The ladies up front are so sweet and make you feel so comfortable every time. I've seen 3 different therapists (for different things) and they've been absolutely amazing at their jobs. I've also heard many good things about the others that work there.

Rewind let me go on due date I didn't have a place to live yet, even though I know for a fact 2 others got to stay while insurance covered it, now I'm. Homeless and it's October next month, I may not come for outpatient their I can go other places, someone is using, I know for a fact.but who knows maybe ill end up in shokopee
I was cutting tree limb at about 12' on a ladder. the limb was another 12-14' above head I was using a pole saw. the limb approximately 30 ' long and 10" in diameter broke off perfectly as far as placement away from the house it was over and between the vehicles parked adjacent. I failed to see the possibility that none of its branches would break. they did not. so it never settled out to the ground. the end went straight down like it folded in half. and then the placement of the cut above me, up and to the right. fell directly the angle I had positioned myself on the ladder. I didn't notice it as I was watching the end fall. I moved last second when I realized it was upon me. about took my ear off. knocked me unconscious and freefall off the ladder. the force found me landing right arm initiating contact and then side of my head . as I was rotating like a cartwheel. I was found 15 -20 ' from the ladder which was secured and tied off. I landed on the cement sidewalk. I was unconscious for up to 20minutes. I don't recall anything until after the ambulance ride and at my towns local hospital. awesome job by first responders, the couple that found me and called it in. and Wheaton Minnesota hospital. my surgeon at Sanford is a wizard! the wrist was so dislocated and shattered the X-rays look like a mouth with most teeth gone and no recognizable lips or structural consistency resembling a mouth. just had my 2nd surgery to remove plate and pins and I honestly am working and am confident I can return to the oilfield anytime. and I am supposed to have 3 plus months of physical therapy. and the injury has a year long healing timetable. this was July 5.. I had a little bleeding on my brain and was checked by a neurologist to get approved before surgery. I check in on line show up early and am often done within 10 minutes of my scheduled start time. every single person I encounter there is awesome. efficient, professional and helpful. I have had a significant amount of injuries and they have never been this hassle free. so thankful! very impressed. shout out the unbelievably talented Dr. Erpleding!

I am grateful for CMS and it's employees. The ladies their are down to earth and straight forward. This is the first place I've been that I haven't felt judge or treated differently. Shout out to the CMS STAFF WE APPRECIATE YOU ALL! ANYONE LOOKING TO CHANGE THEIR LIFE, TRY A DIFFERENT ROAD CMS IN FARGO ND IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO.

I have been a patient here for years! My counselor and psychiatrist are fantastic! I understand not everyone agrees with me and that is their choice. I love it!
I have no complaints about staff. 2 south they need someone for phone service only so family or friends can call patients. My adult son could get through for 4 days to see how he was doing. Not exceptble I in my book .😔

The PHP IOP program is a Godsend. There's always room for improvement within any treatment center, but this program has a lot of areas in which perfectly cater to those in Recovery who have a strong desire to dramatically change their lives. The program director goes above and beyond to hop in and aid and assist no matter what is asked of them. Clients have even witnessed them having to do the duties of the house manager when extra help was needed. Not even tryna gas them up but its rare that you'll find that, I certainly haven't seen too many other programs that are able to provide the space to thrive like PSJ does.
My nurse is also an above average employee, they went to bat for me when I was struggling with personal issues. And my counselor has their own experience with battling the things that plague our community and when they interact with clients they do so from a place of Love while still maintaining their professional boundaries.
Im not saying this program is perfect by any means, but I can attest to Prairie St John's being a major component of saving my life this year.

Best experience I've had at a mental hospital, no offense to Generose. Generose just has a different way of teaching. I felt, Prairie St. John's, was straight, and to the point. Oh! Oh! Oh! And the beds were actual beds if I recon! 10 stars for me!
Excellent outpatient services for addiction issues. Wonderful, caring and capable staff. Also, if youre ever looking to donate to a nonprofit, I highly recommend choosing Soul Solutions!

Patty or Patti, not sure which. Gave me someone to talk to about what was happening. She's the only reason I knew I could check myself into detox for more than 24hrs and the only reason I saw a path outside of waiting to die.
Call them. It's free. It feels good to have someone to talk to even if you're not ready to check yourself in wherever.

