. This is a difficult role and my experience was very positive. Five stars plus.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with St. Luke's Mental Health Clinic. I truly hope that my review helps others considering seeking care here. When I entered the building for my first appointment, I was guided to a private room and sat down with a very kind woman who then asked me to share my story. At the end of the hour, she looked at her clipboard and said, "I think (therapist name) is going to be a great fit for you." I was so impressed that St. Luke's took the time to match patients with a therapist who would be their best fit, instead of just sticking them in available slots or making them choose based on online bios. I have been with my therapist for many years now and I can say she is the perfect therapist for my needs, and I am so grateful for the lovely woman who matched us together. What an answer to prayers! Not only was the staff so caring and gentle, but the women that came through these doors were the crutch I needed on days when I could not stand on my own. I lived in silence and tried to hide from reality in any way I could find. By the 2nd week, bits of sunshine began to break through the gloom. Kathy Javis, the owner of this amazing place, found me at a time in life when I was on the verge of giving up. A time when I was lost and didn't know where to turn. I was hopeless, ashamed, terrified....defeated. Kathy listen to me. She heard me. Care cared about me. She stood by my side as I was mauled over by life. When I felt like giving up she was there to remind me how far I had come and she kept my mind focused on the rewards. Kathy was able to see the person I was inside and she looked passed the person who was addicted. I was with Kathy for nearly 4 years of my life. She helped me through the pain of what I now know was abuse. She helped me find my confidence back, she helped me find reasons to smile. She taught me to stand up for myself and helped me with setting boundaries, she taught me that I didn't have to live in fear. Because of Kathy, today I am happier than I ever knew was possible. There are no words to empress my gratitude to her. She saved my life and she saved my daughters' lives. She gave me the gift of a lifetime. This kind of gift is rare. They had the right people in staff ...Personally, everything; I mean everything that this facility has done for me.. I don't have enough paper in front of me to write about...I was abused from... three until about seven... I was removed from my home and My family.....Northwood.... No, Northwood didn't abuse me..... 1972 - 1977. My step dad did.Back in it's day; Northwood'elped me to put myself together.... And we're taking what they knew 1978+ and even though I was rejected by my original family... I was adopted in 1980 by my new family.I understand that this is an old school recollection... Report...

I really appreciated what they did for me I got along with the staff very well I made them all laugh etc I had really good experience there sure I didn't always play along by their rules but respected them the food was delicious the roommates were cool had a great repoire with them got along well with the clients too I can't complain this all happened when they first opened I'm not sure how things are regulated now I was ever grateful and blessed
