Rewind let me go on due date I didn't have a place to live yet, even though I know for a fact 2 others got to stay while insurance covered it, now I'm. I had an appointment today for an operation at the Sanford South University Medical Center. The CNA Erin was very kind. The doctor, Amna Masood was so sweet and personable, and answered my question directly. The anesthisiologist was moving more rapidly than my pace, but hey, we all have our own speed; she was professional and courteous. The registered nurses had good bedside manners. Next time I will make a point to remember their names. Not many photos this time, since I was unconscious, Lol.

I was cutting tree limb at about 12' on a ladder. the limb was another 12-14' above head I was using a pole saw. the limb approximately 30 ' long and 10" in diameter broke off perfectly as far as placement away from the house it was over and between the vehicles parked adjacent. I failed to see the possibility that none of its branches would break. they did not. so it never settled out to the ground. the end went straight down like it folded in half. and then the placement of the cut above me, up and to the right. fell directly the angle I had positioned myself on the ladder. I didn't notice it as I was watching the end fall. I moved last second when I realized it was upon me. about took my ear off. knocked me unconscious and freefall off the ladder. the force found me landing right arm initiating contact and then side of my head . as I was rotating like a cartwheel. I was found 15 -20 ' from the ladder which was secured and tied off. I landed on the cement sidewalk. I was unconscious for up to 20minutes. I don't recall anything until after the ambulance ride and at my towns local hospital. awesome job by first responders, the couple that found me and called it in. and Wheaton Minnesota hospital. my surgeon at Sanford is a wizard! the wrist was so dislocated and shattered the X-rays look like a mouth with most teeth gone and no recognizable lips or structural consistency resembling a mouth. just had my 2nd surgery to remove plate and pins and I honestly am working and am confident I can return to the oilfield anytime. and I am supposed to have 3 plus months of physical therapy. and the injury has a year long healing timetable. this was July 5.. I had a little bleeding on my brain and was checked by a neurologist to get approved before surgery. I check in on line show up early and am often done within 10 minutes of my scheduled start time. every single person I encounter there is awesome. efficient, professional and helpful. I have had a significant amount of injuries and they have never been this hassle free. so thankful! very impressed. shout out the unbelievably talented Dr. Erpleding!

I have gone to the methadone clinic twice now— twice because of a relapse. The staff there is wonderful they will be there to help you, but they won't carry you the whole way you have to want it as well. The building is a good location for its purposes. I hope people who need it will take it in consideration.

She actually teaches many valuable skills that help and are really needed to succeed. She listens to where you are at mentally that day and goes to your level to help you learn as much as possible. This is the best treatment I've ever received, I'm very satisfied and recovered from my pain. The nurses and techs in the adolescent unit are very loving and caring. They actually helped me and lowered my chances of harming myself in HUGE amounts. My severe anxiety was really improved within TWO WEEKS. Depression went down and I was comfy being there and opening up to nurses, techs and psych doctor is comfortable and helpful. When my mental health needs care for, I would usually come back within a year because it takes a long time for my mental health to get bad whenever I come out of that place but when I find out that im going there whenever my mental health gets bad again I get really happy because I get help and comfortable treatment there. To the nurses and techs I really love you guys and you all provide the NO. 1 treatment here. Really great hospital and would recommend

When I first started on July 27th, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but the moment I walked through the doors, I felt deeply welcomed. Chelsie, who leads the program, is an absolute standout professional. Holding a Master’s in Counseling, her expertise and clinical skill are evident, but what truly sets her apart is her genuine heart and deep concern for everyone in her care. She brings a unique sense of curiosity to every session—a curiosity driven by a sincere desire to understand you on a deeper level. Because she approaches everything with that pure curiosity, there is never any room for judgment in her presence. You feel safe, heard, and seen for who you truly are. The environment overall is incredibly chill, supportive, and grounded. The staff and fellow group members are so kind, creating a community where healing feels entirely natural. They even offer breakfast, which sets a warm, comfortable tone right at the start of the day. Attending the IOP group every morning from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM quickly became the anchor of my routine and a space I genuine looked forward to. ​Looking back from where I started to where I am today, the shift is profound. ShareHouse was the very first treatment I attend over eight years ago. I felt safe, accepted, and felt no judgment from anyone there. It has been a lasting positive experience for me. I was pregnant at the time, my six year old daughter that I had when I was 15, at the time was going through chemo treatment foe ALL Leukemia, and so ready for change. I felt like there was no better time to get help for myself in treatment while my daughter was going through her treatment for cancer. I completed thirty days at Sharehouse, graduated, and asked to be transferred to a Wayside Family Treatment in Minneapolis where I could have my baby and reunite with my two other children. I extended my stay there four times until I fully believed I was ready to continue my recovery journey. That was the best self advocacy i've ever done in my life. I graduated that program and then went to White Earth Substance Abuse for IOP and OP. Here I am, with over eight years of sobriety, a BA in psychology, and currently in my final internship to become a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. My daughter is over six years in remission, and I have all of my children. I am a mother of 10 with an amazing husband. We have both been through so much and I am so proud of the empire we have built. I am so thankful for each facility and the guidance they provided me with during my time in need. Luther Hall was an interesting experience for me.I was there last year, had some tough stuff happen but through all that pain and the struggle of trying to pick myself up, I found people there who helped me up dusted me off. Those people were the staff, I never got to say goodbye to them. But they did help me through the whole process they supported me, and I'm so grateful for them today. Now I'm home and safe. This place saved me. They took the time to listen to me, even when I screamed at them because I was having a hard time expressing my emotions and trauma. They never seemed impatient with me and staff would stay with me as long as I needed. They take the time to get to know you and they ask you before putting you on new medications. They took us on fun outings and gave us each our own music player. We even got to pick the music they put on it! They treated us like real people, not just something they were stuck dealing with until their shifts ended like other facilities I was at. I used to try ending my life all the time before going there. After leaving, I never attempted again. Its been two years since I was there and I will always be greatful for everything they had done for me.

