They use the FollowMyHealth portal and it won't let me do anything there, just says call provider. Thats when I have to battle the phone robot again...

The nursing staff, anesthesiologist Dr. Kippes, pre-operative nurse, Shane, and post-operative nurse Paige were all professional, caring, and attentive. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and thorough, making Diane feel comfortable and well cared for at every step. What stood out most was not only the excellent medical care, but also the positive and supportive atmosphere among the staff. It is clear they truly enjoy working together, and that culture reflects directly in the patient experience. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such outstanding medical care available in the Brainerd Lakes Area.

I was actually a resident there back in 2013/2014 and I successfully discharged. I may receive hate for this but anyhow I absolutely love the facility. The life lessons that they teach is just unbelievable. I committed my crime and I did my time. But it could have been way worse. This facility saved my family and I from plenty of what life and the court system can throw at a individual that has serious mental health conditions. I just wanted to say I have been out of the system for 12 years and have been keeping good with the law. For those who think they can't trust me you can!

Honestly when i first came here in 2021 i was scared but i found people and became friends with like ethan from the castle program we were friends but we always fought, joe we fought every time i couldn't keep my mouth shut, and the staff oh my god the stories i could share about them but it was always william, tyler (castle program) , ethan, and Gerrit (vocational rec) i want to reach out to them since I'm now 18 as of march 26. They just had the biggest impact while i was there it was great knowing them in the year i was there so many fun memories

This place changed my life! Without Karen Hutchins and Threase Meyer, I wouldn't be where I am today. I came in broken and left with a huge amount of healing in my life. Current resident here at Auschwitz... Ooopes I meant serenity manor haha pretty easy to confuse the two. Anyway not really a good place to go unless your chill with just existing instead of living life to its fullest. There is no treatment programing or group of any kind so calling it an alcohol treatment is laughable. House full of slobs and thief's who don't really care to clean up after themselves, or just cleaning themselves for that matter. Staffs lazy as all hell with one exception whos just power tripping and condescending like no other. She just runs around being rude and constantly looking for something you've done wrong or haven't done and will unjustly punish with the almighty hand of Zeus. Place is dirty and theres a little hallway to go outside and sure enough there's a stray turd just laying there right in the middle of the floor, and me on my phone unexpectedly steps on it and fell right on top of it, very traumatic experience. All in all I think Auschwitz would be a vacation compared to this poor excuse of a scam business. Ciao

You guys saved my life twice. The treatment and care I have received is top notch. The trauma counseling is the best I've ever had. Wow! What a journey. Please take this seriously for those in addition or wanting to recover! I went here during covid season 2020 when I got my DUI. I was regretting it, didn't take it seriously, etc. I did my month time stay there. Went home continued with addiction cause I still didn't care. After mother's day weekend on 05.09.22 was my first day of sobriety. I'm still sober to this day. Let me tell you what, I've had the most fantastic experiences and time of my life sober! Looking back, wish I'd took things seriously. I even got off probation this year in June. I wasn't supposed to get off until November next year 2024. I mean God's work is honestly a blessing and you definitely feel him working thru you. I remember starting out here at this place, they said "higher power" and I'm like naw, I don't got that. Not even my kids. Oh yeah, God is my highest power! This place is amazing! Trust me! Great staff, food, location, etc! Just please get help! It's not worth your life ending on bad terms! I will never go back to that life style. Sobriety is just the coolest 😎 Lord the energy you have, stability, motivation, passion to keep striving and going in life! Yes!! No more laziness! It's just nice! Thank to this place and the DUI was a huge lesson I needed to kick my rear end into gear! Let's keep going! SOBRIETY ROCKS! SOBRIETY IS THE COOLEST 😎
