This place changed my life! Without Karen Hutchins and Threase Meyer, I wouldn't be where I am today. I came in broken and left with a huge amount of healing in my life. I called made appointment on a Monday. I was there most of the day. But i got started on it 3yrs ago. They started me out at 5-Mg, The counlers are very nice, and helpful.
The Receptionist are So Nice!! They keep the inside & outside of the clinic Very Nice & Clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addiction. I believe it has saved my girlfriend from her own addiction and over doses.

Mary is amazing! She basically saved my life! Shantel and Joe and super friendly and go above and beyond to help make visits as easy and smooth as possible. Marie and Amy (nurses) really know their stuff and care about their patients.
I highly recommend Valhalla (now BMC or something like that). Follow the rules of the program and everything will go smoothly for you. My life is a complete 180 from before I started going to Valhalla.

I went here about 2 years ago and I am so greatful I did. The staff and owners are great people who care about clients. I made life-long friends, shared in many laughs and learned a lot about myself and addiction. One of the best things about Sobriety First is that they will bring clients to AA/NA events all over the state and even some outside Minnesota! They will do this for free and pay all expenses (hotel, campsite, food, snacks, water, energy drinks, and entry fees). Honestly when i first came here in 2021 i was scared but i found people and became friends with like ethan from the castle program we were friends but we always fought, joe we fought every time i couldn't keep my mouth shut, and the staff oh my god the stories i could share about them but it was always william, tyler (castle program) , ethan, and Gerrit (vocational rec) i want to reach out to them since I'm now 18 as of march 26. They just had the biggest impact while i was there it was great knowing them in the year i was there so many fun memories

it was awhile ago that i was there but i still miss it. I miss the people and all the friendships i made, the thing is you cant really stay in contact which makes sense. i enjoyed focus at the start of the day and playing gang beasts with the other patients, that was probably my favorite part. on wednesdays we had a dog named Story come in and he is absolutely adorable, i got many pictures with him. The staff are nice and welcoming, my favorites were Joe and Grant, they were very funny. on tuesdays it would be tacos for lunch and Joe would often throw the left over tortillas for us to catch, its a small thing but an amazing memory. Claras House helped me notice that i was in a unhealthy relationship and once i broke up with him ive been so much happier and at peace. overall i think this place is helpful but its completely understandable to be nervous for the first few days, i was but i noticed how sweet the other patients and staff were and i warmed up.

We were able to get a very clean room and beds for the night. They provide toiletries if you don't have any. There even is some breakfast items available as well. We felt safe, clean and taken care of. I definitely would recommend this place! It's right across the street from the hospital. It last minute and they were very accommodating and welcoming!!!

My son is currently on his second stay at the Adolescent treatment program. Although we aren't happy that he had to return for more help, I knew that he was returning to a safe and nurturing environment where the staff would be courteous and respectful of his needs. He has a lot of anger, and has been working it out with people who understand his mental illness and genuinely care about his recovery. I am very happy that they encourage a high level of family participation in his recovery, as we all need to make changes for things to get better. I feel completely confident that my son is getting the best care possible, and I am provided with updates whenever I ask for them. I trust this facility with my son's life, and I'm not sure that there is a higher level of respect than that. Not everything is perfect - of course - but that's because we are all human.

Will never deliver my babies anywhere else!!! 2y ago I came in for emergency C section from a nearby birthing center after no progression. I am not a doctor/hospital person and wanted as close to a natural birth experience as possible. Every single nurse and doctor that saw me deeply respected my wishes and were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. 2 years later I have chosen to drive the 45 minutes to deliver here again with baby #2 in a few weeks even though there are 3 hospitals within 20min of my house. The OB staff are 11/10 amazing and they truly care about you. I am writing this review from the labor and delivery floor with double pneumonia and sepsis due to RSV at 30w pregnant. They are taking fantastic care of me and I feel very safe here. Every staff member you ask will tell you they love working here and are treated well, and it shows in their work. Thank you to my care team. Thank you M Health Fairview. You have saved my life more than once, and made it the best possible experience while doing so.

I just want to sincerely say Thank you, to the bunch at Milestones. Jaylen Jimenez is the go to person for the house if you have any concerns or goals you what to achieve without anything holding you back don't hesitate to talk to Jaylen. The staff at Milestones were open minded to my concerns with the addiction and mental illness combined to help me be aware of some of the reasons for my addiction . with. Therefore, understanding how to use coping skills came daily a routine I utilized to make me stronger individual to battle any triggers that I'll experience with the hear and now. A trigger is anything that you remember from your past that either brings a memory to have been negative or positive. It's what you do to process those memories and give them acknowledgement but do not let them affect you so you can't move forward.
