Endeavor Place was one of the best ran facilities, thanks to the owner Michele Buer. She always had fun activities planned for the youth such as going to timberwolves games, to state parks, out to eat for pizza, winter activities etc. She believed in work before play and created that type of atmosphere. She was honest, even if she knew you might not like her answer. Her honesty, kindness, and caring provided a positive role model for the youth. The counselors did a great job facilitating groups and meeting with client’s individually.

Structure was the main focus when I went there almost ten years ago. The counselors where what made it work and the backbone behind this place. This place isnt about fun. Its about getting better. Taking for granted that things may have changed significantly since I attended this inpatient treatment center.

My experience over the past 5 years has been mostly POSITIVE. I personally believe active involvement in therapy given my chronic conditions of Bi-polar and Anxiety are critical to my coping and overall management of these diagnoses. Medication management and FINDING the BEST medication can be a challenging and overwhelming situation not to mention some of the side effects. I couldn't begin to tell you how many and how long before finding what medications worked, my "life savers" as I often say. I wouldn't be here today if I hadn't had support from my therapists during what I call being a "gueina pig". My point here is through the years (30), I have had many experiences and many psychiatrists and psychologists, and therapist. Northern Pines, Julie Hoyt is a diamond in the rough and I use this phrase as we all know how "rough" the area of mental health is and the tough roads endured. I am so blessed to have found Julie when I moved to MN 5 years ago. I tell her all the time that she can't ever retire! She is God's gift to me and this profession. Thank you Julie. Also, Joanne and the front desk schedulers are always most helpful. Happy retirement to Joanne. Sadly, the CNP who prescribed my medication left some time ago. That was difficult dealing with replacing my medication needs as no available backup to handle all the needs. Having a plan in place and hiring additional Medicare eligible therapists are my only recommendations. As much as I don't want Julie to EVER retire, it would be wise to have an additional Medicare eligible therapist. Overall, I give you 5 stars, or should I say I give Julie 5+ stars. I will keep on shining or know that on those days of darkness, Julie will help me realize I'll shine another day. Thank you for having such an amazing therapist on your staffing team and on my continuing care team. Let's all cheer, "Julie your the best, Julie your the best, Because Julie your the best, you can't retire n rest.". Ha! Oh I should say by no means has Julie mentioned retiring, it's all coming from my head. Everyone please Keep Yourself Healthy and Erase the Stigma! I called made appointment on a Monday. I was there most of the day. But i got started on it 3yrs ago. They started me out at 5-Mg, The counlers are very nice, and helpful.
The Receptionist are So Nice!! They keep the inside & outside of the clinic Very Nice & Clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addiction. I believe it has saved my girlfriend from her own addiction and over doses.

I went here about 2 years ago and I am so greatful I did. The staff and owners are great people who care about clients. I made life-long friends, shared in many laughs and learned a lot about myself and addiction. One of the best things about Sobriety First is that they will bring clients to AA/NA events all over the state and even some outside Minnesota! They will do this for free and pay all expenses (hotel, campsite, food, snacks, water, energy drinks, and entry fees). This place changed my life and showed me how to have fun and make countless friends in the recovery community ❤️

I’ve been to Pine Manor twice and both times were fantastic. The director is a little unhinged but other than her I had a very positive experience. I feel bad reading the comments of people who had bad experiences because I literally can’t complain about a thing. I want to thank Pine manor for saving my life, I was an active user for 15 yrs. my life was a mess before enrolling in this program. this program gave me knowledge serenity and peace with myself. I did a 30 day back in may of 2017 I am now 13 months sober and still going strong thanks to pine manor.

This place changed my life! Without Karen Hutchins and Threase Meyer, I wouldn't be where I am today. I came in broken and left with a huge amount of healing in my life.