There aren't enough words to describe how much Soul Solutions means to me. They are an extremely knowledgeable group of people and I'm so thankful to have chosen them when it came to beginning my recovery journey.
Can tell and feel that the staff very much care for the residents. They're busy all the time but it sounds like the place to go IF you really want to get help and can put up with some strict but CARING people and be patient

Luther Hall was an interesting experience for me.I was there last year, had some tough stuff happen but through all that pain and the struggle of trying to pick myself up, I found people there who helped me up dusted me off. Those people were the staff, I never got to say goodbye to them. But they did help me through the whole process they supported me, and I'm so grateful for them today. Now I'm home and safe. This place saved me. They took the time to listen to me, even when I screamed at them because I was having a hard time expressing my emotions and trauma. They never seemed impatient with me and staff would stay with me as long as I needed. They take the time to get to know you and they ask you before putting you on new medications. They took us on fun outings and gave us each our own music player. We even got to pick the music they put on it! They treated us like real people, not just something they were stuck dealing with until their shifts ended like other facilities I was at. I used to try ending my life all the time before going there. After leaving, I never attempted again. Its been two years since I was there and I will always be greatful for everything they had done for me.

There was a black man, from africa that worked there. I just wanted to let you guys know that he was like
One of the best, if not the best staff member there. He was taken his time no matter what he was doing. And I would have a full conversation with me. And everything he told me click in had, I mean, you had students there that were studying for their Finals. they couldn't hold a candle to the African! I would ask him questions and everything he would tell me I would do. Am my life turned out better because of it and that would be long. Term information and short-term information I followed you all the directions and it always worked. I believe you wore glasses. But I do remember he was from africa working the night shift. I mean, all these people pain a $150000 to go to school. And this man had the answers just by asking him. I'm so thankful i'm at him. He was on the federal side when I was there.

It is a positive thing for the community to have a place like Center Inc. For those who have struggled with the law or addiction, it provides a nice buffer between them and the community. While at the same time allowing those individuals a chance to reentered society in a slow and structured pace. The ability to obtain employment and be a productive member of society while finishing off a specific court issued sentence, is very valuable to everyone within that community.
I loved my counselor and the advice I received from my peers. The food was alright. The bed rooms are awesome and having our own bathroom was nice. Would definitely recommend

When our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ pulled me out of hell he put me here and said that my angel's will heal you and they did it sucked at first but I held out and graduated and now I'm clean and sober . Thank you to all the staff at Red River for marking me feel welcomed best staff and counselors ever . Good bless 🙏🙏🙏🙏

This place is wonderful! The Village's First Step Recovery program, for people whom are struggling with addiction, is compromised of PHP for people who have been abusing drugs/alcohol who need help to overcome, Intensive Outpatient so they might continue in recovery along with aftercare groups weekly. The staff REALLY do care, Roxann is amazing! With a wonderful perspective, being a NON-addict on how addiction works & the stark reality of temptation & how difficult it can be to stop. You will work through life problems with specific sets of skills dealing with your particular issues & are allowed the time to process & release with both a counselor & fellow peers with similar struggles. This could be JUST the right fit for you. I hope your willing to try it out if need be. 😁☺😌

Absolutely the friendliest, most caring staff. They make you feel comfortable, I totally recommend this place they help my daughter a lot.
I knew a patient in there, there is no consistency....was told no phone or visitors for 2 weeks...had visitor after a week, had phone the whole time calling all times of the day
Told insurance wouldn't cover the patient then when looking for a different facility but then insurance would cover for 3 weeks which makes no sense when treatment is usually at least 30 days....then evaluated the patient and insurance would cover 1 more week...wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone as they do what they want?

Anchorage saved my life literally. Most of the staff are amazing caring people who go above and beyond to help. Decent beds. 24/7 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches I highly recommend this facility .

when i was there i got a lot out of this place,the people there were the best,i am so glad i had the oppurtunity to be able to hang out here 90 daze,thank you gull harbour,i was talking of GH with my girl friend and u all saved my life,my thinking has become better,hope sum of u are still there,i wish i could remember my helpers name there,so so nice person,she was pregnet.thanks again GH :) i had great memories here

Good place to be, the people are really nice, genuinely care about their clients and they are very helpful.
I really like freedom resources. Gibb has helped me make sure I have everything I need in my apartment to have it accessible for me. He always takes my phone calls in a kind way every time. I've talked with Katherine there too and she's always been very kind. They never talk down to me and never make me feel like less of person because I have disabilities. The receptionist is always kind to every time I call there. I always feel confident and welcomed every time I call there. Thank you for everything you do to help others in need due to their disabilities.

The receptionist are not the friendliest people . Yet the other staff like the ARMS Case Managers and Therapist are very friendly understanding caring and compassionate with there clients very happy with care I received . Especially the care I received from Casi, Allison, Nicole, Meek, and Tanner they all do a wonderful job.
