All the staff are sensitive to my needs and answer calls with a live person right away. Longer wait for nurses or they call you back but that is to be expected. I've been with Nystrom for many years for medicine management. I have virtual visits due to the long drive.

I’ve been here for 6 years and I’m on my way tapering down with the program but I just had to leave a review because there’s a reason BHG Brainerd is ranked one of if not the highest MAT clinic. They care. Sounds corny but they do. I could have failed multiple times but they don’t even let that enter your head. The lines are quick ( unless coming back from a holiday or if you get there in the morning right when they open) for the most part there quick. Counselors that they have care and the phase up’s can be quick depending on you. If you pass your monthly UAs then you will be at once a week in no time. This is the best place in Minnesota.

I was actually a resident there back in 2013/2014 and I successfully discharged. I may receive hate for this but anyhow I absolutely love the facility. The life lessons that they teach is just unbelievable. I committed my crime and I did my time. But it could have been way worse. This facility saved my family and I from plenty of what life and the court system can throw at a individual that has serious mental health conditions. I just wanted to say I have been out of the system for 12 years and have been keeping good with the law. For those who think they can't trust me you can!

Honestly when i first came here in 2021 i was scared but i found people and became friends with like ethan from the castle program we were friends but we always fought, joe we fought every time i couldn't keep my mouth shut, and the staff oh my god the stories i could share about them but it was always william, tyler (castle program) , ethan, and Gerrit (vocational rec) i want to reach out to them since I'm now 18 as of march 26. They just had the biggest impact while i was there it was great knowing them in the year i was there so many fun memories

This place changed my life! Without Karen Hutchins and Threase Meyer, I wouldn't be where I am today. I came in broken and left with a huge amount of healing in my life. Because of this place, I now have the tools to cope and help my own healing happen. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I needed counseling again, I would come here. Current resident here at Auschwitz... Ooopes I meant serenity manor haha pretty easy to confuse the two. Anyway not really a good place to go unless your chill with just existing instead of living life to its fullest. There is no treatment programing or group of any kind so calling it an alcohol treatment is laughable. House full of slobs and thief's who don't really care to clean up after themselves, or just cleaning themselves for that matter. Staffs lazy as all hell with one exception whos just power tripping and condescending like no other. She just runs around being rude and constantly looking for something you've done wrong or haven't done and will unjustly punish with the almighty hand of Zeus. Place is dirty and theres a little hallway to go outside and sure enough there's a stray turd just laying there right in the middle of the floor, and me on my phone unexpectedly steps on it and fell right on top of it, very traumatic experience. All in all I think Auschwitz would be a vacation compared to this poor excuse of a scam business. Ciao

I had the wonderful opportunity to be able to recover at the Hazelden Betty Ford Clinic. They treat your addiction and mental health and that has been tremendously instrumental in my recovery. Every staff member at this facility is kind and cares about your recovery journey. There are so many activities to do outside of groups. The campus is beautiful. I would highly recommend choosing this facility. They have so much to offer and you will not regret starting your recovery journey here!