We were referred to Soul Solutions Recovery by a friend. The team there has been nothing but amazing to work with. Everyone was so friendly the minute we walked in. I attended the family program lead by Kristie. She has been so great to work with during my own recovery. After attending the Family Program the first night I felt like there was finally hope for my family and I. I have been able to apply what I learned in the family program to my everyday life. I am becoming the person I use to be before the chaos of addiction took over our life. I can 100% say that if it was not for Soul Solutions my husband and I would be divorced. I have and will continue to recommend Soul Solutions Recovery to anyone who has a loved one struggling with addiction. There was a black man, from africa that worked there. I just wanted to let you guys know that he was like One of the best, if not the best staff member there. He was taken his time no matter what he was doing. And I would have a full conversation with me. And everything he told me click in had, I mean, you had students there that were studying for their Finals. they couldn't hold a candle to the African! I would ask him questions and everything he would tell me I would do. Am my life turned out better because of it and that would be long. Term information and short-term information I followed you all the directions and it always worked. I believe you wore glasses. But I do remember he was from africa working the night shift. I mean, all these people pain a $150000 to go to school. And this man had the answers just by asking him. I'm so thankful i'm at him. He was on the federal side when I was there.

It is a positive thing for the community to have a place like Center Inc. For those who have struggled with the law or addiction, it provides a nice buffer between them and the community. While at the same time allowing those individuals a chance to reentered society in a slow and structured pace. The ability to obtain employment and be a productive member of society while finishing off a specific court issued sentence, is very valuable to everyone within that community.

This place is wonderful! The Village's First Step Recovery program, for people whom are struggling with addiction, is compromised of PHP for people who have been abusing drugs/alcohol who need help to overcome, Intensive Outpatient so they might continue in recovery along with aftercare groups weekly. The staff REALLY do care, Roxann is amazing! With a wonderful perspective, being a NON-addict on how addiction works & the stark reality of temptation & how difficult it can be to stop. You will work through life problems with specific sets of skills dealing with your particular issues & are allowed the time to process & release with both a counselor & fellow peers with similar struggles. This could be JUST the right fit for you. I hope your willing to try it out if need be. 😁☺😌

I knew a patient in there, there is no consistency....was told no phone or visitors for 2 weeks...had visitor after a week, had phone the whole time calling all times of the day Told insurance wouldn't cover the patient then when looking for a different facility but then insurance would cover for 3 weeks which makes no sense when treatment is usually at least 30 days....then evaluated the patient and insurance would cover 1 more week...wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone as they do what they want?

When our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ pulled me out of hell he put me here and said that my angel's will heal you and they did it sucked at first but I held out and graduated and now I'm clean and sober . The receptionist are not the friendliest people . Yet the other staff like the ARMS Case Managers and Therapist are very friendly understanding caring and compassionate with there clients very happy with care I received . Especially the care I received from Casi, Allison, Nicole, Meek, and Tanner they all do a wonderful job.

My daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at lake region fergus falls. In healthcare myself, I was very impressed with the OB service here. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive putting my daughter at ease. Loved the experienced perspective from Hannah and Patti. Loved the energy brought by the newer nurse from Georgia. Midwife Heather was absolutely amazing, supporting my daughter's desire for a VBAC yet ensuring the safety of both momma and baby. Her bedside manner was amazing. She put as much control as possible in my daughter's hands and supported her birth wishes. I am surprised and thankful this type of birthing service is so close to home and right in fergus.

Dr. Money saved my life. There were so many beautiful people in my case that I have to give credit to, but without Dr. Money, I wouldn’t have had a chance. I was transferred to Essencia Health in Fargo where they airlifted me to the U in St. Paul. They asked me if I wanted DNR, cpr, or all the bells and whistles. Would have never had a chance without Dr. Money. I owe him and so many my life. Thanks again for EVERYTHING 🥲
