This place changed my life! Without Karen Hutchins and Threase Meyer, I wouldn't be where I am today. I came in broken and left with a huge amount of healing in my life. Because of this place, I now have the tools to cope and help my own healing happen. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I needed counseling again, I would come here.
Thank you, Northern Pines, for existing. So I could meet two wonderful counselors who transformed my life. Transform my life through guidance and teach me the tools to help me cope through life. Also, by showing tough care by letting me know when my attitude was wrong or when I was showing resistance. I can't say enough of how I am thankful for both of you. my life changed after i took a test here, things got weird at the hospital, then i went home and it got super duper weird bad, they drove me insane with what people where doing around, then they denied everything and said i was hallucinating

I guessed dosed at this clinic and was very happy with the facility and staff. The clinic seems to be a modern, efficient, and capable facility. I have guessed dosed and been a patient at over 15 clinics, across the U.S., so I have a large amount of clinic experience.. Anyway St Cloud is a good standard for clinics and patients to try and reach.

Her office feels like a friend’s living room, not a clinic and it makes it a thousand times easier to open up. Nicole doesn’t just listen, she LIIIIISTENS! The stuff I say out loud, what I don’t say, things I hint at without realizing…she picks up all of it and uses it to really refine my care plan. Even through med adjustments and stress spirals she’s been a warm, genuinely supportive presence.
She’s the reason I’m coming to the clinic at all - I was referred to her by my primary care provider and once Nicole and I found a routine that felt stable, I told her “okay, I think I’m ready to add therapy”. Now I’m in routinely for therapy too. I wouldn’t have gotten there if she hadn’t made me feel safe and seen from day one!
Nicole’s humor, kindness, snd “I see through your nonsense - but lovingly” energy is so needed. She *gets* it and cares so much. 10/10 recommend, more than five stars

Both nystroms inpatient and so far they're out patient program has been great. Staff is wonderful and they seem to actually care. Most treatment centers seem to focus on profit, nystroms is much more personal. I would highly recommend

I called made appointment on a Monday. I was there most of the day. But i got started on it 3yrs ago. They started me out at 5-Mg, The counlers are very nice, and helpful.
The Receptionist are So Nice!! They keep the inside & outside of the clinic Very Nice & Clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addiction. I believe it has saved my girlfriend from her own addiction and over doses.

Mary is amazing! She basically saved my life! Shantel and Joe and super friendly and go above and beyond to help make visits as easy and smooth as possible. Marie and Amy (nurses) really know their stuff and care about their patients.
I highly recommend Valhalla (now BMC or something like that). Follow the rules of the program and everything will go smoothly for you. My life is a complete 180 from before I started going to Valhalla.

I went here about 2 years ago and I am so greatful I did. The staff and owners are great people who care about clients. I made life-long friends, shared in many laughs and learned a lot about myself and addiction. One of the best things about Sobriety First is that they will bring clients to AA/NA events all over the state and even some outside Minnesota! Last Friday Dec 5, I had terrible stomach pains. I had to call my husband who was in the living room and ask for his help. I was in so much pain I couldn’t move.
He called 911, first responder's were here within minutes, one happens to be our neighbor. They looked at the situation and called the ambulance. The medics (thank goodness one was female, since I was sitting on the toilet) came and waited until I was ready to see them and immediately checked everything. Got me in the ambulance and put in an iv and sat next to me and kept careful watch. I got to the ER and they were ready for me. They made sure I was comfortable, did lots of tests. Everyone was patient and kind. They decided to keep me overnight which actually turned into 2 nights. I was brought up to south 5th floor. I was in room S547. From the first nursing staff to the last, I was treated with respect, kindness and compassion. I wish I could remember everyone’s names. I’m not going to say the ones I remember as I don’t want to leave anyone out.
From the first responders, the EMTs the Paramedics, the ER staff, Doctors,nursing staff, lab, food service and janitorial were professional, kind and compassionate.
Thank you, Thank you, to everyone that helped me that night and the next 2 days.

My son is currently on his second stay at the Adolescent treatment program. Although we aren't happy that he had to return for more help, I knew that he was returning to a safe and nurturing environment where the staff would be courteous and respectful of his needs. He has a lot of anger, and has been working it out with people who understand his mental illness and genuinely care about his recovery. I am very happy that they encourage a high level of family participation in his recovery, as we all need to make changes for things to get better. I feel completely confident that my son is getting the best care possible, and I am provided with updates whenever I ask for them. I trust this facility with my son's life, and I'm not sure that there is a higher level of respect than that. Not everything is perfect - of course - but that's because we are all human.

The Pride Institute is a place of miracles. The healing and recovery that takes place here is life-changing. I cannot speak highly enough, of the dedication of the staff. From counselors to therapists, from the tech staff to the cooks who prepare our daily meal, they are all 100% dedicated to the clients. In addition, the sense of community that is fostered here allow each individual to shine. You find yourself among peers who often have the same struggles that you have had.
You truly find yourself supported, and definitely not alone. If you are serious about getting sober, and have the opportunity to get to the Pride Institute, you should definitely consider this one of your best options.

This was my second time receiving treatment at Hazelden, and I truly felt a deeper sense of connection and growth this time (quality of service improved since last time ) This time, working with my counselor “nas” made a big difference in my experience. He showed great understanding, professionalism, and sensitivity while addressing my addiction challenges. His approach was thoughtful and respectful, and I always felt safe and heard during our sessions. Really loved the mental health part and mental health professionals!! I’ve learned so much about myself, and I’m proud to say I’m now two months sober.

I recently completed my time at Hazelden Betty Ford, and I can honestly say it was a life-changing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and welcomed into a community that truly understands the journey to recovery. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and met so many lifelong friends who continue to be an important part of my life.
During my time there, I learned that I can have fun while being sober, which was a huge revelation for me. The program gave me valuable life skills that I will carry with me forever, and the staff helped me get my medications sorted out, which made a world of difference in my day-to-day well-being.
I especially appreciated the day treatment program, which kept me engaged, motivated, and focused on my recovery. Now that I’m in IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program), I’m still enjoying the supportive structure and continuing to grow every day. Wow! What a journey. Please take this seriously for those in addition or wanting to recover! I went here during covid season 2020 when I got my DUI. I was regretting it, didn't take it seriously, etc. I did my month time stay there. Went home continued with addiction cause I still didn't care. After mother's day weekend on 05.09.22 was my first day of sobriety. I'm still sober to this day. Let me tell you what, I've had the most fantastic experiences and time of my life sober! Looking back, wish I'd took things seriously. I even got off probation this year in June. I wasn't supposed to get off until November next year 2024. I mean God's work is honestly a blessing and you definitely feel him working thru you. I remember starting out here at this place, they said "higher power" and I'm like naw, I don't got that. Not even my kids. Oh yeah, God is my highest power! This place is amazing! Trust me! Great staff, food, location, etc! Just please get help! It's not worth your life ending on bad terms! I will never go back to that life style. Sobriety is just the coolest 😎 Lord the energy you have, stability, motivation, passion to keep striving and going in life! Yes!! No more laziness! It's just nice! Thank to this place and the DUI was a huge lesson I needed to kick my rear end into gear! Let's keep going! SOBRIETY ROCKS! SOBRIETY IS THE COOLEST 😎
