My son is very autistic and needed tests to be done in order to find out why he was sick. The staff did a wonderful job helping us as our son does not tolerate hospital visits and needed special care to have blood and swabs taken. Given how terribly busy it was, our time there was much faster than I anticipated. One nurse even gave our son a toy car to ease his discomfort. Everyone treated him with such care and understanding. I am so happy they were able to help us figure out what was wrong with our son.

I called made appointment on a Monday. I was there most of the day. But i got started on it 3yrs ago. They started me out at 5-Mg, The counlers are very nice, and helpful.The Receptionist are So Nice!! They keep the inside & outside of the clinic Very Nice & Clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addiction. I believe it has saved my girlfriend from her own addiction and over doses.

Mary is amazing! She basically saved my life! Shantel and Joe and super friendly and go above and beyond to help make visits as easy and smooth as possible. Marie and Amy (nurses) really know their stuff and care about their patients.I highly recommend Valhalla (now BMC or something like that). Follow the rules of the program and everything will go smoothly for you. My life is a complete 180 from before I started going to Valhalla.

My experience over the past 5 years has been mostly POSITIVE. I personally believe active involvement in therapy given my chronic conditions of Bi-polar and Anxiety are critical to my coping and overall management of these diagnoses. Medication management and FINDING the BEST medication can be a challenging and overwhelming situation not to mention some of the side effects. I couldn't begin to tell you how many and how long before finding what medications worked, my "life savers" as I often say. I wouldn't be here today if I hadn't had support from my therapists during what I call being a "gueina pig". My point here is through the years (30), I have had many experiences and many psychiatrists and psychologists, and therapist. Northern Pines, Julie Hoyt is a diamond in the rough and I use this phrase as we all know how "rough" the area of mental health is and the tough roads endured. I am so blessed to have found Julie when I moved to MN 5 years ago. I tell her all the time that she can't ever retire! She is God's gift to me and this profession. Thank you Julie. Also, Joanne and the front desk schedulers are always most helpful. Happy retirement to Joanne. Sadly, the CNP who prescribed my medication left some time ago. That was difficult dealing with replacing my medication needs as no available backup to handle all the needs. Having a plan in place and hiring additional Medicare eligible therapists are my only recommendations. As much as I don't want Julie to EVER retire, it would be wise to have an additional Medicare eligible therapist. Overall, I give you 5 stars, or should I say I give Julie 5+ stars. I will keep on shining or know that on those days of darkness, Julie will help me realize I'll shine another day. Thank you for having such an amazing therapist on your staffing team and on my continuing care team. Let's all cheer, "Julie your the best, Julie your the best, Because Julie your the best, you can't retire n rest.". Ha! Oh I should say by no means has Julie mentioned retiring, it's all coming from my head. Everyone please Keep Yourself Healthy and Erase the Stigma! Remember therapists are ALWAYS there, find yours that fits!

Endeavor Place was one of the best ran facilities, thanks to the owner Michele Buer. She always had fun activities planned for the youth such as going to timberwolves games, to state parks, out to eat for pizza, winter activities etc. She believed in work before play and created that type of atmosphere. Wow! What a journey. Please take this seriously for those in addition or wanting to recover! I went here during covid season 2020 when I got my DUI. I was regretting it, didn't take it seriously, etc. I did my month time stay there. Went home continued with addiction cause I still didn't care. After mother's day weekend on 05.09.22 was my first day of sobriety. I'm still sober to this day. Let me tell you what, I've had the most fantastic experiences and time of my life sober! Looking back, wish I'd took things seriously. I even got off probation this year in June. I wasn't supposed to get off until November next year 2024. I mean God's work is honestly a blessing and you definitely feel him working thru you. I remember starting out here at this place, they said "higher power" and I'm like naw, I don't got that. Not even my kids. Oh yeah, God is my highest power! This place is amazing! Trust me! Great staff, food, location, etc! Just please get help! It's not worth your life ending on bad terms! I will never go back to that life style. Sobriety is just the coolest Lord the energy you have, stability, motivation, passion to keep striving and going in life! Yes!! No more laziness! It's just nice! Thank to this place and the DUI was a huge lesson I needed to kick my rear end into gear! Let's keep going! SOBRIETY ROCKS! SOBRIETY IS THE COOLEST
